My therapist is Gabby and psych is Dr. Hill, both exemplary human beings! They are down to Earth, real people who care. The front desk ladies are soooo kind and the pharmacist greets you with an understanding smile. If you need help, these human beings are here to do just that. Situations can be frustrating in life. Scheduling can be cumbersome at times if you stay busy. But the bottom line is, these people WILL HELP YOU. They saved my life. The love and support from the staff there is beyond amazing. There is an anointing on everyone that works there! You can feel it in the air the second you arrive. I was mandated there by the court so the officers delivered me to them. They would not allow me to enter still in shackles. That moment changed everything for me. I was finally free! I have been seen at this office prior to COVID. The staff is amazing, especially if they can tolerate me. My Psychiatrist, counselor, and NP has saved my life, literally. I was introduced to them when I was at my lowest point in my life. 2018-2026 they saved my life. I was able to pick myself up, and go back to college. I graduated Jan 2025, 3.8 GPA, and landed a job after not working for 13 years. They still continue to treat me like a human being. And Dr Briggs is very understanding and has been very helpful in trying to manage what is wrong with me and my medications and everything. There have been a couple of scheduling mishaps but nothing that interfered with my sessions or seeing Dr Briggs or anything.
