I went to the Lake City emergency department with acute pain in lower back. from triage and treatment the staff was wonderful, personal and caring. even security opened the door for us. The doctor and nurse treated me and was released quickly. The nurse, Paige, was very observant watching me while I attempted to stand and walk. She stopped by the room and talked with us on different subject. This is my first visit to a VA emergency room and they made us very comfortable. Eventhough you don't want to visit the emergency room, I hope future visits will be this pleasant.

Tiffany and Anita with the mobile response team in Lake City are amazing and saved my life at home in a tough abusive situation. Meridian is judged too harshly. They are very professional and comforting and Meridian cares. I will always give meridian 5 stars, I would give 10 stars if I could.

Metamorphosis literally saved my life.
I was court ordered to be at meta through drug court. The rules and 'tattling' is very contradictory to what addicts are used to. The purpose is to learn to hold other accountable for their actions. AA and NA did nothing for me. Bridgehouse did nothing for me. Meta was the only place to recognize what was causing me to use and address that.
I graduated in 2012. I am still clean. Almost 9 years now.
Recovery is different for everyone but hold on to the 'keeping secrets' and 'not snitching' behaviors of my using life wouldn't have helped me get this far.

I didn’t like the process when I first arrived. Holding each other accountable seemed a lot more like snitching or tattling than anything helpful. I felt like many things seemed conflict inducing at first for sure. I soon realized I was being provided a structure to implement better decision making during my time there and with that acquiring tools to take with me after leaving treatment. There’s nothing crazy about anything there in my opinion. The rules are the rules and there are consequences if you break them. They provide everything you need and then some. The staff is wonderful and really care about everyone there whether it’s voluntary or court ordered (majority were voluntary when I left a month ago). I needed to stay longer but had to leave due to circumstances at home that had to be addressed. I’ve been to treatment many times and I feel Meta has given me the very best chance to stay clean.I am a tough critic especially towards things that are stopping me from doing what I want. Meta is different for everyone but personally it’s the first place I would recommend to anyone.

I wish I could give this more than five stars. I arrived at mending fences being open-minded. I had no idea the impact this would have on my life in such a positive way. I came to this looking for help for alcohol and found I really needed the help with mental health care. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the surroundings are so Serene and peaceful. There are no amount of words I could give for the gratitude I have for what this place is giving me back to me in my life. I am truly grateful. To me there is no amount of money that could ever give me what I retained here at mending fences. This place has been absolutely PRICELESS! I went to Mending Fences to get help with my debilitating anxiety. From the time I arrived at the facility I was met with friendly and compassionate staff. The admission process was very professional, very timely and the staff made me feel safe.
Concerning the program, Mending Fences focused on a personal track of a healing process designed specifically for me. I was assigned a Therapist (shout-out to Jeremy) who patiently worked with me to guide me through the healing process. Every therapists that led groups were dedicated to making learning different modalities wether - CBT, ART, OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES, EXERCISE AND MUSIC - Fun and engaging!
From playing volleyball, shooting basketball hoops, bon fires and even an open mic night!
Unfortunately, due to a health issue I had to leave the program - this was very disheartening for me - but the Psychiatrist , therapists and staff made the exiting process a great experience for me! Just to mention, these people try to accommodate me so that I could continue the program - it amazed me how much effort they put in - thanks 🙏
One last thing the facility and the grounds were beautiful! One last thank you to all the staff, techs , therapists and Doctors who helped me 🙏🙏

The staff are very helpful and amazing, the treatment most definitely helped me to combat my substance abuse problem. Big shout-out to Mr Terrance and Mrs Crystal I miss y'all and think about y'all all the time. I had some fun amazing times there and wish I could come come back just to kick it for another 30 days. By the way way the food is super fire and everyone gains so much weight. I came in 225 pounds and left 273 pounds in 30 days.

Counselor Annie is incredible; her empathy, wisdom, and tough love pulled me out of some of my darkest moments. And Sue the nurse — wow. Her kindness, patience, and clinical expertise made me feel safe and actually cared for, not just treated.

I urge people who are trying to decide to go or not and have that scale tipping just tip it on in all you got to do is just take that baby step and then the next baby step after that and then it won't be so hard I just don't want to hear any more about these deaths or families lives being ruined it's it's sad and it took me a long time to see it from the other side it's new season who got me to the other side Melanie she rocks it and Mr Tim he seems very on top of it very professional like I said I just do put this on here because I hope if anybody's facing their recovery on the reviews do it you know do it for you and do it at new season even if you don't get Melanie all the other counselors are good Julio I know he's an excellent counselor I know all of the counselors are great people

I don't know why people go to places like this when you can go to Dr bellum in dunnellon Florida and get a script of Suboxone total pay maybe $250 for the month for 30 pills that you can literally take a quarter a day so one month last 4 months I heard it's like 20 a day for methadone that doesn't even last 24 hours and you're not getting drug tested every damn day and you're not being treated like a junky

I graduated the phoenix house in 2019. The program doesn't focus on Just addictions, but the behavior behind addictions. Unfortunately, most of the people that I went with did not make it because they did not want it bad enough. But out of multiple programs that i've been to, this one will have an everlasting impact on me And my life. I sincerely thank the staff for giving me the best fifteen months.I've ever had. I had a very positive experience during my hospital stay. The surgery itself went smoothly, and afterwards the doctors were extremely informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. The anesthesia team was wonderfully calm and reassuring while preparing me, which made a big difference in easing my nerves.
The nurses provided truly incredible care throughout my recovery. They were attentive, compassionate, and always ready to help with even the smallest needs. Their kindness and professionalism gave me comfort and confidence every step of the way. I’m deeply thankful for the way they looked after me—it meant so much during a difficult time.
