Tiffany and Anita with the mobile response team in Lake City are amazing and saved my life at home in a tough abusive situation. Meridian is judged too harshly. They are very professional and comforting and Meridian cares. I will always give meridian 5 stars, I would give 10 stars if I could.

I’m so glad I chose to come here instead of some of the other approved places I could’ve gone to. My experience at Peaceway has been wonderful throughout every moment. I’ve been treated with such kindness and compassion by everyone who works here. Dr Andrew’s was full of wisdom and offered me so much encouragement and showed me kindness. He reminded me that my mistakes don’t define who I am as a person and reminded me to show myself grace, & that I have the opportunity to use my mistakes to make me a better person. I really appreciated that. The PFL420 class is so informative and surprisingly very enjoyable to sit through. I can tell the people who work here are passionate about helping people and truly love what they do. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I left a review a couple months ago because I was very upset for having all 6 phases taking away from me... Point was Miss. Georgia did a call back on me and I have never in 11 years had one... But I was on the dialysis machine when she called and she said she did leave a message... Miss.Georgia is a really sweet person and professional nurse,I shouldn't have taking my anger out on her... i went here for a week and let me tell you this is very fun the whole time i was here. First i arrived at night, like 11pm. i got to bed and fell asleep quickly. they wake us up 8am and make us do our hygiene which is my favorite thing considering that their water is medically cleared and has average temperature. it’s fun activities for you to do during the daytime. i was apart of the treehouse wing considering the kids wing. There, i met new people and my best friend who helped me. Sometimes the staff there would let the big kids there stay up past their bedtime, just not too late. We all joked, watched tv and played uno. My favorite person there personally was Mrs. Dawn. She was so kind and i really respect her. i loved this place because i haven’t had a single mental thought since then. 5 stars!🫶🏽

My daughter’s therapist has been there for her each and every time we have needed her no matter the time of day. She is interested, caring, knowledgeable, and she is involved in every aspect of treatment. Also, she never fails to follow up with her. My daughter also has a Para pro that comes to our house weekly to help her with her coping skills, and many other issues that help her deal with day to day life. The receptionist Cathy was absolutely phenomenal, she went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. The providers themselves were caring and always gave lots of resources with every appointment. They provided excellent mental health help to me, and they were understanding about my needs. I was just bragging about Lakeview and pointing a friend in this direction, and i was shocked to see even one negative review. Lakeview was amazing, it saved my life. It felt like a vacation, Its practically a health resort. It was so peaceful and serene. I felt I was cared about when cared for, I felt like they were actually invested in my recovery rather than feeling like a number. From the nurses to the blue-shirts, the therapists, the kitchen staff... everyone was so nice and supportive. The food was amazing, honestly. The pool was nice, gym was immaculate. Yoga instructors were awesome. We went for surfing lessons, went out to a horse farm to pet and feed some little horses. You have a massage therapist come in, and someone to come in for haircuts. Theres even a little zen meditation room. The lake on the men's side is full of life, little ducks and geese, big bass and turtles you can feed - although I don't think you're supposed to, anyways. The facility is nice, its got a real pretty view, good food, great staff. I cant imagine how they could go wrong. If I had to complain, the apartments, the PHP after the inpatient - the last period before you graduate... the apartments kind of sucked, but the comradery, the fellowship there.. it was a great place to transition back into the real world. And the girl at the window that took the cigarette and vape orders seemed like she was always having a bad day... but still. This place is amazing. I love Lakeview. I brag about my experience there. I highly recommend it.

I was a patient at Lakeview from October 20, 2002, to November 19, 2002. I was there during Lakeview's infancy, when there was only one building, a couple of picnic tables, a basketball hoop and a beat up volleyball net. I can tell you, with great conviction, their program works. Lakeview gave me the tools I needed to learn how to live a sober life. I still use those tools today, and I have been sober for just over 23 years now. I wish I could come down there and speak to the people currently residing there and tell them it's possible to turn theirs lives around. I am living proof of that, Thank you, Lakeview.

I didn’t always agree with how everything was run, but overall the program was truly worthwhile and helped me tremendously. The therapists were exceptional, and I credit them—along with other staff members—for my engagement and my desire to fully commit to and benefit from my time there. The programming was a major strength, especially the medical sessions led by doctors and nurses, as well as the psychotherapy sessions led by trained therapists. These were pivotal to my success. They also offer nightly 12‑step meetings, typically hosted by outside groups such as AA and NA, which added meaningful support. The living arrangements exceeded my expectations. The dorm room was comfortable (the beds were genuinely great), the food was very good with a wide variety of options every day, and there was a healthy balance of structured programming and downtime for reading, homework, movies, and rest. One thing that particularly impressed me was their weekly Town Hall, where patients can openly raise concerns, complaints, suggestions, and compliments directly with leadership, including the CEO, Clinical Director, Nursing, Maintenance, and BHTs. While the facility is clearly short‑staffed, I never once felt unsafe or discouraged from voicing my concerns. Some of the rules could be frustrating, but they are clearly in place for patient safety. I am 44 days sober today. When I arrived, I was angry at the world, ready to leave AMA, and intent on drinking myself to death. I left with a powerful desire to live and to continue doing the next right thing to stay grounded in my recovery. Stepping Stone—especially my individual therapist and the classes—saved my life. I will be forever grateful.

I recently saw Dr. Oliva and her staff and I've seen a lot of Doctors over the years but very few have been as awesome as this. Virgina, the Doctors Program Director has been extremely helpful with many diffrent obsticals and she has gone above and beyond to help with everything. She even helped me out during Thanksgiving while she was with her family on the road. Dr. Oliva has been extremly helpful and isn't just there to call the shots but she listens and wants to hear you out and make sure you're happy with you're quality of care. I have nothing but respect and good things to say about Perspectives and staff. My situation was a little diffrent than most but regardless these people care about you!
