This place literally has changed my life. Im so glad I committed myself to this program and allowed myself to be able to make changes in my life. To the therapists, the staff, everyone was amazing! As this was my first time in intensive therapy I didn’t know what to expect but it was great experience. That taught me so many things about myself. This place is a game changer and life sustainer!

Could not recommend a better program! They truly care about your overall health - mental and physical.

I celebrated 2 years sober Nov 3rd. The staff are there to help if you willing to work. Facilities are clean and comfortable. They have Dr's and counselors available always. The food is good. They just need to let guests have better access to food.

This place has been vital to my recovery! I can not thank the staff at Alana Recovery enough, I owe my life to them.

I choose "other" because my loved one was treated for "multiple of the above"... including but not limited to pain pills, marijuana, meth, and alcohol. Never in a million years did I ever think he would get and STAY clean and sober. He had tried AA, an out of state rehab, counseling, etc etc, nothing worked. He was arrested, in jail, lost the right to see his son, estranged from his family, broken from his fiance, no job, no car, no steady living arrangements... But it seemed like he would never hit "bottom" that everyone talks about.....after looking at tons of programs, we found Alana and it is the best thing that could have ever happened. He has been clean and sober for over two year and has completed turned his life around to the point that he is now other the other side of it and dedicates his life to helping others! he is back in his sons life, has steady housing, steady job, a relationship with family etc. I cannot say enough positive about this program!!

Alana is a wonderful place for recovery. The coping skills you learn are top tier! The staff really cares about your progress and they try to do as much as they can to help you with recovery. Cliff, Darnell, Joy and the full staff are amazing. They definitely help you pack life long tools

After 4 or 5 failed attempts to stop abusing alcohol I wound up at MARR. The day after my 50th birthday. I was extremely upset and disappointed with myself. But something told me that I belonged there. And I made the best decision of my life. To stay there. I stayed for the mandatory 3 months and then an extra four more. Not only did I learn to stop drinking and live life without alcohol, but I leather be an adult. To ask for help. And most importantly I learned that I was not alone in my life or my journey. Wonderful place with great staff. You may not know it or believe it but this place is the BEST chance you have at getting sober and learning how to live a good life. Period.

MARR has been a wonderful experience for me. The entire staff is great. Always felt loved and supported. Learned a lot about myself and was provided the tools I need to live a happy healthy life. Very grateful for MARR and everything they do.

My time at MARR has fundamentally changed my life. I have a strong foundation in sobriety, many coping tools in my toolbox and a large network of sober men and women who I will forever call friends. I especially love the Professionals Program (ARP) where I participated in Mirror Image classes, working with peers who had overcome their addiction and achieved the life I wanted to be living. Recovery is truly one day at a time and MARR is the best place to make each day count.

I wanted to write a review to say how thankful I am to this facility and the incredible team (special shout out to my therapist Angela and Josh )who work here. Upon arrival I was going through it. From the very beginning the staff welcomed me with compassion, respect, and patience. Not only did they provide incredible treatment- they provided me with a family-like support. I felt understood, safe, and valued. The therapists and facilitators earnestly listened and helped me navigate through the most difficult time of my life . Thanks to them I made progress and built confidence, learned healthier ways to cope, and began to learn how to love myself. I never felt alone, and felt encouraged and cared for each and every step of the way. Hope Harbor Wellness- helped restore my life. Thanks to them I left with clarity. hope, and a strong sense of who I am. If someone you know or you yourself are struggling , I wholeheartedly recommend Hope Harbour Wellness. I toured SWG with Noah Kaplan. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, competent. I also met John, the President. Noah and John have the greatest vibe—so poised for healing. I would recommend this facility to any loved one for treatment!

I came to this center after a traumatic experience. These people made me whole again. I cannot say how much this place meant to me the 4 months I was there. Caring nurses, wonderful doctors and a cook who knew how to make hospital food palatable. I cannot recommend this place more!

I really appreciate the workers at this hospital. They are kind, accomodating and respectful. I didn't feel condescended to, nor treated like less of a human being. I felt that the workers set a tone of respect and dignity and support on the unit. The groups were awesome and very well facilitated. I felt like they weren't just there for a paycheck, that they actually cared about doing a good job. I would definitely go back there if I ever need mental health inpatient care.

It was a safe place during my most suicidal years. I really appreciated the ability to isolate in my room, unlike other facilities that lock the rooms during the day. That was a necessity for me as an autistic person, in order to prevent overwhelm and truly feel safe. Therapy groups could be stressful, but I wasn't forced to attend which I really appreciate. When life feels so out of control, small things like that can go a long way

Purple is an amazing place. This program has helped me completely turn my life around. The staff at Purple is nothing short of fantastic. Everyone there genuinely cares about each and everyones recovery and helps them however they can. The program they run is unlike any other, it's very active and helps guys learn how to have fun sober again. They offer great one on one therapy sessions that are very engaging. If anyone reading this is on the fence about where they should go for their recovery, look no further. This is the place.

Currently changing my life for the better. I am 130 days sober. I extended my stay after checking myself in to Purple (my second rehab). I decided to stay 6 months because after learning how to live sober I started learning how to be a better man, father, partner, and believer. I came with a mindset of openness, willingness, and honesty… My higher power and purple did the rest by guiding me and recommending actions for me to take that will improve my day to day life.

I came to find out about this place probably beat rehab I been to and been to about 40 so it’s good place staff cares and helps you get into treatment after went to California and stayed clean a year I relapsed once but now I have almost three years clean learned a lot through them try this place it helped me out

This is the best place I've been to. The facility is beautiful and comfortable, the food is incredible, and the staff is always ready to help you. They create an individualized treatment plan just for you. The only thing I wished for was that the program was longer.

A beautiful setting and the staff are genuinely caring. My "loved one" stated he learned more in one week at Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center than he had learned in the last three treatment centers combined. The nursing staff were always kind and informative on the phone with us. The family workshop was also informative and a great help to us all--it brought us closer together. And we always heard good things about the food! Can't say enough good things about Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center!

I have always been treated with respect and have had wonderful care at the Shepherd Center. Everyone is very knowledgeable and listen to any concerns or questions I may have. Having PPS it is important to me that most everyone is knowledgeable about Polio and PPS and how it can affect my life. I love the accessibility at Shepherd and wish everyone would realize how important accessibility is to someone who uses a power chair and everyone who uses other tools for life for their disability. I Hope and pray that one day everyone in our world will understand that accessibility is needed everywhere! North fulton treatment center has been a godsend, one of the best facilities that I've ever encountered. Staff's staff is very amazing. Treatment is very effective. And it is a very safe environmate. I highly recommend. This facility.

First of all, if you or a loved one are struggling with addiction of any kind, please know there is hope. My heart goes out to you. Stay strong, stay connected, and never lose faith. ARP has truly been an angel sent into my life. I feel so blessed that our paths crossed. When I thought my world was ending and I was losing all hope, they stepped in—for both me and my daughter. Now, about five years later, I can honestly say they saved my daughter’s life, and in many ways, they saved my family too. It’s not magic—it takes hard work—but none of it would have been possible without the people who work there. I may forget some names, but Jeff in particular is a gift from God. He does his job with love, empathy, honesty, a sense of fun, and unwavering dedication. I truly hope ARP can help you or your loved ones the way they helped us. Honest rating of overall facility. This place was genuinely a life changer for me, and I could see that in other kids there as well. I loved almost every therapist there, and most of the kids were friendly. I really liked the adolescent room because it was spacious, and it was always clean. The bathrooms never had any paper towels, but other than that the restrooms were very clean. Honestly, I can't ever remember a time that the facility was dirty or cramped. Honest rating on each therapist. Ashley - Ashley is awesome! During my time at Embark, Ashley ran most of our groups. She was so kind, and compassionate. I feel like she genuinely perused this kind of work because it's her passion to help people. She always listened and made sure everybody got a chance to talk. She also is very observant, and checks in if you're not having the best day. Which is really nice sometimes to know somebody notices and cares is comforting. David - David is also a really cool guy. He ran group often. He can be a little bit rough sometimes, but everybody has different ideas on how to do things. For example, if you were sleeping during therapy, he'd bang on the table, which can be a trigger for some people. He can also be a little bit strict sometimes, for example taking the markers, or popsicle sticks that we're aloud to have with every other therapist. From what I heard he does really well as an individual, or family therapist. Overall, I think he genuinely is passionate about his job, is a good person, and cares a lot about the kids even if it might not seem it sometimes. Elvin - Awesome dude! Elvin was genuinely so kind and always energetic. I think he wrote prescription medicine, and if you have any problems with that, he gets it resolved very fast. He only did group sometimes for adolescents when I was there, but when he did an amazing job in my opinion. He's genuinely such a cool dude he will talk to you about literally anything, he's an open book and has some pretty cool stories! Myron - Myron was my individual and family therapist. Genuinely such a cool, funny, nice dude! I really enjoyed my individual therapy sessions with him, and he was the first therapists I felt I ever made progress with. He didn't do group much, so I can't really say if he's good at it, but I'm sure he is! He really cares about his patients. Jamonica - Jamonica was someone who also did groups quite often. Her energy is so great, and she was soooo kind to me while I was there. She's such a sweet person, and you can really tell how passionate about her job she is. I've also heard she's an amazing individual and family therapist. Lauren - I rarely ever talked to her. She rarely did group for the adolescents, but some of the other adolescents said she's an amazing individual therapist. I didn't not talk to her for any specific reason; she just didn't do group much and primarily was in her office. I talked to her maybe once or twice, and when I did, she was nice. Maya - She ran group occasionally and was perfectly fine. She wasn't my personal favorite therapist, but not for any bad reason. I didn't really love the skills she taught, and how she taught them, but nothing against her at all. I'm not sure if she's an individual therapist. Med management (Dr. Hooper) - Dr. Hooper is super friendly, and really good at finding the right medication fits for you. Php meets with her once every week, while Iop meets with her once every 2 weeks. Maria - Maria is also a nice lady. I'm honestly not sure what she does, but when I was enrolling, she did the paperwork and stuff. You will also take outcomes, which ask you questions about how you're dealing with anxiety, depression, etc. She has access to those outcomes, so 100% feel free to ask her to take a look at them! Overall, I think the staff is awesome! Please check bags better, Embark. The bag checking is honestly a joke. There are people who deal with all kinds of things, and not saying anything would happen but please check better just in case. Goodbye, Team Embark, I'll miss you guys!

We have been on a mental health journey with our daughter for quite some time. Nothing ever seemed to click, and past PHP programs caused only more harm and trauma with no healing. Since joining the Embark program we can see glimmers of it working. I know that she feels safe here, and has confidence in her care (as do we). We attended a family night and when they say family they clearly include the caregivers and staff along with the patients and their family. I say this because the whole vibe was joy and love. I couldn't be happier (or more relieved) about our choice.

Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them. Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt. Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight. Eric knew and did everything he could. So far it has been good I recently transferred in from another clinic they were very helpful the only thing I do not like is all medicaid recipients have to video call daily to take the dose in front of a nurse or else we are not covered by medicaid for that day. Which is a medicaid thing but thats the only difference from my last clinic

I LOVE this place. They have helped me twice already and everytime it’s such a pleasant experience. I have been to a lot of places & this one is special. I’ve also had a lot of therapist in my life but again, nothing compares to this place. They actually care and it’s obvious. I’ll be forever grateful for them. THEY TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENT IT MUST BE UNDER NEW OWNERS BECAUSE THE LAST GROUP WAS HORRIBLE WHEN I WENT THERE YEARS AGO NO HELP AND ATTITUDE.THE 2 WOMEN OF COLOR AND A MAN IM SO GLAD EVERYTHING TURNED AROUND AND FELICIA I HAD TO KEEP ON CALLING FOR HOUSING SHE EMAILS ME THE PAPERS I HAD TO GET AND TOLD ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR HOUSING NOW SHES GONE AND IM ON THE WAITING LIST .CONFUSING I NEED HELP I HAD TO MOVE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT .GEESH HOPEFULLY ILL BE CALLED SOON MY MOM PASSED AWAY SHE WAS THE SOLE PAYEER WHILE I WAS DOING HOSPICE WITH HER I COULD NOT AFFORD THE APARTMENT SO IT WAS EITHER I GET EVICTED SO MY FRIEND WAS GENEROUS ENOUGH TO TAKE ME IN AND MY FRIENDS HELP ME MOVE AND MY FRIEND IM STAYING WITH I STILL HAVE TO PAY SHE LET ME PUT MY BELONGS IN HER GARAGE.WAITING FOR HOUSING TO HELP ME PAY HER.

I've been at this facility for the past 3 years, and their service is incredible. They're welcoming, informative, and provide excellent resources to access your essentials. Comparably, all of the Positive Impact facilitations are highly recommended!
