CHOOSE PALM POINT ON YOURE JOURNEY!!! Palm point has truly made an impact on my life and has taught me things in such a short amount of time that will stick with me forever and help me cope with what I have to live with for the rest of my life, I was genuinely so scared and felt powerless going in but that one simple weakness is nothing now compared to how deeply the staff helped me see life differently, I’d like to thank paitent advocate Miss B, Tech Violet, tech Michelle, nurse Denise, tech Jayla and tech Laney (I know u guys miss my loudness filling the hospital heheh) The way I also connected with all the patients Was very surprising too Because everyone is going through their own thing, but the people in there are pure souls , really when you get put in a place like this or when you go to a place this place voluntarily you really don’t know what to expect at all and and at most times it is the lowest point of many people’s lives there but these people chose their jobs with passion and the WANT TO HELP PEOPLE

I’ve been going here for over 4 years and my counselor was initially very difficult to deal with. Since things have changed for the better thanks Tiffany and I now get my 2 weeks of take homes as I should. I hope to continue treatment. After reading all these reviews I am anxious that this is where Palm pointe placed my son because they had no available bed. I am going to say to start off with someone put my number incorrectly in his chart. A nurse had told me she had called and it went directly to voice-mail, I was thinking than why wasn't a message left. So I called the nurse's station to ask for her to tell me what number she had on record and it was incorrect. God, I pray over my son and hope he doesn't come home as hopeless as when he went in..I am very concerned after going through a handful of these reviews. They have been very kind everytime I have called up there.

The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you. The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

This is a wonderful program filled with love and support. As a resident of several of these type facilities I can say without hesitation that it is by far the best treatment center that I have been apart if. The groups are instructive and inspiring, the staff is respectful and always helpful for anything I need, and the food is plentiful and terrific. The rooms are clean and the bedding is super comfortable, and the outside area offers a great recreation/gym area with great quality equipment. I honestly have no complaints about this program and would highly recommend it to anyone that is ready to change their life for the better. I am forever grateful for all they have done for me and will carry this experience with me always. Thank you Transition House, for everything.

Don’t care too much about leaving reviews but this place made an impression on me and my life. at first when I was recommended this program after my recent car accident, I was oblige to even go there as I felt like I didn’t need it, but over the time I was very appreciative of the help that it played in the support of my tragic situation at that time from the staff to the newly appointed director( Mr. Clavin Bell) that started his journey about a week before I entered the program a truly dedicated and invested person his position and the counselors like (Jack) Specifically My Counselor, (Mr. Larry) helped me so much from our individual conversations and guidance to even group settings. These guys quickly became role models in my life but that was second to family. They care to the point that would make you feel. Why wouldn’t you care about yourself this way? They were always there to let me know It’s goin to be ok! I made a mistake and my career and my life is not over. They present to you resources, schooling, trade programs (Valencia), partnership with G.E.D courses, Job opportunities, etc. and get you from A to B when needed and educate you every step of the way to take those new steps on the path. From time to time I think back on my experience and about the fact that I didn’t even want to go there in the first place and now because of the transition house. it would be a memory that I will cherish forever from meeting so much, intelligent veterans and learning about their journey open my eyes to so much more in life. I will forever be in debt to these guys and of course (the transition house). but any operation is only as good as the people that are running it . So Thank you!

I just graduated from Miracles’ Intensive Outpatient Program last Friday and I have nothing but praise for the treatment center and staff. I began my journey at Miracles on May 9 after two weeks in a detox. I began in their PHP program, completed the recommended four weeks, and expected to maybe stay a month or two in IOP. Once I arrived at Miracles; however, I felt like it was where I was meant to be. I have completed a few other PHPs, but none before Miracles did I even start, let alone complete, IOP. I wanted to stay in Miracles IOP and sober living longer than the average stay, and was able to work with my therapist to have my time in the program extended more than one time. In all, I was at Miracles for five months. I was able to learn from the treatment program, attend outside meetings, find a sponsor and work the steps all while living in Freedom Housing with affordable weekly rent. I am also currently reliant on crutches to walk or get around at all, and they were accommodating to my physical disability. I was able to stay on my medications for mental health and substance abuse with regular visits with a medical provider. I finally felt “at home” living and attending treatment with Miracles. I am forever grateful for my time in the program and everyone who helped me during my extended time there. I would highly recommend Miracles for someone who has completed detox/residential treatment and is ready to get serious about their sobriety and recovery. Along with clinical staff, I would also like to mention how amazing Eric and Shanell are at their jobs and going above and beyond the call of duty helping those of us in recovery.

My family and I are so grateful for Miracles Recovery Center. From the very beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure my mom feels supported and cared for. Eric, the housing director, has been incredibly helpful and compassionate, making sure she feels safe and comfortable in her living situation. Derek, on the business development team, took the time to walk us through everything and made the whole process so much easier. And Stephanie, her case manager, has been such a blessing — always checking in, truly listening, and guiding her every step of the way. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about their clients’ success. My mom has gained confidence, structure, and hope since starting at Miracles, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking for real, compassionate recovery support.
