Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

I went here a few years back. Court order, even though I was the victim. But the group and staff really helped me on my healing journey. The information I learned helped me break Generational Curses. It helped me from having a victim mindset to a survivor mindset. It taught me so much that I share my growth with my children. My son is completely transformed. He is definitely on his way to becoming the man that God has called him to be. Teen challenge is absolutely hands down the answer to your love one's addiction. This 12 month program is your childs pathway to recovery. Believe in its culture and watch your love one grow into a productive adult. Food was stellar and you accommodated my surgery on my foot and CPAP.
The group therapy was stupendous. I loved dancing and the new music. I loved the games and chance to express myself.
When the patients worked together with the staff , it was a good dynamic.
At Oak unit the youngins were great to be around.
At Palm unit the techs were very nice.

Don't call the helpline I called wanting to speak to someone and they just kept asking if I wanted to Kill myself or someone else after answer several times and asking to speak with someone, I got a surprise at my door. Sherriff department placing me in cuffs in front of all my neighbors and took me to the inpatient where they took me cause they don't understand how insulin is done. Then they kept me 5 days and straight stopped me on 20 some odd medicines. I'm stilled messed up from it a yr ago. Now I'm suing. Good luck if you have to go.

I greatly prefer this Legacy Behavioral Health Clinic over the Valdosta office. It is not near as busy or chaotic and you do not feel in danger as you do at the Valdosta one. The staff are nice and helpful unlike the Valdosta office where you are treated rudely. The only downfall is they do not have a pharmacy at this location due to it being a smaller office so you will need to use the Legacy clinic's pharmacy at the Valdosta or Tifton location for you prescriptions or another pharmacy. I highly recommend this office for treatment. They recently moved locations. They are now located at 203 Industrial Park Rd Adel, GA and no longer on Hutchinson Ave.

This was a couple of years ago & I understand the reasoning for the low stars but this review but this isn't for the staff in clinic this review this for Brandon the therapist, not only did he help me in a desperate time of need, he completely changed my whole out look on life & my way of thinking & how negative I used to be, I moved out of Tallahassee with my loving & caring family a few hours away & started a new life. The actual Meridian office is ACROSS the street from where Google Maps takes you! This was my 1st time visiting THIS Meridian but so far everyone is very nice!

My daughter s therapist has been there for her each and every time we have needed her no matter the time of day. She is interested, caring, knowledgeable, and she is involved in every aspect of treatment. Also, she never fails to follow up with her. My daughter also has a Para pro that comes to our house weekly to help her with her coping skills, and many other issues that help her deal with day to day life.I can t begin to say enough about these amazing people. I live with Schizophrenia and also Bipolar II. I have been using services at the Thomasville location for more than 10 yrs. I get Therapy, I see the doctor, & I've attended Wellness Groups. GA Pines is all about recovery and I can say with confidence how VALUABLE GA PINES services are because I am a living example! I have been in recovery since 2013. I have been working here since 2014 in Administration. I have found my niche because I am doing something I know about. Before Recovery I was lost, I felt like I was watching life from the window of a house I could not leave. Therapy has raised my self-esteem, taught me boundaries, helped me overcome feelings of hopelessness & despair. I'm no longer ashamed of my mental illness.
