The staff are very helpful and amazing, the treatment most definitely helped me to combat my substance abuse problem. Big shout-out to Mr Terrance and Mrs Crystal I miss y'all and think about y'all all the time. I had some fun amazing times there and wish I could come come back just to kick it for another 30 days. 6/8/10 I walked into St Illa. Broken, afraid, and ashamed. I know I wasn t the easiest person to deal with, but the staff treated me with respect. I completed detox and set about putting the pieces of my life back together. It has been a long and winding road, but I started college at age 50 and have been working in the field of addiction treatment for 6 years.Yesterday marked 13 years drug free and the memory of the moment I walked through those doors remains fresh in my mind.If you re reading this with the thought of seeking treatment, do it. Do it now. You can be free. You are worth it. This place literally saved my life.To the staff- I did not understand at the time everything you said and did, or why. But I do now. I went here a few years back. Court order, even though I was the victim. But the group and staff really helped me on my healing journey. The information I learned helped me break Generational Curses. It helped me from having a victim mindset to a survivor mindset. It taught me so much that I share my growth with my children. Food was stellar and you accommodated my surgery on my foot and CPAP.
The group therapy was stupendous. I loved dancing and the new music. I loved the games and chance to express myself.
When the patients worked together with the staff , it was a good dynamic.
At Oak unit the youngins were great to be around.
At Palm unit the techs were very nice.

Chasity is great i would be gone now if not for her. *** Update*** So Chasity is still great but. Don't call the helpline I called wanting to speak to someone and they just kept asking if I wanted to Kill myself or someone else after answer several times and asking to speak with someone, I got a surprise at my door. Sherriff department placing me in cuffs in front of all my neighbors and took me to the inpatient where they took me cause they don't understand how insulin is done. Then they kept me 5 days and straight stopped me on 20 some odd medicines. I'm stilled messed up from it a yr ago. Now I'm suing. Good luck if you have to go.

I greatly prefer this Legacy Behavioral Health Clinic over the Valdosta office. It is not near as busy or chaotic and you do not feel in danger as you do at the Valdosta one. The staff are nice and helpful unlike the Valdosta office where you are treated rudely. The only downfall is they do not have a pharmacy at this location due to it being a smaller office so you will need to use the Legacy clinic's pharmacy at the Valdosta or Tifton location for you prescriptions or another pharmacy. I highly recommend this office for treatment. They recently moved locations. They are now located at 203 Industrial Park Rd Adel, GA and no longer on Hutchinson Ave.

My daughter s therapist has been there for her each and every time we have needed her no matter the time of day. The staff and girls are so friendly and makes you feel at home. I enjoy going to church with. I met the people with Bethesda because I had a family member there. Even tho their not there any more, I still go there to visit. This place has helped me in ways of changing my life. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I plan to keep visiting as long as I can. And I live an hour and 15 minutes away.
