I had a really good experience at AYA, Ann was really helpful in my stay here and I met a lot of really cool people. The house is really nice and we did a lot of really cool activities like hiking spending times by the fireplace, and outings at the movies and going thrifting. I would highly recommend!

The staff here really care about you and your wellbeing. During detox making it as smooth and comfortable as possible. The food is amazing hats off to Luca. The group sessions are wide and varied, and the counseling and therapy is top notch. It made a huge difference in my sobriety going forward. Healthy Living is the best detox and residential program around , hands down .
They have a solid team of professionals that actually care and are invested in turning a life around.
They picked up as soon as I called , I was in treatment the following day .
You get to keep your phone, therapy every week , I had my own room and my own private bathroom . All my needs and wants got fulfilled at Healthy Living , I highly recommend this program if you are willing to turn your life around , this is the place to do it .
I had many options with the help of a counselor for my after care plan , very satisfied.

This was my first experience at a treatment program. I was very nervous upon checking in and the staff were unbelievable! Sandy did my initial intake and from what I remember lol, she was SO patient and SO kind. I was initially going to stay just for a week to detox but I ended up staying the full 30 days and I’m so glad I did. The entire tech team and staff are amazing! Nick, Sandy, Jorge, and Sean were some of the most caring people I’ve met they made the entire experience that much better. The techs truly care about you and your well being. I was upset a few nights and both Sandy and Nick made sure I was okay and talked with me until I was better. Sahar the counselor checked in with me weekly and was very sweet. Barbara the nurse is so amazing and sweet! Emil was also incredible he got me a uber to the facility and helped me with my disability throughout my stay and always checked in to see how I was doing! Also he always brings his beautiful dog, Luna! I can’t recommend healthy living enough. Thank you for everything healthy living!
P.S I discharged on oct 29th still sober and going strong haha!

I don't understand the negative reviews. My experience was nothing short of perfect. The staff was stellar!! Everyone was extremely nice and made me feel beyond comfortable. I went in for an outpatient procedure and I showed up at the wrong building. A staff member asked me where I was going but when I provided the address, she didnt know what Mayo building I was looking for. My mom and I assumed we would just figure it out. When we got to the car, I heard the staff women trying to get our attention. She had tracked us down outside at our car and went over and beyond to gwt the info for where we needed to go and gave us directions to get there. I wish I would have taken note of her name. But I can't rave about my experience with Mayo Hospital enough. From admitting to the nurses, particularly Ray in the CT lab, AMAZING guy! They were all fabulous. I was referred by my UCLA doctor. Mayo's service today was on par with that of UCLA, which is fantastic as well. All I know is that when you treat people well, it's usually reciprocated. I appreciate everyone who cared for me during my time at Mayo.

My brother and I can not say enough good things about Henry Mayo Hospital!!!! Not only did they provide the best care to take care of my Mom in ER and ICU but they cared about her so much❤
My Mom was in ICU on her 98th birthday and the whole ICU staff came to her room at midnight and sang happy birthday to her. It has been months and my Mom still talks about how special she felt that day and what a memorable occasion it was.

In May of 2014, I was involved in a motorcycle accident that shattered 6 ribs, collapsed both of my lungs, broke my collar bone among other things.
When I came in I was in bad shape! I was stuck under my Goldwing and my heart stopped. Luckily a bunch of landscapers from O'Neill landscaping lifted my 900lb bike off me and gave me CPR.
The triage unit acted like one well refined machine, the second I got there. Yes expensive, but that is everywhere in the USA. Although, regarding this team, you wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
They knew exactly what to do and when to do it. I have absolutely no complaints about them and I think they deserve a higher ranking than 5 stars.

Getting a DUI is a horrible experience period! But this place and the classes they offer here are part of that process, and the people that work here are nothing but friendly and professional, and will help you get through the court ordered classes without any problems. While they don't play around when you don't follow the rules of the program, they are indeed fair and professional when you treat them with respect and understanding and keep your program in good standings. Remember these programs answer to the Los Angeles courts and are indeed audited, so they honestly can't just let it go when you are in violation of the terms of the program. I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment and it's employees, and how I was treated there. I know these programs are not cheap and they cost more when you miss classes, and are a giant pain to everyone...but all things considered it was not difficult getting through the 18 month program, and I would like to thank the people that work there for being professional and courteous to me even when I screwed up my attendance. I do recommend this company for helping you with this difficult time in your life.

Client on a level I have never in my life experienced. I have been to many facilities in search of healing from a 30 year drug, alcohol and toxic life style.. I am almost 43 years old. I am a strong willed human being and I had quit quitting because evidence in my life proved that I would never be able to break free from addiction. While in the care of All In Solutions, staff demonstrated to me love, boundaries and interest in my well being. I have been a hand full with very challenging emotional brokenness and it has been very difficult to walk thru the healing process.. never once did staff treat me as if I was a burden or beyond help. They had patience and experience and love and over and over and over repeatedly demonstrated dedication to my recovery every step of the way. My counselor was Jason. I literally thank God that I came to All in solutions. Jason is a one of a kind, emotionally, spiritually wise minded, dedicated human being / he is professional and dedicated to his clients.. for reals - he spoke truth to me and handled all my details with concern and care and met me where I was at and patiently worked thru my process with me.. Debbie, the director helped me thru many emotional struggles, Tony, admissions - absolutely amazing human being.. zero, alumni - wonderful human being filled with love and dedication.. these people are like warriors and they care about every soul that comes thru the doors. Every single staff member spent time with me to understand my intricate brokenness and played a giant role in the healing I have experienced thus far. I still have a long road of recovery ahead of me.. I now believe that recovery is possible. I know can visualize my best self living a happy joyous and free life with a support system.. honestly - words can not express the gratitude I have for each staff member.. so many of them.. the house moms at the women’s house.. I am like crying as I prepare to depart because these people became my family and that is how this rehabilitation service is.. if you or a loved one is beyond hope and beyond help -

I have enjoyed my stay at the Hollywood Hills Recovery Rehab , I must say they are very professional here and clean very caring as well. I appreciate all that the staff has done. Special mention to Christian he is very friendly and on top of his game. Picked me up directly from the airport with no trouble whats so ever. I recommend it to anyone who struggles with anxiety self esteem or building a community, this place has it all!

Revive was a great experience. The first week was rough for myself but after finding a balance within myself and being able to attend groups I was able to acquire the tools I needed to maintain my sobriety.

If you are nervous, hesitant, conflicted about getting help or helping a loved one get help, there isn’t a more warm-welcoming & safe place to be. All catagories you can possibly think of that would make a treatment center perfect, is exactly what Enlight Treatment Center is. I came immediately after being at another treatment center & I was terrified. When I made calls to get in somewhere, the person who answered was more concerned with my well-being than my wallet. My first day there, I was crying & I remember sitting with a counselor, Kristin, who I asked if everyone who worked there really cared & she along with every single staff member there proved just how much they cared. In fact, they really all went above and beyond to help every individuals needs in recovery. When I was near the end of my stay I was certain I was going back home right away. They helped me feel safe to try out sober living and it completely changed my life. Remember, employees are replaceable, if you’re worried about “needing to get back to work,” things will work itself out, trust the process & the staff. They have the purest hearts. I’m forever grateful for every single one of them.

I’ve have referred many people to Enlight for detox and residential as well as for mental health treatment, and let me tell you, lives are being changed lives are being saved. I’ve been working as a recovery coach for almost 15 years, worked with many different treatment centers, none of them are like Enlight. I’ve had client sent to Enlight from all walks of life; rich poor employed unemployed, people who worked to unions and blue collar men to lawyers and nurses… this is the only place I trust to be able to take care of my folks in addiction. I trust them for many reasons but mainly because they have 3 doctors on site who will see you in person as opposed to other centers who have one doctor who will see you on zoom (if ever). The team at Enlight is as experienced as it gets, most of the staff themselves have been through addiction and really treat this job as a passion. I have sent over 100 people to Enlight for detox from alcohol, Xanax, ketamine, Cocaine, Fentanyl, Heroin, Marijuana, Whippets, Adderall, Methamphetamine… you name it. Many of these people were dual diagnosis, meaning they had both mental health issues and addiction. Most of my clients that I’ve sent to Enlight are sober now! Enlight really knows how to Safely medically, detox, and set up the foundation for future success in sobriety. Love you guys. Shout out to Chef Carlo, homie is a wizard when it comes to making food. I had the privilege of coming here for detox and couldn't be more appreciative of the staff and accommodations here. I stayed for 2 weeks and was constantly catered to by all of the staff. Truly a 5 star experience while going through the worst time of my life. The people here truly treat you like their own family. I don't know how they manage to deal with several emotional people all day every day and still manage to give everybody specialized individual attention but they do. I came in there like a wrecking ball and they still took great care of me. Even the chefs cater to everybody's personal needs. I'll be 200 days sober in 2 days and probably wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for this place. A very delayed review, but anybody questioning if they should stay here or not should have no question about it and choose Maple Moon for their recovery.

I didn't know what to expect when I showed up at Restore. I was scared and hating life. I ended up having a great adventure. Did everything run smoothly, no. Best alcohol detox program in Los Angeles. They have amazing clinical staff and overall the program feels like home. There is also the chef Heather who makes amazing food which just a huge plus to the overall experience
My stay at Elevation.
I was in a pretty rough place and needed to get some intensive support. I found Elevation while researching and what drew to me to them vs other places I saw was;
* Private Room. I had to be honest with myself that this was something important to me, to have my own space.
* Daily Individual Therapy. In addition to group having daily individual therapy to help work through things and make the most of the time there.
* Electronic Devices Allowed. I have two young kids and I wanted to be able to stay in contact with family as well as use my laptop to research and view content related to what I was working through.
After filling out the form on the website Stephanie the admissions director reached out right away. Before she walked me through more details about the program she checked in to make sure I was ok, I felt supported already. She helped answer all my questions as well as get the information she needed to verify insurance coverage and what I would have to pay out of pocket. She got back to me quickly again and we figured out an admission date.
When I arrived in Los Angeles I was picked up at the airport and driven to their Calabasas house.
I won’t go into too many details about the house, it’s pretty fantastic and there are picture on the website.
I was greeted upon arrival, checked in, given a tour, and sometime to settle in my room.
Everyone in the house from the cleaner, chef, coaches, therapists, and psychiatrist are supportive and genuinely interested in making you comfortable and ready for doing the personal work you need.
There is a wonderful variety of therapies from individual, group, equine, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, nature walks, pool/jacuzzi, art, and music which all come at your problems from different angles and build on each other. The coaches are always available and engaged between sessions to keep the momentum going and support you.
Having daily individual therapy plus two groups daily helped me dive deep into the underlying issues I was facing and my progress built on itself everyday. I felt like I was making a months progress every week. My therapist Chad was just what I needed, he was thoughtful, creative and pushed when needed to help me go further.
I arrived in a very low state (not my usual self) and was able to quickly let go and unravel, the staff and my fellow patients helped put me back together and create sustainable coping techniques and strategies so I could return home a new person.
Having house-mates was a wonderful experience, even though we all came from very different walks of life and reasons for coming, we found deep common ground and support with each other. We laughed, and cried, and laughed again together.
The center of a house is the kitchen, and at Elevation this was no exception. Chef Jerry and Josh not only made amazing and healthy food, they were open to having us join the process and learn how to cook. We spent most of our afternoons between sessions joining in on the cooking process. Chef Jerry was like another therapist who gave us amazing life advice and was always open to listen to use when we needed a little support. Everyone at elevation from the cleaner to the coaches and the patients all eat the same food together. It felt like a big family.
I felt that when I needed alone time and privacy or wanted to do something social I could move between those modalities anytime. I never felt pressure to join in anything, just welcomed.
I left elevation feeling like a new person, equipped with new skills and strategies to thrive at home and at work. I highly recommend Elevation.

⭐ Hands Down the Best Mental Health Program Available.
I can’t say enough good things about Elevations Behavioral Health. It’s hands down the best mental health care I’ve ever received. The setting is incredible — beautiful houses, exercise equipment, pools, jacuzzis, and so many community resources. They will take you on outings to the Pacific Ocean to watch sunsets — and yes, you *will* see dolphins!

The staff and therapists are absolutely amazing — they genuinely care and don’t let you give up on yourself. I cant name them all because I would forget someone. Too many to count; dedicated and MOre than experts at what they do!

Elevations residential mental health treatment is exceptional. Look no further if you want to receive the best residential mental health care available in the most beautiful setting. You receive daily groups and individual therapy, which is rare in residential mental health treatment in my experience. I recently received residential at Elevations in Calabasas, CA. (Nov. 2024) I felt safe and cared for. Dr. Chaudhri cares deeply about the programs and getting things right. The dedicated technicians make sure that you are always safe and your needs are met. The therapists are dedicated and exceptional in their treatment of complex mental health diagnoses (BiPolar, depression, PTSD, OCD, anxiety.) The psychiatrist is one of the best I've ever had. The services I received and I encourage people to get are: EMDR, Nuerofeedback, massage, life coaching, nutrition consultation, meditation, acupuncture, and yoga. Make them part of your treatment if you can. The journey is hard work but being in such a beautiful place with highly qualified and compassionate people makes it easier. Always advocate for yourself and you will get what you need. I know no matter what I may need in the future Elevations Behavioral Health will be there. Thank you Elevations for changing and supporting my life. I am forever grateful. (Insurance and private pay only.) NOTE: the environment can get quite loud and bright so if you have PTSD or other sensory issues make sure to address it early with the organization or you may suffer from the sensory overload. Bring noise cancelling headphones and sunglasses to wear inside if this is a problem for you.

MCR SAVED ME FROM DRUGS, MYSELF & DRINKING! I want to talk about my experience, everyone was very kind and we had a great group that I was with at the time which really helped me to recover. The first two weeks I had still been off the wagon, but as soon as I confessed to the group I immediately began to heal. Carlee was an excellent therapist for me and I remember having lots of friends supporting each other while I was getting my recovery. We would practice breathing exercises, watch movies that would help out with our recovery, and talk about anything or anyone who has been bothering us recently or from anytime in our lives. They even had a special brain training activity on the computer that you do to help focus on recovery. All the teachers were so nice and had fun assignments to do to help keep our minds off drugs and alcohol. They even have doctors who help provide medication to help keep drugs and alcohol away. I am much more responsible and take medication now to help maintain my sobriety. Thank you MCR!

I can personally say that this is an absolute amazing place. I had great experience with the staff each and everyone hand-picked to perfection. If you ask my opinion, the nurse Jade is absolutely amazing. I know that I will miss her terrible Josh is very very very, very super amazing. deja super sweet person. Georgie is a very caring understanding person. I can actually say I have a good word for each and everyone of them. It would take up a lot of space so I won’t just know that I appreciate each and everyone of you and wish the very best in life for you I would also like to say that Ariel is absolutely amazing. There were a few situations that were scary that he was very comforting very understanding and I like the shout out and say things to everybody.

The detox is great. Awesome staff that cares and is patient with every client. It’s not a “one shoe fits all” we all have different issues. Staff addresses problems directly and doesn’t let problems linger. Great food. 3 meals a day. Self care day on Saturdays. Outings on Sundays. A lot of freedom and free time. Great groups. Small group of clients so it’s a more personal feel. Bonus: candy drawer
