Dr. Moseri is very knowledgeable and beyond qualified for what he is doing.
My experience with him is not just for mental adjustment. He has shown to be knowledgeable as a physician as well. I thank the Most High for him. Since seeing him I have learned to manage my emotional feelings, and I am more aware of my physical health which had a great impact on my cognitive mindset.
The negative comments that are on here are mind-blowing. But keep in mind, majority of the patients and or guardians of patients seeking help are in a negative space in life anyway. Trying to use negativity to charge your positive seems not to work. When you seek help, submit to what's being put before you and Yah will do the rest to help bring you out. I pray healing and well-being for us all.

On August 02, I was admitted to the Atlanta VA medical center for two nights for a medical condition. I have been to this location on three separate occasions in the past few weeks and each time I am treated with respect and compassion. I am a combat veteran from the Persian Gulf War who came to the place that I not only wanted to be at , but needed to be at. To the entire Veterans Affairs Department- Thank you for serving your country. And thank you for assisting me through a very difficult situation. It is greatly appreciated.

There is definitely a process in order to become an established patient, but once you take care of all that this is an amazing organization staffed with individuals who show up to help people in need. My therapist is Gabby and psych is Dr. Hill, both exemplary human beings! They are down to Earth, real people who care. The front desk ladies are soooo kind and the pharmacist greets you with an understanding smile. If you need help, these human beings are here to do just that. Situations can be frustrating in life. Scheduling can be cumbersome at times if you stay busy. But the bottom line is, these people WILL HELP YOU. They saved my life.

Intake needs some serious attention to personality and customer service. Very dry and clearly over their jobs. The entire nursing and clinic staff inside were amazing. Great personalities, welcoming, engaging, informative, fast, caring, awesome. Their new systems took a while but they were as fast as they could be with me and I appreciated that. Brandi is PHENOMENAL! My boyfriend requested to have his medication delivered via mail and there were difficulties getting it to our residence. From the time he contacted Brandi he was met with kindness, understanding and her willingness to help him. As an alumni of the breakthru house I can speak on them for days. This place taught me to crawl after I fell flat on my face in life. The love and support from the staff there is beyond amazing. There is an anointing on everyone that works there! You can feel it in the air the second you arrive. I was mandated there by the court so the officers delivered me to them. They would not allow me to enter still in shackles. That moment changed everything for me. I was finally free! The staff there taught me how to remain free of those shackles and I am forever grateful for the help they freely gave with no expectations in return other than my success. I was there from 08/2019 until 02/2020. Severe depression and suicidal. I was in the East Unit. I was not expecting not much and was totally shocked. Wonderful hospital. The care I received was beyond exceptional. I Loved The Recovery Mall and the gym. The grounds are Beautiful to take walks. Doctors and staff are Awesome. Much better care and experience then private hospital I have been in.

Great experience during ER visit. Doctors and nurses were exceptionally caring and concerned. Even the ladies at the front desk made it easy to navigate around the building. Guard at front desk, she was even very helpful. My only complaint was the duration of the visit there, doctors got a lot done during that period of time though, Can't really complain about it. They got down to bottom of what was going on and are highly appreciated.

The office staff are really really nice every time I've encountered them and I've been seeing them for about a year now and Mrs. Ocala, the therapist is amazing I love her to death hopefully I spilled her name correctly lol. And Dr Briggs is very understanding and has been very helpful in trying to manage what is wrong with me and my medications and everything. There have been a couple of scheduling mishaps but nothing that interfered with my sessions or seeing Dr Briggs or anything. They have been amazing so far in trying to help me.
