My lady friend went her & they have treated her incredibly well.This place isn't really well know but it deserves to be.The staff was immaculate to her.The only thing was the not smoking rule which is justified because it is a recover center.Besides that I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This place is great.I relocated from Calhoun, Georgia earlier this year. The differences between the clinic up there and this one are plenty. The staff down here is amazing and have always treated me respectfully, as I do them. I was going daily to dose while up there, they are slow to phase up, I wasn't here a week and Health Qwest informed me that I would be coming twice weekly.If you're struggling with addiction and unsure what to do or where to turn and have tried everything, then I highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough about this facility and the staff. I've been turned away at every clinic in Macon and Warner Robins. I had given up on treatment until a family member told me to call this place. I almost did not call but my sibling was very adamant. These are some of the most understanding, helpful, and nicest people I've ever met. Absolutely no judgement from the staff, unlike every other treatment facility i know of, you don't feel ashamed to be here. These people are saving my life and I can't thank or recommend them enough.

Community Development Systems, Inc. in Macon, GA is a wonderful establishment for youth. Community Development Systems, Inc. provides excellent care to their clients. The physicians, support staff, therapists, nurse and administrative staff are a critical part of Community Development Systems, Inc. These individuals provide the necessary resources that each client need. The therapists along with their support member(s) work well in making sure their clients are able to succeed in the program as well as everyday life. Whether it s the Core team or IFI team these individuals work diligently to insure that the children that they serve are thriving mentally as well as socially. There are three therapists working nonstop to provide as much assistance as possible to their clients. The individuals mentioned are: Mrs. T. Salley, Mr. B. Paige and Mr. T. White. These individuals have earned their college degrees and clinical training. They are proving every day that the children, on their teams, lives and mental stability are what matters. There are several support staff members who use their time and clinical training to provide the children with necessary information to build their coping skills. The members of the support staff mentioned are: Mr. W. Thorpe, Mr. J. Ivey and Mrs. Tish. I m able to inform that the physician that provides service do so with incite provided by the clients as well as their parent(s). I see and understand a lot people frustration over their own experiences in the past. From my experience I can see they're trying to change everything and how it's being run. Nurses I had met were nice and sweet, gave informative information, explain to me about what medicine I'm being given, and what it's purpose. They check in with you day and night with care. Hand out surveys asking what can be improved upon, what needs to change.The Doctors seemed great, gave me great amount information and spent about 2 to 3 minutes explaining the results of lab and what can be done.Only bad thing was results taking over a day to be given, and determined what going on. I rather have them take their time understanding results than to speed through it unless it's necessary for medical reasons.Now my only problems were waiting too long for everything. I came in early in the morning and left waiting for about 4 to 5 hours to be given temporary room then waited extra 3 to 4 hours to another temporary room. Didn't expect to stay multiple days, almost entire week but nurses kindness and care made everything ok overall. Just didn't enjoy waiting for lab work and being treated. I can see where this problem lies here because they seem outnumbered with influx of patients coming in and out of the Emergency Center, there so much can be handled by small group of staff in limited time.So I understand people frustration with lack of follow up in one day or other stuff going on, everything is understandably set up to focus more on patients in critical conditions. I'm going say Nurses are the backbone of this hospital and doctors are well mannered and didn't dismiss anything.To address condition of the hospital, it was mostly clean within rooms and bed being taken care of. Certain parts might seem outdated and I'm not sure people should completely blame the Hospital staff for that, when it's Macon. A city that poorly funded and has terrible history of managing investments to the city itself. People shouldn't expect it to be modern 100% compared to Atlanta. Not saying we don't have the right to clean and safe hospital, just don't expect everything to be perfect when you're here. My entire experience here was mostly good and had few cons here and there but nothing where it had me saying it's awful. Hopefully this hospital can receive more doctors and nurses to increase efficient services including getting patients in and treating patients so new patients don't have to wait too long.

I had my son December 12th 2024 and got diagnosed with preeclampsia my son needed to stay in the nicu for his own reasons plus I had to stay in the hospital for a while myself I couldn't have gotten through it without my partner and each nurse /doctor they did there very best to comfort and help me they really cared even when I broke down in tears she sat and talked took time to help all the doctors especially the heart one did an amazing job due to high blood pressure I will not forget any of them and I'm grateful for them and both hospitals

I cant speak for other people but im sad lakebridge behavioral health is closing because they worked to help so many people. I was admitted to the acute unit in aug 2015 and then somtime in 2016. The staff was always making sure everyone was safe and as comfortable as possible.I have been to other facilities like this in Georgia and none of them were any help to me or any good other than Lakebridge . The staff was also very professional .. If they were still open i would 100% recommend them to anyone seeking behavioral treatment in Georgia. Thank you lakebridge staff for all that you did while yall were open. I can say they saved atleast 1 life

I cannot give enough praise to Rise in Malibu. My son was recently admitted for the 30 day alcoholism program. With great fear and hesitation he was soon talking with Allison in admissions. Her unbelievable patience, knowledge, unmatched kindness, and long phone calls, gave him the reassurance he needed to get on the plane.Upon arrival to LAX there was another team member waiting for him at the baggage carousel. He was a recovered alcoholic and really understood the hesitation being experienced by my son. How wonderful to have that real life encouragement, even before walking in the front door.Upon arrival he met all the wonderful staff that he appreciated were non judgmental, which was very important to him. Each staff member took time to really get to know him, so they could develop a personal treatment plan to meet his specific needs. He participated in group, individual and spiritual counseling. The painting activity uncovered a talent that he did not know he had. The group meals, activities, gym time and outings allowed positive and supportive friendships to develop.I visited about two weeks in and met most of the staff. Every person was as wonderful as he had said they were. It was then I learned that all the staff members have recovered from their own addiction. That explains their kind, understanding and unrelenting devotion to helping others.During my visit he showed me around and introduced me to the staff like they were all his family. He was proud of his progress and finally believing in recovery. I saw happiness in him for the first time in many years.He continues to reach out to team members when there is a bump in the road. Having that ability has truly kept him on the right path. He is now in sober living with sobriety a realistic outcome, for the first time in 20 years. I am forever grateful to Rise in Malibu!

An absolute gem!!The home is stunning with individual spacious rooms, infinity pool, and view of the ocean for starters. My experience with the admissions team of Lori and Berkeley was a great start as I did not, for one minute, feel pressured. The staff, comprised of Masters level and Doctorate clinicians provide the most comprehensive treatment this industry has to offer. The one on one attention you receive here is unbelievable. I had 90+ sessions in a 30 day stay. Just finished treatment at WVDT and in the beginning (as per usual whenever anyone is kicking anything hard) I was hostile, isolated and resistant to the treatment. I came in on NYE 24 from Miami, FL and by day 4 I needed to go to the hospital, they made the decision and when I was done I returned to finish my 28 days of treatment. I am very thankful for everything and everyone there, I have never been more clean in my life since I began using in 2020. One of the workers Mariah, shared her story with me in the beginning of my stay and one thing she said really resonated with me. "I just stayed, and I listened" and for my duration I just grasped onto that. I stayed, I listened, and I got my life back. They also assist you with post-treatment planning, whether that's PHP, Sober living, IOP, etc. They make sure you have all the tools you need so once you're discharged it'll be a smooth transition for you. Everyone there was knowledgeable and had some type of first hand experience in what you're actually going through. Some notable shoutouts include Austin, Mariah, Beau, Emmanuel, Malika and Jordan. Any good story should start so there I was. So there I was, I was a meth user for 30 plus years and an alcoholic. I don't know we're to begin on how much starbridge helped me.. my mental health was shot by body was shot and my pride was shot I had been to countles facilities and programs during my 30 years of use and soon as i left I knew I was getting high. This was the best recovery experience! This was not my first time in treatment and I thought that I knew what to expect. The groups were small and intimate. The staff and other clients were caring, empathetic, open minded and friendly. I was introduced to Smart Recovery which is a great alternative to 12 step programs. We attended 12 Step meetings as well. All the techs and counselors were committed to my success. My therapist Stephanie is a great listener! She heard my concerns and was able to present other perspectives that I hadn t thought of. The chef, Dean is a fabulous cook! Dustin, Evan, Leslie, Sam, Brittany, America were all essential in this process. They are all proof that the opposite of addiction is not sobriety but connection!

My experience at The Canyons was life changing. Antonio and his team of therapists, support groups and staff are all wonderful to work with and truly care about your recovery and well being. I have had other experiences in recovery and have never come out with a more solid foundation and hope for the future than I have since leaving the canyon.
