I’ve been to four other rehabs in the past, and I can honestly say Design Recovery is by far the best place I’ve ever been. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported. What really stood out to me is that the program is holistic based and 12 step based, which I truly appreciated, it focuses not just on recovery, but on healing the whole person. Another thing that made a huge difference for me is the staff. Most of them are in recovery themselves, and that meant everything. When someone has walked the same road you’re on, through addiction, struggles, and rebuilding their life, you can feel the authenticity. It gave me a lot more respect for them and made me want to listen, follow direction, and actually apply what I was learning. As an ex junkie, crackhead, and alcoholic, I never thought I’d be able to turn my life around. But today I’m sober, with my sobriety date being 2/8/25, and I give a lot of credit to Design Recovery for helping me get here. This isn’t just another rehab, it’s a place of real change, run by people who genuinely care and know what it takes to rebuild a life. This place has made a real turnaround, and I can honestly feel the difference. Having Security Officer Smith here means everything to me. He greets us every morning with respect, makes sure we understand the new rules, and creates a sense of safety I didn’t realize I needed. Ever since he started, the parking lot has been calm and problem-free. After being attacked last month, walking in here was scary for me… but knowing he’s there makes me feel protected again. I’m truly grateful for him

I love the fact that my counselor Mrs.Payne is always available and always there to help! Even the people who is not on her case load and also the lady who always at number 1 keeps a smile on her face!

I had a very positive experience during my hospital stay. The surgery itself went smoothly, and afterwards the doctors were extremely informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. The anesthesia team was wonderfully calm and reassuring while preparing me, which made a big difference in easing my nerves. The nurses provided truly incredible care throughout my recovery. They were attentive, compassionate, and always ready to help with even the smallest needs. Their kindness and professionalism gave me comfort and confidence every step of the way. I’m deeply thankful for the way they looked after me—it meant so much during a difficult time. Overall, I felt well cared for at every stage, and I’m grateful to the entire team for making my stay easier and more positive than I could have imagined.

I have been coming here for several years now. It is a good clinic but the staff are going to expect you to act like the adult you scream you are. Staff will give you all the respect in the world even when clients aren't. Be nice to them they deserve it.

Very professional but caring staff . Clean and safe facility. I only go bi-weekly but it's quick and really helps if your truly want help !!

This is for the Baymeadows location, as it's the one I have experience with. The staff are very accommodating and professional. The counseling I received was more than I ever expected. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

Ron Cipriano & Associates Counseling, the staff there are always very pleasent and very professional group. Sometimes when you first walk in there and your first point of contact IS Miss Melissa , you start to feel better already . She has a very nurturing way about her . Makes me feel like I'm with friends . I haven't been coming here too too long, but I'm glad I did. They have already helped me so much ,they have no idea. I'm lucky to have found Ron Cipriano office.

I had knee replacement surgery on December 16, 2025. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. The nursing staff was excellent.. They are incredibly organized. I spent most of my life in the Boston area. Which has some of the best hospitals in the country. They have nothing Saint Vincent’s. Other than the elderly person at the reception desk who never checked me in properly. Everything went very smoothly.
