This review is for the ER Doctor that treated my Mother in Law on 12/26. Everyone was very caring even though they were covered up with patients. But, Dr Ariel Wilson was a wonderful example of caring and professionalism during the visit for my 90 year old MIL. She went above and beyond any expectations that we would normally have. She deserves recognition for her wonderful service and the example she is setting. All Drs and staff should be like Dr Wilson! Thank you!

The way up provides the support, structure and recovery education needed to foster change and healing. I ve personally witnessed this program help someone move through being imprisoned by addiction for many years to freedom-the answer to a prayer he and I prayed more times than I could ever count. Roland and his staff seem to have a good balance of tough love and support that the men in the program need to gain accountability for their lives while also knowing they are not alone in what they are going through. This program played a huge part in his recovery and I m thankful every day that he gets to experience life and our kids without the weight of addiction on his shoulders.

The Way Up is an encouraging place for men to gain accountability for their lives and respect for themselves. My boyfriend graduated the Way Up and his determination to regain control and insight over his life is astounding. Never have I been more proud of his confidence in leadership for getting a better life for himself and helping others in need. This program genuinely changed his life for the absolute better. I don't even know where to start. I came into Angel House 18 Months ago a hopeless addict that knew absolutely nothing about life. When I got here I had not a dime to my name, my clothes were scattered from Atlanta to Alabama, I had never held a job successfully, or had a healthy relationship in my life. Now I have been working as an Accountant/Office Manager for a solid year, I am financially stable, have my own house and car, but most importantly I have HEALTHY relationships with my family and friends that grow stronger by the day. Non of that ever felt possible until the Angel House made me realize how capable I really am. This place changed it for me, beyond anything I could have ever expected. It brings me to tears to even think about. I have NEVER had people care about me the way staff did. I never once felt like a case in a folder, and was always made to feel that what I had to say was important. I felt like someone who's voice mattered for the first time. Brooke Boyette would be running around the office trying to put out so many fires, help so many people at the same time, but not one time did she EVER tell me she didn't have time to talk and that still holds true today. Since I graduated I still call her on a daily basis and complain about life, but guess what... shes there to listen. This program does more than just show you how to live life clean. It shows you how to love again, let others love you, and gives you a family that you can hold onto forever. If your willing to fight for your life and come out on the other side you quickly realize that nothing is personal and its all spiritual. So that brings me to the director Angela. This lady spent hours and I mean HOURS on end fighting for my life when I didn't want to fight for it myself. I say hours because I was pretty stubborn and had a hard time opening my ears when it was time for me to listen. Angela would sit and talk with me no matter how long it took, till she was sure that I had heard her. She didn't have to do that. She could have left when the office closed at 7 "I had her there late MANY nights", she could have not answered her phone on a Sunday when I found out my mom relapsed after 10 years sober and stayed on the phone with me for over an hour, she didn't have to show up in the middle of the night when we needed her, she didn't have to fight so hard for ME and MY life but guess what... SHE DID!! Not only did she do it for me but continues to do it for every women that steps foot into that program. Her compassion for the work she does is beyond anything I have ever witnessed before. She showed me how to be a better person Spiritually, Mentally, and Financially. These women are hero's and a grateful recovering addict can quickly realize the lengths they go to for ALL women that come through the program. So if your ready and need to go somewhere that is going to truly change your life. You can find it at Angel House as long as your ready.

I learned so much attending the classes at New Hope Counseling. Changing learned negative behaviors and re-evaluating your life can be very difficult, especially if you aren't ready to make a change or remove toxic people from your life. If you are truly ready to do the work and remove destructive people/behaviors from your life, I absolutely recommend enrollment in the classes. If you're not ready, yea don't waste your money.

If you can request make sure to get in class with LETIECIA SHE IS AWESOME! She made every class worthy to go to and included real life topics and examples in each class. She is very inclusive and makes sure everyone has had a good week before we even start. The whole team of ladies up there are laid back, easy to deal with, and understanding. So, I have a different story than most as I have not attended any Program here, but through a referral by my Therapist I was connected with Megan as I was looking at their IOP program. OMG - She has gone so far above and beyond to help me it is insane!!When it was discovered that due to UHC and they horrible coverage of late, I am not able to get into The Carter Center without incurring significant costs that would be impossible to overcome. Meagan RECOMMENDED that I look at other facilities and proceeded to list them and their locations - even willing to make a call to an in-network provider much closer to my home.This is such an amazingly refreshing perspective I know in my heart that they are in the business of helping people who want/need help and not just check a box because of a legal requirement. I truly felt like the lady in Miracle on 34th street (even though I'm a guy) who was told by Santa to go to another store to get a product cheaper.Megan - Thank you for all that you do to help people like me struggling with Alcoholism and other substance abuse issues!!!!

Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them.Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt.Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight.Eric knew and did everything he could.I cant say enough for them.Chris OBrien

So far it has been good I recently transferred in from another clinic they were very helpful the only thing I do not like is all medicaid recipients have to video call daily to take the dose in front of a nurse or else we are not covered by medicaid for that day. Which is a medicaid thing but thats the only difference from my last clinic

Mt Sinai has the most genuine staff I’ve ever met! They helped me in getting connected after leaving Mt. Sinai as well as being admitted to Mt. Sinai. Mt Sinai was very helpful for my family and our loved one from start to finish. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming. We have been dealing with this for almost 10 years and Mt Sinai actually addressed his underlying issues for the first time ever. His therapist and Dr were very invested with us and I highly recommend anyone that reaches out to me to call them!

Extremely impressed with how well my big brother is doing in this program!!! He s been to a handful of rehabs and I ve never seen him be as successful as he is at this one. Love love love that I can bring his nieces on Sundays to spend time with him and show him what he has to look forward to when he s graduated!
