Embark helped me identify my emotions and be able to verbalize how I feel.

This place was instrumental in anchoring our path to healing. Our list of valuable humans here is long. Cindy and David were crucial. Jamonica and Elvin connected with my son in valuable and authentic ways. Finding the joy in the difficult journey is key and we thank you Embark.

This facility has very competent, professional, and caring staff. I was there for alcohol detox for 5 days. My detox was comfortable. The rooms are clean. The facility is lovely. It s not gross or dirty. The food ? Horrible. Really bad. Also, some of the patients were really hard-core and filthy. One guy sat there spitting into a styrofoam cup. It was really disgusting. I asked one of the techs if they encouraged the dirty, stinky patients to shower. I never received an answer.

I just left here, and while I hope I never have to go back to another facility, if I did, it would be here. I ve seen a lot of the negative reviews, and all I can say to them is that I m sorry they had those experiences, but of course there is going to be a measurable amount of chaos in a facility like this.People don t go to a place like this on their best days. Us addicts and alcoholics can be a tough bunch to deal with on our best days, let alone when we re in agony coming off of our substances.Every staff member I met with was not only helpful but also friendly and extremely accommodating. If you treat them like people (and even if you don t, in most cases), they will treat you the same in return. Patrick checked me in, and while I m sure he got a laugh out of my state, he was sure to let me know how my stay would go, that I had what I needed, and that I had some sense of orientation before I passed out my first night.The remainder of my stay was uneventful, but they made sure I had an adequate level of care. If you re looking to get loaded for a week for a tolerance break, this likely isn t the spot for you. If you re looking to be comfortable while you figure out what your next steps are, then there s really not much else I could have asked for (though a hot tub would be sweeeeeet). The food was food. It s not Michelin star, but pretty good and better than most of us were eating before we got there. There s tv s in the rooms, plenty of common area space, etc.I had a bit of a unique work situation, and Nicole, the clinical director, worked with me to put together a plan that would ensure my wellbeing but still allow me to keep my livelihood, letting me know the different paths and the pluses/minuses of all of them.All in all, I can t say I enjoyed my stay solely due to the nature of it, but for what it was, it was more than adequate and more than I expected. The techs, nurses, therapists, and clinical staff all worked together as well as could be humanly expected when dealing with 20+ people who are in physical and mental turmoil. There s always going to be some cracks, but It s detox, not the Caesar s Palace in Vegas.Thank you all again for the help, and I hope I never see you again unless it s outside those 4 walls.

Sunrise is absolutely incredible- at a very low time in my life o reached out to a program local to me who sent me to sunrise for detox in October of 2023. I have never gone to a detox or anything of the sorts and in my opinion it was a 5 star resort- a friend I made while there and I still joke that we want to go back for a vacation/ break fromLife and of course for the cheesecake haha. In all reality though / sunrise is an incredible facility. I hope to never need to reenter a detox of any sorts but if godforbid I ever need to or run into anyone that needs to my recommendation is sunrise Alpharetta without a doubt!

This place changed my life ! I have been to many treatment centers but the difference is the people there want it ! I loved it and would recommend to anybody who really wants it!

I could not more highly recommend Summit for your recovery or that of a loved one. It is truly an amazing place with a staff from top to bottom that cares about your wellness and wants you to thrive in the future. Great facilities, great space, great people. It is one of the best decisions I have made in a long time.

After 4 or 5 failed attempts to stop abusing alcohol I wound up at MARR. The day after my 50th birthday. I was extremely upset and disappointed with myself. But something told me that I belonged there. And I made the best decision of my life. To stay there.I stayed for the mandatory 3 months and then an extra four more.Not only did I learn to stop drinking and live life without alcohol, but I leather be an adult. To ask for help. And most importantly I learned that I was not alone in my life or my journey.Wonderful place with great staff. You may not know it or believe it but this place is the BEST chance you have at getting sober and learning how to live a good life. Period.

MARR has been a wonderful experience for me. The entire staff is great. Always felt loved and supported. Learned a lot about myself and was provided the tools I need to live a happy healthy life. Very grateful for MARR and everything they do.

My time at MARR has fundamentally changed my life. I have a strong foundation in sobriety, many coping tools in my toolbox and a large network of sober men and women who I will forever call friends. I especially love the Professionals Program (ARP) where I participated in Mirror Image classes, working with peers who had overcome their addiction and achieved the life I wanted to be living. Recovery is truly one day at a time and MARR is the best place to make each day count.

I've worked here, for about a year now, and hands down, it's like family. The peers are most important. We make sure we provide proper are and resources for their recovery journey. Staff is amazing from the top to the bottom every role played is just as important as the next.

This place is lovely. They are excellent at working with your insurance and helping you to get the most out your time in treatment. The staff are very warm and supportive and do everything they can to make life easier for you while you are there. Really, this place provides quality of care way above and beyond the norm for this level of care, while allowing you both great freedom and supportive structure. If you are looking for a place that feels like home (only probably more stable), this is the place for you. They always make sure you have transportation available, which is great for people who don t have cars. They let you work and build community and they don t give up on people easily. The location is great, the housing is great, and the staff are amazing. The maximum stay is six months although I guess they make exceptions. They have alumni activities and you are always welcome to return once you graduate.Five stars. And believe me, I know my treatment centers.

Very friendly and seem to really care about my recovery!

Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them.Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt.Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight.Eric knew and did everything he could.I cant say enough for them.Chris OBrien

So far it has been good I recently transferred in from another clinic they were very helpful the only thing I do not like is all medicaid recipients have to video call daily to take the dose in front of a nurse or else we are not covered by medicaid for that day. Which is a medicaid thing but thats the only difference from my last clinic

The staff was great, and I learned a lot. I d recommend them to anyone. I see a long sobriety in my future because of the help I received from recovery village.

I had the best experience at RVA. The entire team was AMAZING! I honestly don t know how any bad reviews are possible if you are open and want to get clean. I miss everybody! I m so thankful that God put Jimmy in my path and that I made it here!

It's my first time ever in recovery, but I've heard stories of how bad some places treat you and how nasty the food is. Well not at recovery village. The staff treat you with respect and are there to help in your recovery. They show that they actually care from the day you first contact them by calling to simply check on you every day until your arrival. They have some of the best therapists in the world. There tech are there to serve you and not demand any thing accept you following the rules of the facility. I loved this place and one I'm done with my sober living I'm going to return so they can see the evidence of there work. I'm very glad I chose this place as the start of my sobriety and recovery. I am extremely happy that I chose SouthEast for my detox and residential. The entire staff is so caring and loving! It is so clear that they like helping and have great experience. I had searched for a detox close to home, but after checking reviews on Google, I chose them. This was my first experience in such a place, but everyone I talk to, who was there and have been somewhere else said this is the best place they have ever been to out of all the others. Highly recommend. Special shout out to ALL the staff, love you. Sorry it took so long to write a review, I was constantly thinking of doing it, but yeah .

Dr. Rosenthal is phenomenal - I am so blessed to have her as my Neurologist and the Shepherd Center of Atlanta is blessed to have her as a part of the Shepherd Center Team. She is a true servant-leader; not only is she extremely knowledgeable about MS, but she listens to each patient as an individual person and does not view us as "just" another patient. To say her performance is outstanding is an understatement.

The Shepard Center has improved my life with MS. Cannot thank them enough..
