Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

All of the security & almost all of the staff are very nice with the exception of 1 lady but maybe she was having some personal problems & it was affecting her attitude/demeanor & that encounter was a while bk & I just prayed for her & I have had very good relations with all of the staff ever since. Especially 2 ladies that I like & take to very much. I wont mention names because it wouldnt be fair to do that. I pray everyday that they are taking good care of my daughter.....and look out for her best interest & treat her as the special young lady that she is. ❤💚☝️🙏🙏🙏🙏✌💖💝I love my daughter so much. The Transition House is a great great program! All the counselors and all the behavioral techs care about every single person that walks through the door! Every group is informative and gives you the tools to exceed quality sobriety! This program is not for people who need it, but for people who want it! One of the greatest things I have learned in this program,is I had to change myself and my old behaviors (not just the ones I wanted)...but all of them! I have been here for 5months and I am truly not the same person that walked in the door on December 31! The administration, staff and clients have helped to make the man I am today! In May- July 2024 my daughter received 12 weeks of intensive outpatient therapy three times a week at HCA Orange Park Behavioral Health. I must admit that I was skeptical at first as a retired RN and former patient at the Mayo Clinic until I personally met the staff. From the Receptionist, Tech, Therapist, and the Director Heather who all reassured me that they would all support and care for my precious daughter during her holistic healing journey. And they all did exactly that!!! She completed her group therapy with the tools she need in moving forward in hope in her quest for wellness and in wholeness!!! Heather a special applause to you for your honesty, empathy, support, concerns, compassion, understanding and professionalism during this challenging time!!! May God continue to bless you, your healing ministry at HCA, staff, and clients as you love, serve and care for God’s Children♥️🙏🎚️🦅🌹

I came to this facility in pretty bad shape. I was having panic attack after panic attack, and doctors had me on meds that made me worse. My husband found this program and it has been a God send. You have group sessions but you also have at least once a week a session with a psychiatrist and he or she talks to you listens and works with you to find the right meds to address your symptoms and diagnose the right disorder. There are therapist that see you in groups daily or depends how far a long you are in the program maybe 2 times weekly try to help you to bring out the real reason for your issues, where they originated from so you can learn coping skills to deal with what the meds can’t do. Together this program helped me get my life back and I am forever grateful to them. However you have to be willing to put in the work if you want results l. If you have tried doctors that don’t listen to you and you are simply not getting better with your current treatment, I would give you them a try.

I was a resident at Lakeview for 42 days. I am an older person and was apprehensive about fitting in . There was no need to worry I was treated with respect and dignity. My alcohol addiction came later in life and a family member found Lakeview for me. I have read many reviews both positive and negative. I must say that I was cared for and cared about. I was a resident with women from all walks of life and ethnicities and I saw treatment equally across the board. When there were objections from fellow residents about treatment I was able to see both sides however , my observation was that many times there was an unwillingness on the part of the resident to completely comply to the prescribed regimen. This is not a place to go if you want to be coddled. If that s the case you may not be ready for recovery. But I can tell you I worked the program, gave myself over to the process of recovery and came out the other side. I certainly ran up against obstacles but this program taught me how to deal with them in a positive successful manner. I would personally like to recognize Karen, Kaylee, Shanna, Meredith and Suneeta to name just a few. The therapists are a great group, but it goes much deeper than that. The staff is there 24/7 and I was made to feel safe at all times through their dedication and teamwork. If you want to free yourself of addiction and are ready for a new life consider this treatment. I can tell you I didn t always agree with some protocol but this program gave me the tools to state my concerns, be heard and come to a resolution that benefitted me and stay in compliance with Lakeview s policies.
