Hi I'm Michael Fulton ive been too coastal detox many times.Over the coarse of two years its a shame as too how many times it was .probably 20 times But it's not the place ,staff,medical or the therapist. I'm a alcoholic and been so for 45 years or more the family thats owns and runs coastal detox are so caring for addicts, alcoholics,and mental health they make sure and only hire people who have the same love,devotion towards the clients. I'm writing this because .(I'M FINALLY SOBER FOR OVER A YEAR) the first time in 50 plus years without being in JAIL,PRISON OR TREATMENT CENTER and between those 3 place in them many times BECAUSE OF MY ADDICTION but being honest about it. ALL of these places tried too help me (COASTAL DETOX) went above and beyond for ME coastal detox (MRS JUDY) I new treatment centers, detox, hospital, jails, BUT DIDNT know recovery I THANK GOD EVERY DAY THAT COASTAL DETOX LET ME GO BACK THERE ONE MORE TIME because everyone else were done with me. I'M SAYING ALL THIS TOO SAY YES ITS NICE TOO BE IN 5 STAR TREATMENT CENTER, DETOX IT MAKES IT EASIER THE STAFF SO HELPFUL AND KIND. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place changed my life. I came here after an overdose and a heart attack, not knowing if I’d make it. Today, I’ve been sober since October 13th, 2021—and haven’t relapsed since. 🙏The staff truly cared and gave me the tools and support I still use every day. And honestly, the food was top notch too. 😮‍💨 If you’re struggling, this place can really make a difference. Forever grateful 🤍

How to explain it cause dr betty is very nice and sometimes if you need help then she always take you in very early and the staff in the front office they are very nice but don't let the bad vibes hurt/fool you because the new horizons stuart is always here to help or the injection from fort pierce to stuart injection staff that gives me the injection every 3 month's they are helpful and nice so if you need help again then new horizon stuart they got your back with meds. This was my first time in treatment, and didn’t know what to expect. The staff was kind and professional. The way therapy groups are structured, created a daily routine and schedule to simplify the path to recovery. All staff were caring and supportive of all clients, but a few that really went the extra mile for me like Janie, Trish, Linda and Leigh really stood out to me. The sense of community and friendships I made, have definitely left a mark and had a hand in shaping my path in recovery.

I have had an amazing experience with this facility...recovery that sticks...from the new housing, great staff, and flexible food options...I was given the care I needed to get things right in my life and beat addiction...the staff is great, Jess my therapist is incredible to work with and can connect with anyone in a friendly way that can be appropriately tough when needs to be but is relatable and encouraging, it's obvious she loves what she does, my caseworker Janey gave me solutions that set me up for success during and after php level of care, and she goes above and beyond what's required to make things possible for us...last but not least I cannot forget the techs the blue that holds the place together. RBS techs are behind the scenes and available keeping everything running through the day and available 24 hours a day. They keep the place clean they get the beds ready they make sure we get to and from where we need to be. They also go out of their way getting us all the varies requests that we make that they don't necessarily have to do all in the kindness of their hearts... When we have bad days they still get the job done no matter where the clients are at or how they are being treated they're sensitive to the fact that sometimes we're difficult and our moods can go up and down trying to deal with so many new people while we're trying to get sober and learn coping skills. Out of all the techs I would have to say Taylor has gone above and beyond we had a rough start the first time that I tried to come through and I left... When I came back and actually finished this program you forgave me for how I was and has gone out of her way to help with little things that made big differences. She handles her daily responsibilities thoroughly and make sure things are done right and with care. Thank you RBS for this amazing experience I will be forever grateful!!! P.S. special thanks to all the people involved in my recovery here but I haven't mentioned therapists, techs, caseworkers, doctors, nurses, clinical directors, and all of the incredible group facilitators that fed me what I needed to overcome the need to use substance helping find that I never had a substance issue that I had an issue with my life and the way things were going. For showing me a different solution for those troubles that don't lead to substance abuse.

I walked into this facility not knowing what to expect at all. It was hands down the best decision I have ever made when it came to dealing with my addiction and my life. From the staff to all the other clients. I can’t say enough!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT!!!!! I personally I had life changing experience. I was able to RESET myself and find the person that I knew I could be. If you are in the fence about something like this... get out of your comfort zone - take the step for yourself!! You will not regret it!!

This place saved my life. I was there July 2016. I’m from Boston, Massachusetts. I have state insurance. I’m someone who not in their wildest dreams could ever afford a treatment facility that wasn’t state funded. Been to many over the course of my addiction, last 15yrs. State insurance of course made it almost impossible to find an open bed if you didn’t call at exactly the right time that bed becomes available. I spent weeks calling these places everyday all day. I called addiction treatment hotlines so many times they practically knew who I was. I came to the conclusion that if I was to get the proper treatment it’s gonna cost thousands of dollars. At the time I couldn’t afford a hot dog! Then I was offered the opportunity of a lifetime. My stepdad offered to help pay for me to go to an out-of-state rehab. My girlfriend and I both started making calls to find a place in my price range. Executive Recovery offered to negotiate with me. The very next day I was on a plane to Florida. From the very beginning of my intake they went above and beyond to help in anyway they could to start my recovery off on the right foot. Again this coming from someone who’s only ever been to state funded treatment facilities. I’ve never been to such a place even on vacation. Our treatment plan was, Group Therapy, Monday-Saturday 9-4, each group focusing on a different aspect of addiction with a different group leader. Which I was blown away by the the therapists leading the groups. Every one of them had their own past history involving addiction. It wasn’t just a job for them. Every one of them happy to be there helping other addicts achieve lasting sobriety. Never once did I feel judgement by anyone. You can’t fake sincerity like that. Sunday was a mandatory sober activity. My fellow addicts in treatment with me were all amazing people from all over the country. People who actually wanted to be there, who paid big $$ to be there. Not people being forced or court ordered to be there and can’t wait to get out and back to the life. The dynamic was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in other treatment places. Being in an environment surrounded by people wanting to better themselves was a huge factor in my success. Some people complained about not getting what was promised in their website, blah blah blah. But me? I was nothing but grateful I was given this opportunity. I didn’t care much that there wasn’t a masseuse for massage therapy. Seriously I’m poor and never had a massage in my life. So not a priority. Even without the massage therapy😂I’m still sober today, go figure!

Kim is one of the best therapists I've had the opportunity to receive services from. I began therapy at a very chaotic and uncertain time in my life, and through therapy, she helped me understand the roots of my issues and provided solid advice for tackling it. She's empathetic, patient, and direct. She wasn't afraid to point out issues in my behavior and thought processes, and it was that honesty, combined with her empathy, that really helped empower me to better take responsibility for my life. We toured last Friday with marina and today we brought my father in law there to look he was very impressed with the layout the brightness and the food. I suffered a left foot fracture and I was told that I needed surgery. There was no orthopedic surgeon at the hospital and I was left waiting in the waiting room for 6 hours to get a splint. I was also told to see Dr.Norris and I was unable to get an appointment with him until a week after. Very bad experience from the hospital and the doctor. Six months has passed by and I am still limping from my injury.

This Luxury recovery was amazing the nurses, care, groups, and group facilitators, the food and the cafeteria staff, physical therapist (Charlie) therapist, (Melanie) EMDR (Olivia) therapist, alumni on staff (Ian and John) the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. The recreation set up from Pickleball to volleyball to yoga and art. Were all totally impressive. The small touches like the grand piano the guitar and the musical instruments for people to have an outlet are amazing. I have never seen more caring, empathetic, and non-judgmental nursing staff with Nina, Rosemary, Chris, Kim, and Kim, Sharon and Stephanie and Demara And so many more. I love the foundations app. It keeps me in touch with the alumni and events and accountable with daily check ins. Ian for sharing that. It’s a wonderful tool. The Koi pond and waterfall were gorgeous pool And Jacuzzi, relaxing and the walks very refreshing. I am grateful for the opportunity to spend a couple of weeks here.

Ambrosia in Port St. Lucie is an incredible facility with outstanding professionals. Nadine was my therapist and she was an absolute 10/10 clinician—incredibly supportive, skilled, and impactful. Additionally, James, who ran the family groups, was phenomenal in his approach. Even though my own family wasn't present, the environment he created allowed us to support one another seamlessly—such as reading letters out loud to stand-in family members in the audience. It created a deeply powerful space for healing grief. Now, eight years sober, I highly respect their professionalism and would recommend their program to anyone looking for true support.

Excellent facility, my son had a terrific experience here and was very satisfied with everything. Very nice rooms, great staff, and solid groups. Would recommend to anyone in need of detox/ short term in-patient.

Best staff ever! Relaxing place to detox. Edit: Dr. Cordero-Torres is the medical director and he also oversees the Broward Health psych ward. He makes MAJOR cash. When I had primo insurance he made sure to take advantage of it.

The clinical team is outstanding—knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly experienced in medical detox, withdrawal management, and substance abuse treatment. They closely monitor patients 24/7, making the detox process as safe and comfortable as possible. The staff truly cares and treats everyone with dignity and respect, which is critical during such a vulnerable time. I did use chat gpt cause I’m not the best at writing but it’s all true and I’m still sober after 6 months. So they schooled me.

I highly recommend Allure!! They went out of their way to get me tougher and fruit parfaits and a diet of catering that I normally ate. I got an amazing South Florida tan 😜 I got to have acupuncture and chiropractors treatment and yoga I was able to vape and smoke and buy Vapes and cigarettes in house. This is so important in early recovery because one day at a time and stopping everything at once can be rough. The staff was always quick to help and get you whatever you need. The counselors take time to include your family and home support in your recovery and care if you so choose. The speakers that come in are very powerful. Even if you have to go in and out of the group rooms( they aren’t mandatory during detox) you definitely should check them out. I gained insight that I’ll use the rest of my life. I had to give a very special shout out to Ava- the very dedicated care coordinator that kept checking in and helped me get through and continue to navigate this recovery. She is a huge part of how I’ve done this far and has continued to assist in finding more help as I’ve needed or wanted other support out here. Ava- you’re truly an angel Chris- the very best tech ever!! So many more that got me the the day. Thank you Allure -🩷
