My son is 34 and checked himself in 5 months ago. He made the decision to stay the full six months within the first month. I'm so proud of him and all the guys there. It's an amazing journey they go through. I know this place saved my son's life. Kindness, compassion and studying the AA 12 Steps and the way in which the program is run. It teaches responsibility, accountability and the tools to get and stay sober.

It is now April 2024 and my son is still sober at 37 and in fact my nephew is getting ready to complete his 6 months and he is excited about being sober and they both know and love the Lord! God. He has answered my prayers and Bridges of Hope was the vessel.

Bridges of Hope saved my sons life!!! The staff is the best and they know what works in curing addiction, they are the best I've ever seen and I have had him in many. If your a parent and want to save your child's life and rest at night knowing he or she is in a safe place, "this program works." Please don't wait and wish you hadn't.

I went to the Lake City emergency department with acute pain in lower back. from triage and treatment the staff was wonderful, personal and caring. even security opened the door for us. The doctor and nurse treated me and was released quickly. The nurse, Paige, was very observant watching me while I attempted to stand and walk. She stopped by the room and talked with us on different subject. This is my first visit to a VA emergency room and they made us very comfortable. Eventhough you don't want to visit the emergency room, I hope future visits will be this pleasant.

I left a review a couple months ago because I was very upset for having all 6 phases taking away from me... Point was Miss. Georgia did a call back on me and I have never in 11 years had one... But I was on the dialysis machine when she called and she said she did leave a message... Miss.Georgia is a really sweet person and professional nurse,I shouldn't have taking my anger out on her... I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, who was recently admitted to this facility after being transferred from the hospital. He spent a total of 7 days there, during which time he was relocated to a different unit. Unfortunately, he experienced extremely poor treatment from the staff. However, my husband specifically wanted to commend one staff member, Chad, who made him feel at ease and treated him with dignity and respect. Chad demonstrated a genuine commitment to providing quality care to patients. My husband appreciated Chad's kindness, particularly since he was not accustomed to being away from home. Notably, Chad provided the same level of exceptional care to all patients on the floor. Our positive rating is largely due to Chad's outstanding service as a BHA.

My daughter’s therapist has been there for her each and every time we have needed her no matter the time of day. She is interested, caring, knowledgeable, and she is involved in every aspect of treatment. Also, she never fails to follow up with her. My daughter also has a Para pro that comes to our house weekly to help her with her coping skills, and many other issues that help her deal with day to day life.
I can’t begin to say enough about these amazing people. They have quickly become a part of my family just by the amount of caring and support that they have given my family.

Absolutely amazing team there. And then when you move over to Beaches, Elizabeth is the best therapist, constantly advocating and fighting for us..and the house techs Jennifer, Dawn and Sydney truly care and help with any and all that you need. I wish I could give this more than five stars. I arrived at mending fences being open-minded. I had no idea the impact this would have on my life in such a positive way. I came to this looking for help for alcohol and found I really needed the help with mental health care. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the surroundings are so Serene and peaceful. There are no amount of words I could give for the gratitude I have for what this place is giving me back to me in my life. I am truly grateful. To me there is no amount of money that could ever give me what I retained here at mending fences. This place has been absolutely PRICELESS! I went to Mending Fences to get help with my debilitating anxiety. From the time I arrived at the facility I was met with friendly and compassionate staff. The admission process was very professional, very timely and the staff made me feel safe.
Concerning the program, Mending Fences focused on a personal track of a healing process designed specifically for me. I was assigned a Therapist (shout-out to Jeremy) who patiently worked with me to guide me through the healing process. Every therapists that led groups were dedicated to making learning different modalities wether - CBT, ART, OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES, EXERCISE AND MUSIC - Fun and engaging!
From playing volleyball, shooting basketball hoops, bon fires and even an open mic night!
Unfortunately, due to a health issue I had to leave the program - this was very disheartening for me - but the Psychiatrist , therapists and staff made the exiting process a great experience for me! Just to mention, these people try to accommodate me so that I could continue the program - it amazed me how much effort they put in - thanks 🙏
One last thing the facility and the grounds were beautiful! One last thank you to all the staff, techs , therapists and Doctors who helped me 🙏🙏

The staff are very helpful and amazing, the treatment most definitely helped me to combat my substance abuse problem. Big shout-out to Mr Terrance and Mrs Crystal I miss y'all and think about y'all all the time. I had some fun amazing times there and wish I could come come back just to kick it for another 30 days. By the way way the food is super fire and everyone gains so much weight. I came in 225 pounds and left 273 pounds in 30 days.

Bhg in Tifton is by far the best facility for addiction recovery I have ever dealt with I've used other facilities before that treat you like you're just a number to them and they don't care about you but at bhg they truly are a genuine collaboration of doctors and nurses and staff members that truly care about your well-being and want to see you succeed with your recovery! They've gone above and beyond on multiple occasions for me, and by far exceeded my expectations. I have never once felt like I have been judged by anyone ever in this facility. I am truly grateful and blessed to have found this place and begin treatment here is the best decision I've ever made in my life they truly care about the well-being of every person that walks through that door! I have never had a single issue in the year that I've been in recovery here. I started my road to recovery at New Seasons. I owe the counselors and nurses there my life. Ashley was my counselor for 4 years and she was awesome. Unfortunately she had to leave her job there and I was assigned to Winnifred. She was also very good at her job. They were both kind, compassionate and understanding. They both went above and beyond. The nurses there were extremely kind and caring and treated me as a person not just an addict. I have to give special thanks to Ms. Sharon, Princess and Jasmine, they are very dedicated to their jobs and professional. I had to leave New Seasons because I moved out of state and I truly miss it so much, I know everyone can't be happy all the time, but this is a great place. If your sobriety is important to you and you really are willing to work for it, New Seasons staff will help you every step of the way. Thank you to all the staff there and I miss you all. The Transition House is a great great program! All the counselors and all the behavioral techs care about every single person that walks through the door! Every group is informative and gives you the tools to exceed quality sobriety! This program is not for people who need it, but for people who want it! One of the greatest things I have learned in this program,is I had to change myself and my old behaviors (not just the ones I wanted)...but all of them! I have been here for 5months and I am truly not the same person that walked in the door on December 31! The administration, staff and clients have helped to make the man I am today! The place is great. My daughter is there. Only complaint i have is there policy. Me and my wife drove 1 1/2 hour. And only one can visit. Then was told my service dog could NOT come inside.
