This is a very clean and great facility the nurses are great the tecks are great however the nurse practitioners who are wanna be doctors are horrible especially Jessica she told me that I had an STD which turns out I did not have... The test that she did was negative but she told me it was positive.... and when I was trying to ask her questions about that or ask her questions about my care she could not get off her phone to stop texting long enough to talk to me and I knew she was texting because I could see emojis on her phone she's very racist she doesn't like white people it was the worst experience I've ever had with a nurse practitioner or a doctor but she's not a doctor other than that this facility is amazing

My lady friend went her & they have treated her incredibly well.
This place isn't really well know but it deserves to be.
The staff was immaculate to her.
The only thing was the not smoking rule which is justified because it is a recover center.
Besides that I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The people at this center are like no other. They really care about you and they . help you in your walk to recovery .and they got your back. .i been to other treatment centers here in macon like G...A and they all about the money and the people that own the place are very rude also they bring dogs in the place and let them run everywhere while you are in there . thats just nasty and if you miss a day going to the center this nutt still charges you for the does that you dont receive .like i said trinity treatment is the best they treat you like you are someboby .thats where i going to go. This place is great.
I relocated from Calhoun, Georgia earlier this year. The differences between the clinic up there and this one are plenty. The staff down here is amazing and have always treated me respectfully, as I do them. I was going daily to dose while up there, they are slow to phase up, I wasn't here a week and Health Qwest informed me that I would be coming twice weekly.
If you're struggling with addiction and unsure what to do or where to turn and have tried everything, then I highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough about this facility and the staff. I've been turned away at every clinic in Macon and Warner Robins. I had given up on treatment until a family member told me to call this place. I almost did not call but my sibling was very adamant. These are some of the most understanding, helpful, and nicest people I've ever met. Absolutely no judgement from the staff, unlike every other treatment facility i know of, you don't feel ashamed to be here. These people are saving my life and I can't thank or recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough good things about the Macon VA Clinic on Thomaston Rd. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Hornick, my psychiatrist, is an incredible professional. Her compassionate and understanding approach has made a significant impact on my mental health as a disabled U.S. Army combat veteran. She truly takes the time to listen and tailor her care to meet my unique needs.
I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Nurse Taylor! She is always friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive, going above and beyond to ensure that I feel comfortable and informed during each visit. It’s evident that she, along with the entire staff, is dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Dr. Vaughn an absolute professional very caring. And any residents training under him will be the best providers if they follow his methos. Working in Healthcare is no easy feat. Nurses Anthony, the nurse he turned over with her name escapes me but she was on her last hour on her shift so sweet! Techs Darlene and Mia so sweet and compassionate. There were two that represent the empty star Nurse Wanda and Tech Rekita. They had attitude and displayed an uncaring non compassionate demeanor it was startling. Nurse Wanda could be going thru something or suffering from healthcare fatigue but she didnt return to check IV placement when it was brought to her attention and i had to ask for patient transport twice after she asked us to specifically tell her when were at the curb. The first time we got the car ready at the pick up waited for 15min my mom was still waiting in the room. Cant park in the drop off/pick up area so i had to go back in and ask for transport again. When we walked out of the room we saw Nurse Wanda ran from the hallway to seek refuge in an empty patient room after locking eyes with us. Idk why. I dont think we were complicated or difficult. I asked for a warm blanket for my mom they didnt have a blanket warmer on that floor (7th Main Building) we layered up. My husband and i stayed overnight and are both Navy Corpsmen so we shared sympathy and would do as much on our own with what was allowed (we asked for permission each time) so to not constantly call the nurse station for trivial things.

I cant speak for other people but im sad lakebridge behavioral health is closing because they worked to help so many people. I was admitted to the acute unit in aug 2015 and then somtime in 2016. The staff was always making sure everyone was safe and as comfortable as possible.I have been to other facilities like this in Georgia and none of them were any help to me or any good other than Lakebridge . The staff was also very professional .. If they were still open i would 100% recommend them to anyone seeking behavioral treatment in Georgia.
