Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

I've had an amazing run with Clay Behavioral. Dr. Menges has been working with me for YEARS and he's always been very kind, professional, and really listened to me. My Bipolar I has been treatment resistant and he has never stopped trying to find me the medication that WORKS. He finally found the medication and because I have no insurance, he has been working with me to get the cost to a manageable number. Could not recommend him enough.I've also been working with therapists here for years. I started meeting with Chris sometime in 2016 and she was amazing, helpful, patient -- one of the best people I've ever met. Y all! I don t do many reviews, but I had to. For the last 6 months, I ve been in a bad way. Feeling hopeless and not good enough. I ve to other therapist before. I was reluctant, but I needed help .and I got it! Ms. Monique, was and is, an actual God send . I was comfortable, didn t feel like a number, cried bad and happy tears, felt seen, justified for how I felt, given tools to better me. Ms. Monique did that. She gave me encouragement, never felt judged or that I was a joke to tell over dinner. I can keep going on, but my baby has the flu. THANK YOU MS. MONIIQUE!!!! Have been going here for services since I was 11 years old. Some therapist may not be a right fit for you but if you do ask they will find more suitable therapist for you.Never had a issue with a psychiatrist, my first one was doctor Hassan who sadly had to relocate. She was excellent and my other psychiatrist Dr. F is phenomenal.People have to keep in mind yes they are their to help you but everyone can have bad days so don't judge them on that. It's a part of life. <-- For all the posters hating on the staff members.

My daughter was just came home from treatment at Lakeview/Stepping Stone! After a very long struggle with alcohol, as a family we gave her an ultimatum to go to this facility for treatment. She was very reluctant and it took ALOT of persuasion but she finally committed to going. I ve struggle with finding the appropriate words to describe this experience for my daughter as well as our family. From the very moment I reached out to Tommy to the minute I called the facility to pick her up we had the absolute BEST CARE! My daughter has described the staff as being ANGLES ON EARTH !! These wonderful people saved her life!!! It took a lot of courage for her to commit to this as she was leaving behind a baby and a husband. She said the minute she stepped inside the door her anxiety went away. The staff was genuinely there to help her recovery. There aren t enough good words to describe my gratitude for everyone at Lakeside/Stepping Stone. My daughter has made life long friends. Miss Janice was her favorite. What a wonderful facility. I was a resident at Lakeview for 42 days. I am an older person and was apprehensive about fitting in . There was no need to worry I was treated with respect and dignity. My alcohol addiction came later in life and a family member found Lakeview for me. I have read many reviews both positive and negative. I must say that I was cared for and cared about. I was a resident with women from all walks of life and ethnicities and I saw treatment equally across the board. When there were objections from fellow residents about treatment I was able to see both sides however , my observation was that many times there was an unwillingness on the part of the resident to completely comply to the prescribed regimen. This is not a place to go if you want to be coddled. If that s the case you may not be ready for recovery. But I can tell you I worked the program, gave myself over to the process of recovery and came out the other side. I certainly ran up against obstacles but this program taught me how to deal with them in a positive successful manner. I would personally like to recognize Karen, Kaylee, Shanna, Meredith and Suneeta to name just a few. The therapists are a great group, but it goes much deeper than that. The staff is there 24/7 and I was made to feel safe at all times through their dedication and teamwork.If you want to free yourself of addiction and are ready for a new life consider this treatment. I can tell you I didn t always agree with some protocol but this program gave me the tools to state my concerns, be heard and come to a resolution that benefitted me and stay in compliance with Lakeview s policies.

I ve been to stepping stones on a few occasions and always had a good experience. While rehab is no vacation and not always the most enjoyable (for obvious reasons) the staff and the resources they give you are why I decided to return there when I needed help. Everyone from the therapists to kitchen staff treats you with respect and dignity. Jessica the aftercare coordinator is the kindest soul and always has been an ear to bend when I needed a moment to regroup and a problem solved. Can t say enough good things about everyone there. Stepping stones is an amazing place to go to reset and get back on course when struggling with addiction. I would recommend it to anyone I know who needs the same help I did.

God saved my life and he used gateway to do it, I can't stress enough how incredible the staff and resources here are, it's detox so it's no picnic but the staff absolutely does their best to truly listen to each patient and make the process as easy as they can. Getting help is scary but if more people understood just how easy the team at gateway make it to stay on track, it takes the fear right out of it. I'm over 30 days sober, and it didn't cost me a dime. My only regret is not checking in years sooner but better later than never. We do recover, and it's thanks to people like the folks at gateway that fast track it. May God bless every soul that puts in hours at this place you're angels

Recovery Keys changed my life. The facility was very discrete, clean, and comfortable. The staff members there are very professional and highly qualified to handle all types of recovery. Just like everyone, I was skeptical and embarrassed about seeking treatment and I was pleasantly surprised about how wonderful the experience was. All of the employees and doctors there truly care about all of their patients on a personal level. I wasn't treated like a patient, I was treated like a person that wanted and needed help. I am going to miss everyone that helped me in my recovery process and I plan on stopping back in from time to time to say hello to all of the people that saved my life. The Transition House is a great great program! All the counselors and all the behavioral techs care about every single person that walks through the door! Every group is informative and gives you the tools to exceed quality sobriety! This program is not for people who need it, but for people who want it! One of the greatest things I have learned in this program,is I had to change myself and my old behaviors (not just the ones I wanted)...but all of them! Wekiva was wonderful during my recovery process. The staff was very kind and our groups were not only informative but quite fun at times. I felt very safe while I was in impatient, they even helped me with my seizures while I was there. The staff was very attentive to my needs and always made sure I had the medication that I needed to level me out. I went in severely depressed and suicidal but came out in the greatest of moods. I thank Wekiva and all of their staff for everything they did for me. I will be returning for their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) within the week to further continue my higher level of care. I have been coming here for several years now. It is a good clinic but the staff are going to expect you to act like the adult you scream you are. Staff will give you all the respect in the world even when clients aren't. Be nice to them they deserve it.

As much as I don't want Brittany to be too booked and busy for me, after seeing her for several months, she definitely deserves an amazing review. I ve been in therapy before, but I ve never had a therapist as exceptional as Brittany. She is truly great at what she does. While I may not be an expert in therapy (aside from my own experiences as a patient and a Psychology course I took in college), Brittany checks every box of what makes a good therapist.She creates an incredibly therapeutic, neutral, and non-judgmental space where listening is her priority. She doesn't project her personal opinions and judgments but instead provides strictly therapeutic advice, allowing me to come to my own conclusions while still offering valuable insights from her wealth of knowledge in psychology and mental health.I tend to talk a lot, and it s been such a healing and validating experience to have someone actively listen and empathize, while also guiding me with the answers I ve been searching for in my journey to understand myself better. All in all, Brittany is fantastic, and she s been instrumental in helping me on my mental health journey.

Recovery Keys changed my life. The facility was very discrete, clean, and comfortable. The staff members there are very professional and highly qualified to handle all types of recovery. Just like everyone, I was skeptical and embarrassed about seeking treatment and I was pleasantly surprised about how wonderful the experience was. All of the employees and doctors there truly care about all of their patients on a personal level. I wasn't treated like a patient, I was treated like a person that wanted and needed help. I am going to miss everyone that helped me in my recovery process and I plan on stopping back in from time to time to say hello to all of the people that saved my life. Ron Cipriano & Associates Counseling, the staff there are always very pleasent and very professional group. Sometimes when you first walk in there and your first point of contact IS Miss Melissa , you start to feel better already . She has a very nurturing way about her . I came to Ron's program after several bouts with alcohol, where once I had a drink I no longer could determine when I would stop. I was both terrified and frustrated. Through the Recovery Dynamics method Ron, Steve and Christy helped me gain understanding of the build up of emotions and my inability to manage them. They have provided me with structure to process these now. I would recommend Ron's program to anyone looking to better their life and regain their peace of mind.
