Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

I went here a few years back. Court order, even though I was the victim. But the group and staff really helped me on my healing journey. The information I learned helped me break Generational Curses. It helped me from having a victim mindset to a survivor mindset. It taught me so much that I share my growth with my children. I had to rush my brother to the emergency room on Labor Day. I thought his levels were off, but in fact, he was in diabetic ketosis. We did not know to look for this. From the very beginning of our visit my brother was treated with such respect and dignity I was in awe. They treated me with such kindness and compassion as well. I have been to quite a few hospitals with my brother outside of the VA system and he has never been treated this great. I wish I could remember all the people connected with his care but I am just horrible with names. He was taken from the ER to MICU and both departments are truly amazing.The nurses are teaching me how they are caring for him. No matter my questions they answer them with great details. The Doctors who have been assigned to him have even called me to update me on his care and condition.I almost took him SGMC in Valdosta that day and to be honest I am truly thankful I took him to Lake City VA.I cannot say enough about every person there who has cared for him. I will always take him there in future events if possible. For the first time in atleast 20 years I did not have to worry about his care. I was able to be home and keep my mind on my day to day activities in between visits with him.My brother even feels very cared for and has not complained once about his level of care.Thank you all for being such astounding amazing human beings and providing such wonderful care for my brother!

Lake City VA Medical Center stands out in the VA system. Formerly lived in NE OH and had to deal with the Cleveland System. It was very hard to get things done. I'm being treated for bladder cancer and this bunch of people in Lake City are great. Been treated very well, people are pleasant and very helpful. Have not had any issues getting things done with appointments. Short wait times for radiology and other specialties. Dr. Leach, my Urologist has jumped into a mess with my treatment after having emergency treatment in Valdosta at SGMC. My nurse, Miss Liz is super helpful and very caring. Just can't say enough good about my experience.

Food was stellar and you accommodated my surgery on my foot and CPAP.
The group therapy was stupendous. I loved dancing and the new music. I loved the games and chance to express myself.
When the patients worked together with the staff , it was a good dynamic.
At Oak unit the youngins were great to be around.
At Palm unit the techs were very nice.

We re from Valdosta, but live in Cape Coral, Florida. We gave up our house and lived in an RV for a year to get in the House of Hope started here. The program we have are for men. Chasity is great i would be gone now if not for her. *** Update*** So Chasity is still great but. Don't call the helpline I called wanting to speak to someone and they just kept asking if I wanted to Kill myself or someone else after answer several times and asking to speak with someone, I got a surprise at my door. Sherriff department placing me in cuffs in front of all my neighbors and took me to the inpatient where they took me cause they don't understand how insulin is done. Then they kept me 5 days and straight stopped me on 20 some odd medicines. I'm stilled messed up from it a yr ago. Now I'm suing. Good luck if you have to go.

I greatly prefer this Legacy Behavioral Health Clinic over the Valdosta office. It is not near as busy or chaotic and you do not feel in danger as you do at the Valdosta one. The staff are nice and helpful unlike the Valdosta office where you are treated rudely. The only downfall is they do not have a pharmacy at this location due to it being a smaller office so you will need to use the Legacy clinic's pharmacy at the Valdosta or Tifton location for you prescriptions or another pharmacy. I highly recommend this office for treatment. They recently moved locations. They are now located at 203 Industrial Park Rd Adel, GA and no longer on Hutchinson Ave.

My daughter was just came home from treatment at Lakeview/Stepping Stone! After a very long struggle with alcohol, as a family we gave her an ultimatum to go to this facility for treatment. She was very reluctant and it took ALOT of persuasion but she finally committed to going. I ve struggle with finding the appropriate words to describe this experience for my daughter as well as our family. From the very moment I reached out to Tommy to the minute I called the facility to pick her up we had the absolute BEST CARE! My daughter has described the staff as being ANGLES ON EARTH !! These wonderful people saved her life!!! It took a lot of courage for her to commit to this as she was leaving behind a baby and a husband. She said the minute she stepped inside the door her anxiety went away. The staff was genuinely there to help her recovery. There aren t enough good words to describe my gratitude for everyone at Lakeside/Stepping Stone. My daughter has made life long friends. Miss Janice was her favorite. What a wonderful facility. I was a resident at Lakeview for 42 days. I am an older person and was apprehensive about fitting in . There was no need to worry I was treated with respect and dignity. My alcohol addiction came later in life and a family member found Lakeview for me. I have read many reviews both positive and negative. I must say that I was cared for and cared about. I was a resident with women from all walks of life and ethnicities and I saw treatment equally across the board. When there were objections from fellow residents about treatment I was able to see both sides however , my observation was that many times there was an unwillingness on the part of the resident to completely comply to the prescribed regimen. This is not a place to go if you want to be coddled. If that s the case you may not be ready for recovery. But I can tell you I worked the program, gave myself over to the process of recovery and came out the other side. I certainly ran up against obstacles but this program taught me how to deal with them in a positive successful manner. I would personally like to recognize Karen, Kaylee, Shanna, Meredith and Suneeta to name just a few. The therapists are a great group, but it goes much deeper than that. The staff is there 24/7 and I was made to feel safe at all times through their dedication and teamwork.If you want to free yourself of addiction and are ready for a new life consider this treatment. I can tell you I didn t always agree with some protocol but this program gave me the tools to state my concerns, be heard and come to a resolution that benefitted me and stay in compliance with Lakeview s policies.

Absolutely amazing team there. And then when you move over to Beaches, Elizabeth is the best therapist, constantly advocating and fighting for us..and the house techs Jennifer, Dawn and Sydney truly care and help with any and all that you need.
