With church, the beach, going to the gym, movies, Everglades and many other activities I never found myself feeling stuck or in my head.

The Palms is a miracle worker! The Staff are like Family now!! When I first arrived everyone was so welcoming, including and understanding. It made my transition through a rough time so much easier. I feel fortunate every day to be part of an incredibly kind, compassionate, and dedicated team in HBH's Palm Beach Youth & Family program. There's a strong culture of support, open-mindedness, and personal and professional growth and learning. There's a culture of respect, empathy, and genuine concern for clients, with a "never give up" mindset. Our clinical coordinator, Ashley, quietly goes to great lengths to ensure that everyone's needs are met. Today a woman by the name of Bonnie Russo came to the home and knew exactly how to talk to a client! I was very impressed with the way she spoke with them and after she left the client said they wish they could have her as her one on one therapist. This client has been against therapy from the beginning but she handled the client with respect, understanding, and compassion! To hear the client say they wish they could have her as their therapist made me see just what she did! All while training another employee during this interview. Thank you Bonnie!
