She is interested, caring, knowledgeable, and she is involved in every aspect of treatment. Also, she never fails to follow up with her. My fiance saw Dr. Allen for outpatient and he's absolutely wonderful! The staff in the front office are great too! It's the nurses that suck. They have absolutely no bedside manner. They speak to you like you're an inconvenience, get snippy and rude on a dime even when not provoked. They are just rude as hell and not fit to be in this field and dealing with people with fragile mental health. 0/5 for the outpatient nurses, but 5/5 for the doctor himself.

The place is great. My daughter is there. Only complaint i have is there policy. Me and my wife drove 1 1/2 hour. And only one can visit. Then was told my service dog could NOT come inside.

I went to the Lake City emergency department with acute pain in lower back. from triage and treatment the staff was wonderful, personal and caring. even security opened the door for us. The doctor and nurse treated me and was released quickly. The nurse, Paige, was very observant watching me while I attempted to stand and walk. She stopped by the room and talked with us on different subject. This is my first visit to a VA emergency room and they made us very comfortable. Eventhough you don't want to visit the emergency room, I hope future visits will be this pleasant.

The staff behind the desk are amazing women , but when I was there last April till Oct. Court ordered to do 6 months I worked hard there , did all my assignments, no behavior contract with staff or peers even got phased up , to then be told since I didn't want to go into there residential apartments after treatment there simply because I had a home & were they put these ladies is horrible so when I went into treatment team & 4 other high up staff tells you no certificate because I refused to go into there residential housing that's horrible when I'm there to regain custody of my children. Because of that I now have to go into treatment again because I got no certificate of completion. Only reason I gave to stars 🌟 is the beautiful, caring women that sit behind the desk .

TARC has played a key role in our loved one’s recovery journey. From our very first interaction with Christine, we felt warmth, compassion, and clear guidance. TARC is a safe and caring place for anyone seeking sobriety and recovery. The 3-day Family Weekend is especially meaningful and unique—staff like Sara, Andrew, and Tony provided excellent educational sessions, while the time spent together strengthened family bonds in a deep way.
Our loved one has now moved on to a sober-living home in another state for career-related reasons. While we wish he had chosen to stay longer and then continue with TARC’s sober-living program, which we understand is also very strong, we remain deeply grateful for the foundation TARC helped him build.

Amazing place......if you have a loved one struggling with addiction, call them today! My son attended 4 months and is now at their sober living house. The staff is like family to him! They truly care about their patients and the families. It is a wonderful place.

After attending 4 rehabs, my brother finally found one that works. He stayed 4 months and is now in the programs sober living house. The staff is like family to him. If your loved one needs a place to heal, give them a call.

Heather the counselors and the doctor run a wonderful facility here. They offer freedom from active addiction a promise of renewed hope and a purposeful driven life free from addiction. My stay here a year ago also provided me the opportunity to live in their sober living home. The art, equine, yoga and reki thrapy sessions are incredible. I really liked the bio bed as well as my free time on the patio. 7 Summit Pathways reintroduced me to mindful meditation, grounding techniques and journaling. My counselor Doug was very encouraging. I was able to get a job near to their sober living house in Valrico and protect my anonymity. They had a nice dinner for the holidays and other clients families would join us. The van was always a safe drive and i always felt reassured and comfortable. They offer a native American Wellbriety meeting on Wednesday at 7pm i look forward to returning to again soon. Alot of these examples have helped me as i was able to keep my sponsor and take steps in the 12 step Narcotics Anonymous program. 7 Summit Pathways helped me keep living a productive good and healthy life. I just wanted to say how incredibly helpful and amazing Heather was tonight during a crisis. I reached out at midnight about a family member and was blown away by her kindness, willingness to talk/help, etc. I have worked in the substance abuse field for over 15 years and been a patient as well. I know that parts of the system can be broken at times. Heather went above and beyond what I have ever seen anyone do. She really cares and is a true angel.
