Very professional from the start, I was involved in the recovery plan, any questions I had I felti could go to any staff and get it answered, from the financial part to the counseling part they were all very courteous.this program really has helped me get back to where I need to be its reallya perfect mix knowledge and getting in the doors of recovery to become an independent person again. I attended outpatient services at The Recovery Center after attending Serenity Grove for 30 days. The staff at The Recovery Center are very knowledgeable and caring. They offer continuing care as well which has been a great program. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get sober. I have been sober for a little over a year now and they helped get me here.

After I completed a 30-day inpatient program with their sister company, Serenity Grove, I decided to do two months of outpatient treatment. It was so nice to be able to transition from inpatient to outpatient with the same counselors and clients. It made me feel safe and more relaxed in a familiar setting. I added to the tools that I had learned at Serenity Grove and continued to work on my sobriety without going straight back to the "real world". I cannot thank AARC enough for their care. I still go once a week to their Continuing Care program, and I can do that for as long as I will ever need!

I became opiate dependent 23 years ago after a accident and ended up in pain management. One of the worst things that could happen to someone in chronic pain, anyway after much deliberation over where to go to find some help I found Alliance Recovery Center. With much apprehension I walked in not knowing what to expect but was met with wonderful smiles from the front office staff that immediately made me feel much better. Than I met my counselor and was so comfortable talking to her that it made the whole process easy. Everyone I encountered was so nice and helpful and when I walked out I knew I had made the right decision on where I could finally get the help I needed. Thank you God for putting me on the path of recovery and a new life with the help of all the nice professionals at Alliance.

Was at SummitRidge for almost two months in their partial hospitalization program after experiencing psychosis and general dysregulation. I could not recommend the program more highly. The staff, especially Beth and Taylor, were kind and competent and did everything they could to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Would highly recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with their mental health and is open to learning skills to ameliorate it.

They were the 3rd biggest step in my road to recovery. The entire staff that I've had the pleasure of meeting are very kind.I've been coming here over 2 years now, with their help. They have helped me in many more ways than prescribing methadone. They have several counselors for you to speak to and go hand in hand with recovery. They also have certified peers to speak with about anything you may not feel comfortable telling your counselor yet. For the first time in 2 decades, I can truthfully say I am happy to be alive.If you're considering getting sober, don't put it off another day. Wish it was made mandatory to go down a certain mg every two weeks until your completely finished and off. Present a treatment plan on day 1 with a completion date and contract. So the patients know what and when to expect to be completed by. Exempt for the few people truly getting it for pain treatment. It's sad people spend years going to treatment places and not even progress any. Enforce it. Make them get off of it because they aren't strong enough or willing to do it themselves. It may not work for everyone but it would on most of them making it worth it. At some point people need to decide when to grow up and put it in the past.

Medicine Wheel Clinic is great across all fronts. Not only is the entire staff extremely kind but as a fun fact, it's a multi-generational small business owned by women. The care provided at Medicine Wheel is always in the best interest of the individuals served and it's great to know that the overall goal is to afford treatment to as many people who suffer from substance use disorders the care that's deserved. I feel privileged to know the individuals at The Medicine Wheel Clinic and encourage those looking for help to call or go by the clinic. My husband and I have been going to this clinic for years, the owner Ms.Jenny and her daughter Andrea are very sweet, caring and helpful ladies! They really do care about you as a person not as a customer!! When we first started going we were in a financial bind and she has helped us out with hardship programs and everything. Yes they charge an intake fee but most places do and they Usually work out a payment method on your account if your need time to pay the fee for intake! Also they don t charge monthly USD fees like other places do either. They just are very understanding and caring here, they treat you like people not judgement or feel like your an addict! They are respectful and friendly the nurses, doctors and counselors are very friendly and helpful also! There has to be hundreds of patients that go here but the owner, Ms Jenny has known our first names from day one! This place has been a blessing to my husband and I and our family and it saved our life when we were going down a dark path! I m thankful we found the medicine wheel and the staff and I encourage you to visit and check them out for yourself if you are in the same position, don t be ashamed or embarrassed or worried about meeting these people and admitting your struggle with addiction as they understand what your doing thru and the true struggles of addiction! -If you truly... TRULY want to get your life together, this is the place for you. You can show up with nothing, you will be clothed, fed and given a bed to sleep in. There is a daily schedule with classes that help instill structure and stability. Clients are given a generous amount of Grace when it comes to program participation as us as addicts are often not a fan of authority. The Potter's House is a place with amazing opportunities for any addict that wants to get clean and have the tools to succeed in life beyond the "Eagles".-I spent two years of my life here throughout various stages of the program. I am now working a job I never would have dreamed of and am loving the life I am living. I showed up to this past Christmas with gifts for my family for the first time in my life. I am 32. My Mom and I's relationship has never been better. There's too many blessings to count.

I have been going to the Monroe, Ga. location for over 20 years. I have had good experiences in most everything. I don't do good with counseling. The nurse Janice, is wonderful. She goes above and beyond to help any way she can. She is trying to retire I'm sure gonna miss her. Maureen is another great np. I recommend this place.

Jane is amazing and welcoming and so is Heather. They always remember me and ask about my children, they even offer to watch my infant when I have to bring him for a minute or 2 while I dose. It s just a small help that makes being a single mom and bringing him to the clinic a little less stressful. (I only come 2 times a month) but nonetheless they do everything they can to help, like every business it is a money making business though so there isn t charity, you have to follow the rules and expectations and as long as you go by that you re in & out.

I have been a patient at one of these type of government funded mental health community services programs for the last 35 years. Three different Counties before I got with Jackson co. Just have to say wow, what an awesome community! I have never had an experience like I just had here. I was given options, treated respectfully, and really for the first time felt cared for.(Rebecca is the best). Peace 2 all .
