If I could give 6 stars I would! They made me feel safe and welcome as soon as I pulled up to the residence. The housing was clean and very comfortable. The food was very delicious and prepared by a well known chef. 5 star restaurant quality, and they were very accommodating to my special diet. The staff were my favorite I feel I made a special bond with each one of them and they were very compassionate and supportive while still being very professional. I've been too a few treatment facilities and this one by far has given me the best treatment. They helped me create the foundation for my recovery and I'm still clean to this day. Love you guys!!

5 stars across the board. The staff are 100% Genuine! I staff at H.L. Are absolutely awesome. They made me feel like family. They took accountability for my needs and desires to get through the program! I cruelly felt like family there. Sahar my case manager was so intelligent and had solutions for my needs in a blink in an eye. My Counselor got me to a safe place in my head that I was able to open my broken walls I had built 37yrs ago. Nick. My most favorite staff member! He’s a no BS type of guy and he gives it to you strait up. His past experiences resonated to vertically everyone. He has real life experience with almost everyone’s individual drug and alcohol problems. So he is extremely a good one to talk to about your problems. I can go on and on and on about this facility. I really hope you can go here and receive the blessings this place has to offer! No mater how tough it is for anyone out there, this is an exceptional place to begin your new life! Thank you H.L. Healthy Living changed my life in truly amazing ways! I was on a very bad path, and I was about to lose everything that I truly cared about and loved in my life. That being said, I still did not want to go. On the drive there I was very scared about what I thought it was going to be like. I had never been to rehab or detox before. When I walked through the door, I was immediately struck by how nice it was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. They really cared about the people that were there to get help. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The place is very nice and has a relaxing atmosphere. The food was awesome. They have a gourmet chef, and on his days off, there were plenty of staff that knew how to cook and grill really well. I loved the group meetings and the 1 on 1 counseling sessions. They provided me with insight and honesty within myself about my situation. I learned things about myself that I never realized before. They did these things without me ever feeling judged or bad about the choices I made. The staff truly cared about my health and about my well-being, and I mean all the staff, no matter what their job title was. I could not imagine a better place to get help. The rooms were very comfortable, and if there was something you needed help with, they were very accommodating. There was no shortage of things to do on our downtime. We were also able to have outings off site, and they let us vote on what we wanted to do. We had trips to the beach, movies and a nice pool. I could keep going on and on about how wonderful of an experience this place was, while also helping me to work through my issues at the same time. When it was time to leave, a part of me was sad to go, even though I couldn't wait to go home and see my family. If you or someone you know needs help, Healthy Living is the place to get that help!

My experience at this facility was overwhelmingly positive. The environment is clean, well-maintained, and truly reflects the images presented online. The staff is exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping clients succeed. Gary, in particular, stands out for his ability to handle everything efficiently from start to finish, and Alex is often one of the first welcoming voices you encounter. The meals are excellent (so much so that gaining a little weight is almost inevitable), and the group sessions are structured, engaging, and led with a high level of professionalism. The nursing support—especially Kelly—was consistently present and highly attentive, which made a significant difference. Like any organization, there are a few staff members who may not meet the same standard, but they are far outweighed by the quality and dedication of the rest of the team. Before coming here, I believed I could manage my addiction on my own. However, after multiple hospital visits and the impact it had on my daily life and relationships, I realized I needed help. As someone from out of state, I initially doubted whether my insurance would allow me to seek treatment elsewhere. After researching several facilities, I came across this one and decided to call. From that very first interaction, the team went above and beyond—patiently helping me navigate insurance, remaining supportive even when I was resistant, and continuing to assist me through a hospital detox period. Upon arrival, I was met with respect, care, and a strong sense of accountability. The staff not only teach recovery principles but actively encourage you to apply them, ensuring you get the most out of your experience. During my stay, there was some construction underway to expand amenities, which could be a bit disruptive at times. However, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall quality of care, therapy, and programming provided. In the end, I can confidently say this facility offers an outstanding level of support and expertise. The team is passionate about what they do and truly invested in helping clients build a better future. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone—even my own family—who may need help. I am deeply grateful for the role they’ve played in my recovery journey and would gladly return just to visit and express my appreciation.

My experience with iVital was exceptional. I did not know what to expect never having dealt with this type of situation with a family member. The staff assured me of the process and the confidence of the ability to help rid an addiction. They made us feel cared for and truly wanted the very best outcome for our loved one. They delivered overwhelmingly. I was cared for well at the hospital by all the staff. My room was nice and I was checked on regularly. I appreciated kindness and politeness of the staff. I am very appreciative of the experience I had at Henry Mayo hospital. The food was also very delicious and the cafeteria staff that came or called to ask for my food order were very kind and patient. Housekeeping did a wonderful job in keeping my restroom and floor and bed very clean they were also very friendly. The doctors and nurses and respiratory staff all did a fine job in communicating and assisting me. I felt very cared for and listened to by all.

Getting a DUI is a horrible experience period! But this place and the classes they offer here are part of that process, and the people that work here are nothing but friendly and professional, and will help you get through the court ordered classes without any problems. While they don't play around when you don't follow the rules of the program, they are indeed fair and professional when you treat them with respect and understanding and keep your program in good standings. Remember these programs answer to the Los Angeles courts and are indeed audited, so they honestly can't just let it go when you are in violation of the terms of the program. I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment and it's employees, and how I was treated there. I know these programs are not cheap and they cost more when you miss classes, and are a giant pain to everyone...but all things considered it was not difficult getting through the 18 month program, and I would like to thank the people that work there for being professional and courteous to me even when I screwed up my attendance. I do recommend this company for helping you with this difficult time in your life.

It was my first time going into treatment and I was scared to fly to California. I'm happy I made the decision to trust Enlight with my safety and wellbeing. These people really know how to change lives, speaking from experience. I was battling with alcohol, drugs and mental health issues that I was never able to address. I was scared that my job was going to penalize me but the team worked well with my employer so that I can really take my time and focus on my recovery. This was the best decision I have ever made. As I sit here, dead of winter in Upstate New York. I appreciate the time I spent at Enlight Treatment center. This is usually the time I would look for something to lift my mood. Depression gets the best of me and I spiral. I was able to really open up there. I was able to unload and place a lot of my unresolved feelings aside. They really have wonderful people there. If you're serious about getting rid of whatever it is you need to get rid of.. I would absolutely go! The food wasn't too bad either😘

I just discharged from this program a couple days ago. To anyone thinking or considering coming here, let this be your confirmation to start packing TODAY. This program has literally changed my life in more ways than just becoming sober. I was on heroin and meth before I admitted into detox and it's been 73 days now and the transformation is something I thought wasnt even possible for me. If you're from out of state and worried about starting over, don't be. They got you. But it starts with you deciding to make a change, and having an open mind to give them the chance to help. After your 28days, They have a badass PHP, IOP program, the facilitators are mostly recovering addicts themselves or educated drug counselors or both. These people are so freaking awesome and they genuinely care and you'll notice it immediately. I seriously can't stress enough to anyone considering coming here, if you're uncertain or hesitant about making the call...which I feel like is something every addict goes through beforehand, DO NOT LET ANYTHING OR ANYONE STOP YOU FROM THIS OPPORTUNITY. You can always go home if you want to but you can't always experience recovery like this. Shoutouts (sorry if I misspelled anyone); Steven,Sabrina, Fran, Matt, Graham, Blake, Marlene, Elijah, Shawn, Jeff, Natalie. From the very first call I made James and the rest of the team at Wish Recovery did everything they could to make me feel welcome, safe, respected, and cared for. I had reached out to Wish after being assaulted by a staff member at another program ( not affiliated with Wish) within 20 minutes of my call James had sent a uber to pick me up. Then between James and Fran they made sure my medications and the rest of my property were picked up. I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience and my concerns were addressed without hesitation. All of the documentation needed to support my leave from work was completed promptly and sent to the necessary departments. The therapists are amazing and the center is beautiful, clean, and staffed with courteous professionals. My house manager Matt is caring and respectful. The sober living house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean. I have truly felt welcome from the very beginning.

I absolutely loved the staff here. The therapists were probably the nicest, most caring, therapists I’ve ever met. The groups here are my #1 favorite out of all of the places I’ve ever been and they are led by the therapists. The chef 👌🏾 literally didn’t make a single thing that I didn’t like, I loved everything he cooked. The house is extremely clean. The outings every week were one of my favorite things here as well. And if you asked the staff or therapist for anything they absolutely tried their hardest to make it happen. Adam is super kind and caring and always addressed any issues I had. I’m not an easy client but I appreciate all the staff here who put up with me. I left early due to me not being able to handle some of the stricter policy’s but it doesn’t change how I feel about the staff and my time there. Starbridge recovery truly saved me and my family. While my stay there the kind, caring, love and thoughtfulness was so amazing by all the staff. The professional approach that they provided me was excellent . The classes they gave there were informing and uplifting. My therapist Anne knew how much I enjoyed walking. She would take me on walks while doing my therapy session . I truly felt love from her kind caring heart. She continues to stay in touch even though I am no longer there . What I found there was more than treatment—I found hope. I spent 30 days in detox at Starbridge, and from the very first day, I was treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine care. The staff didn't just see another patient; they saw a person who was struggling and needed support. Every nurse, counselor, technician, and team member played a role in helping me believe in myself again when I couldn't do it on my own. Recovery isn't easy, but Starbridge gave me the tools, guidance, and encouragement I needed to take that first step toward a new life. My name is Steven Garcia, I’ve never written a review about anything but this place changed my entire life and future. I was 17 when I went to hillcrest treatment facility and heavily addicted to substances. As soon as I stepped inside I was welcome in with open arms. We had fresh meals made daily, fitness, and as well as other activities to get my natural dopamine back up, I made lifelong friendships and lifelong heart touching memories. It was the best time of my life and I stayed sober ever since then and I am 20 now, I bought my own car and I will be moving out into my own apartment soon. The caregivers and therapists and everyone involved was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wasn’t able to keep in contact with them due to rules but I think about the caregivers, therapists and my experience that I had there every single day, it was so touching that every day I strive to do better because I think about all the people that helped me at hillcrest, eventually if possible I would even like to get a job there to help kids like I was helped. It was the most amazing heart warming experience I’ve had in my entire life and I would recommend this place a million times to anyone. If anyone from hillcrest that remembers me sees this, thank you for changing my life I truly wouldn’t be in the position I’m in if I never met all of you.

I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did during one of the hardest times in my life. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with respect, compassion, and genuine care. The nurses, counselors, case managers, and support staff were always there to answer questions, offer encouragement, and make sure I was safe and comfortable throughout detox. The program gave me the tools and support I needed to begin my recovery. It wasn’t always easy, but the staff created an environment where I felt understood instead of judged. The group sessions, medical care, and daily structure helped me regain hope and confidence in myself. Recovery is ultimately up to the individual, but having a team that truly cares makes all the difference. I’m grateful for the experience and would recommend this detox center to anyone ready to take the first step toward sobriety. Thank you for helping me start a new chapter in my life.

I spent 33 days at Alta Centers for alcohol treatment, and I am very grateful for my experience. Coming to alcohol rehab was not an easy decision, but today I am very happy that I came here. The staff treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my stay. I especially want to thank Anastasia. She was always kind, patient, and caring and made sure I had what I needed. I also want to thank my case manager, Edward, my case manager, who helped me with my personal affairs and took care of many things that were important to me while I could focus on my recovery. After 30 days at Alta, I feel much better, stronger, and more confident about staying sober. I learned a lot about myself and my alcohol addiction and now have a better direction for my life. I am very thankful to Anastasia, Edward, and everyone at Alta Centers for helping me through this important time. I would definitely recommend Alta to anyone who needs help with alcohol addiction and wants a new start. Five stars from me.

I came to Alta Recovery Center because I knew I needed help getting off alcohol and becoming sober, and looking back, I’m extremely grateful that I made the decision to come here. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, respected, and cared for. Anastasia was incredibly kind and compassionate throughout my stay. She always made sure I was taken care of and had what I needed, and her support made a difficult time feel a lot easier. I truly appreciate everything she did for me. Michael Carboni also played a huge role in helping me through this process. He helped me get into the facility, assisted me with getting set up with my IOP programs, and continued supporting me throughout my treatment. He also helped me stay an additional week when I knew that going home too soon could have put my sobriety at risk. That extra week gave me more time to learn, prepare, and strengthen my foundation in recovery. I spent 40 days at Alta, learning as much as I could about sobriety, recovery, and how to move forward without alcohol. The staff consistently made an effort to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and the hospitality I experienced throughout my stay meant a lot to me. I came to Alta needing a place where I could focus on getting sober and learning how to live differently. I left with more knowledge, more confidence, and a stronger foundation for my recovery. I’m genuinely thankful to Anastasia, Michael, and the entire Alta Recovery Center team for the kindness, support, and care they showed me. If someone is struggling with alcohol and is looking for a place where they can feel supported while working toward sobriety, my experience at Alta was one I will always be grateful for.

I’m proud to say that I completed detox and rehab at Alta center , when I arrived I was broken and ashamed, the team was very professional starting with Micheal carboni and Katrina who support me on the phone and in person from the beginning, day and night the staff were super helpful trough my recovery , always checking on my wellbeing, I wanna thank to TANISHQA and ELLY my therapist and my case manager who help me manage and overcome my depression, anxiety, mental , emotional challenges and relationships thank you all for been so patient with me and to all the staff in general I also like to thank chef Eddy for his amazing food it was incredible, shoutout to sunshine , Scotty and Imarys and Lydia butler I can’t thank you guys enough for your help and your program , it gave me strength and encouragement to learn from my past and to keep moving forward from the bottom of my heart thank you all very much !!
