I just want to give a shout out to all the employees at Blackberry Center, Bibi and Will are the best. I'm going name a few other employees that went above and beyond, Melissa, Josefina, Javier, Ali, Monda, Kalisha and Carmen. There so many more but not enough room. The location needs a little bit of work but that's not what I went for I went there to get help and that's what they do everyone goes above and beyond to try to help you with your anxiety, alcoholis, drugs and they get you mentally ready to leave so you can be set for the transition back in society.. If it wasn't for this place I wouldn't be alive. Everyone here is fantastic HOWEVER with that being said, you have to show up for yourself. You have to want the fight. You have to want to heal. I came here from a veteran domicilery and was highly recommended this place and I'm glad I came. All the staff wants to see you heal if you want to heal and that's the reassuring part. I've been terrified of my own demons and yet now I feel like I'm safe. This feels like home. Thank you to everyone here in this short time of being here. I wouldn't know what to do if it wasn't for y'all.

It took me a long time to find a good counselor, but I feel the care I have gotten from this facility has truly helped me. The staff really care about their patients, and go above and beyond to help them. They care about the people much more than they care about money, and are willing to work with those with limited income. They have given me paid work, helped me acquire a laptop affordably, and have been patient and compassionate in taking the time to get to know me and help me in ways that work best for me. I would highly recommend this place, both to English speakers and Spanish speakers. Best mental health care I have received so far in my life.

My life was spiraling downhill and I had no useful coping skills when I walked into Sunrise Detox scared and hopeless over a year ago. All the nurses and techs were attentive, compassionate and made the detox process as comfortable as possible. The transition to Evolve Recovery was seamless and the best decision for me. The group therapy was well facilitated and dealt with issues relative to today’s environment. The individual sessions with my counselor Michelle were paramount to my success. Michelle never made me feel rushed. She was invested in my recovery. She involved my family in my treatment which was critical to saving my marriage. She assessed my situation and made the most appropriate discharge recommendations. Evolve showed me the needs and skills to navigate life without alcohol. That coupled with them bringing in nightly outside recovery speakers inspired hope that I can do this. I am forever grateful to Sunrise/Evolve for being the start to my recovery. I am over a year sober now, active daily in my recovery and it is all thanks to this facility and the amazing staff they have.

I went from new seasons to this clinic, I was at 40 mg from new seasons- I was over sedated at 40 mg so they brought me down to 35 than to 30 and I was still over sedated at 30. So new seasons brought me down to 20mg. I was good at 20mg- I wanted to taper down though. I tapered down at 1mg a day. I was on methadone for a month and a week or two. I was going to dose for the last time- this memorial weekend that past we're my last 3 doses for 3mg,2mg and 1mg. I didn't know that I could get prescribed comfort meds by Jim or I would of done it before the weekend because it was a long weekend. I went into the clinic and cried to Christina than told her I was struggling. She got me prescribed comfort meds that day and so did jim. I got most of the comfort meds filled except one because the pharmacy wanted to speak with Jim first. I went into the office the next day to tell jim and he handled it right away. I went into dosing voluntarily but I was admitted to do IOP. IOP, counseling and the dosing has helped me so much- the dosing is more affordable at aspire as well. The comfort meds have really helped me- if you work the program it'll work. I got good sleep through the night and definitely feel better.

If you can endure the lengthy intake process, everything else is quick and efficient. All the staff, from the front desk to providers were on point, and informative. Yes there are some delays from time to time just from over crowding or should I say a lot of clients all at once. Worth a shot if your trying to change your life and get clean. The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you. The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

Unforgettable experience. Almost all staff there when I was there to rehabilitate, was thoughtful and had their hearts in the right place. The program directors, support councilors, and all other staff members on campus made sure almost daily to check up on the youth, and building solid foundations of trust needed to have consistent progress in therapy both in session and internal. There were opportunities to further your education and if you could show responsibility and determination to better yourself, your given opportunity’s to learn more hands on life skills, like painting or how to properly write a resume and apply for a Job. While from the perspective of being rehabilitated, things can seem negative and hopeless at times. When I was there I didn’t share an positive outlook, but after deeply analyzing my experience In hindsight, this was the safest and most caring place to learn necessary coping skills to stay recovered. And I’m very thankful for all the staff members who did their job with their heart and minds in the right place. 5 stars

I did time there 2002 to 2003. It was called ARC back then. They had alot of escapes there. Mrs Flowers was the best person there. We were placed in cottages like a summer camp..they fed us well. I learned alot from my experience

I’ve been pleased with the VA team all around. From my CBOC team, the many diagnostic departments and to my specialty care at the medical center, all expectations exceeded. The staff is genuinely caring and patient centered. After serving in the military for 30 years, I am grateful for the VA. There are way too many people to thank, but I recently had an excellent experience with the cardiac catheterization department; Nancy, John, Jessie, Alex, Karen, Craig, Dr. Patel and Dr. Silva-Kumar. Also recently, I saw Dr. Ly and Angel (RN) in Pulmonology. They too, were top tier and filled with kindness! Thanks for hiring the best clinicians for our Warriors and Veterans.

Dr Khris takes her job very serious. She is very caring and very attentive to any issues or problems I’ve had. I’d truly recommend anyone that needs any of their medical questions answered. Thanks to her guidance and help it’s made my recovery journey a lot easier and smoother. Also wanna mention my counselor Miss Marvlyn that’s been tremendously helpful And give a shoutout to Miss Veronica for guiding me through how everything works here at New Season. Also the groups lead by Miss Lolita have been extremely helpful as well. Truly grateful to have found the best Treatment Center around the area that truly cares about their patients rather than just getting them in and out.

This treatment center above all is absolutely amazing. If you need help with opioid addiction and have this rope hold you down this is where you need to be. The nurses,counseling staff all that work here and we can’t forget Miss Emma are all amazing. This facility is well run and have many different programs and except many different forms of insurance they will do whatever it takes to help. The facility and surrounding area is very clean and monitored. So if you want to start down a new path and be free of the nonsense,looking over your shoulder,and all that comes with it. Especially Mrs. RIVA she is not only an awesome counselor, but she cares so much and shows it . Since I’ve been on methadone and going to the clinic, no councilor has shown me more respect and care since her . Also want to thank Eddie as well for showing empathy and understanding to my situation especially when it came to my Ambetter insurance problem . Dont really know anyone else there that good yet, but always been shown good hospitality from any off the workers I’ve talk to and felt with at the clinic.They always keep a smile even when things are not going good that morning , and make sure our needs are met for the most part . Again RIVA, and Eddie that run the facility , have been the best and caring . They def deserve a raise or cooto points !!! I just wanna write because I did intake today at this place and I just want to say how much I appreciate the staff at this place . My old clinic in Lakeland is shutting down and didn’t send my paper work so the process was very long because the paperwork wasn’t sent but the staff here at new season kept me calm and confident it will get done and it did . I just wanna say eddy the program director was absolutely amazing and was calling people and really trying to get this process done. I also wanna thank Felix he was great and doing the same thing and looking up numbers and trying to help me as much as possible . Miss angel the head nurse there was absolutely amazing she also helped me talked to the doctor to try and get me dosed . Amazing people here and I’m glad I’m part of the family now .

This is a fantastic organization, with dilligent workers and a mission that undoubtedly serves the community. Addiction is one of the most brutal beasts one can face off, and community support is necessary to repair the lives it feeds off of. Only by standing together can we make sure no one gets left behind. I myself found out about this through their bake sales, as they send out a pair of gentlemen to an area to offer some of their pastries. I've grown quite fond of our team, as they're always quite polite and personable- Always a pleasure, even without the treats! My household absolutely adores their cheesecakes, poundcakes, and their Palmiers cookies are my favourite- I highly recommend having them with hot tea or coffee. Flakey and sweet. Looking forward to every month, as it's a greeting and a chance at delightful, locally made sweets, with the proceeds going towards such an important mission, was a stroke of genius. I wish only the best for everyone involved, and I hope to see them grow and succeed in their mission.

Everyone was so friendly and caring, which is so important when you are going through these times. I never felt I was a bother when I called at night to make sure my son was doing okay and settled. My son was treated VERY well by all whom he came into contact with, was treated with compassion and respect. Even my son said how wonderful everyone was.
