This place is an absolute blessing

The extension changed my life. It was the best decision that I ever made. I've been clean over 2 and 1/2 years and have my life fully functioning and successful.

I have had clients go through the Extension and I have volunteered serving meals there. I read the post about it being racially biased but I have never witnessed anything or heard any other complaint like that. I would not hesitate to have one of my minority clients go through their program. It is all about and all for the residents to build a better life.

Grady has helped Me in many ways and helped find my way through the darkest times. If your struggling with addiction please call them and give them a chance to help. If you listen and let them, they'll help you if ya want it. Also it doesn't If you can't afford it or don't have insurance they'll find a way. Programs are available.

Ms.Tameka (Front desk personnel), Ms. Shay, and Mr. Lindsey (MH Case Managers) made a profound impression on me during my first visit. Their responses to my questions were informative and well-thought out. And they didn't seem burnt-out or angry but seemed to enjoy their positions there. They all showed a sincere passion for helping others with their issues and concerns. I felt empowered and encouraged after the consultation was completed. Thx so much.

At Check-in the associates have a tendency to leave veterans standing in line while having conversations. Some of us are on canes and can't stand for long periods of time.

Ft. Mac offers a lot of services to us veterans and dependents. I wished they had natural medicine doctors instead of the ones the only thing they're taught to do is issue pills for everything. They have excellent therapy services they saved me in my time of crisis!! Thank you, Dr. Williams and Ms. Barbara Smith, for my sanity, I couldn't have done it without either of you and your staff!!

This is a very clean location with excellent customer service from each team member I encountered. I especially want to mention Mr. John Adam's who administered my eye exam and evaluation. Mr Adam's exhibited a very concerned attitude for my welfare and exemplary patient care customer service.

Being heard and treated like a person made all the difference. The art therapy helped me say stuff I didn’t have words for. Felt safe, mostly respected. Would love more clear LGBTQ+ groups but it’s a start. Healing felt possible here!

We had a truly fantastic experience at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. From the security guards and front desk team to the doctors and nurses, every interaction was marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Even the gentleman I spoke with in billing (George W.?) provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced over the phone. We are so grateful to have such a high-quality children’s hospital nearby, with staff who took such wonderful care of our sweet baby. We had heard great things from others, and now we’ve experienced it firsthand. Thank you!

We have used this company for my sister and only had 2 sitters that was good. Audrey, thxs for being great. The care sitter comes what should be 3 hrs, they would leave within a hour and I'm sure getting paid for 3. They sit on their phones, does not document vitals, nor any of the other duties required. They help my sister dress, warm a sausage biscuit for her and nothing after that. Poor service, lack quality staff and management. Do provide a service that you can't give 100% quality to. Put get paid for poor care.

My review is solely based on our interaction with a staff member named, Christine. We have a family member with mental health and cognitive disabilities, she was patient, kind, and empathetic to our concerns and questions. We showed up to bring clothes, and asked to speak with someone about his care. She took time out of her busy day to answer our questions, give us peace of mind, and even took the initiative to request for our family member to get a room change to a quieter floor where he would get the specialized care he needs. We wanted him to get the best out of his stay as this wasn't his first time at a facility. She made us feel assured he would by writing down all of his medications he's prescribed and documenting the medications they did not have in stock, provided us with an example of their daily schedule, and assured us she would do her best to get him moved to a quieter, less busy floor of the facility where he would get specialized care for his special needs. We greatly appreciate Christine making us feel heard and understood to get our family member taken care of during his time here. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You are a true testament to someone who serves others and cares about their patients well being. Please share this review with her, she went above & beyond our expectations and spent a good amount of time answering questions and reassuring us he was in good hands with the specialized care he needs.

Magnolia Creek has one the best treatment center for EDs that I have ever been to. The staff care and you aren’t just another number. Making the decision to start treatment is a hard one, but MC makes you feel comfortable from that first phone call. Treatment is hard, but I made memories and connections that will last a lifetime. MC kick started my recovery journey and the start to actually living my life. I will be forever grateful! The staff are amazing; especially RCS Bell & Lauren, Teacher Taylor, Caroline, Dr. Hagood, Sam P., and Morgan. All the therapist and RDs are amazing! My team listened without judgement and met me where I was at. They challenged and believed in me the entire time (thank you Dr. H, Sam, and Morgan). Carrie and Cliff helped me become more comfortable in the kitchen, something I’d never do before MC! My all time favorite group was outdoor (mindfulness) group with Heath! Getting to spend time outside, build crafts, golfing, and fishing was something that made me feel a little more at home. Meal outings were a big part of the program. This gave me a chance to challenge myself and find joy in eating in public again. MC is very knowledgeable on eating disorders and wants to be a part of your journey. I would recommend MC to anyone! It’s a place where healing starts to happen. Time at the creek is hard but so so worth it!

Staff was nice, activities were engaging, food was okay just not that healthy but overall good, the rooms and overall place was clean and well maintained. The only thing I did not like was that you barely see your social worker and doctor. I also noticed that the hospital is very understaffed and overworked which leads to misunderstandings with patients and sometimes inattentiveness. For reference I stayed in Unit 4 and was there for 5 days. Compared to other mental hospitals around the metro Atlanta area, I would say this one is one of the safer ones.

Honestly this hospital 🏥 is not bad at all - The reviews on this facility are completely wrong - maybe they had a bad experience but mine was awsome - Everyone was nice - MY child felt Safe - and all the Staff kept contact with me the whole time - I'd just like to say thank you all very much 😊

Good Evening, First and foremost I would to share my wonderful experience with the Odyssey Family Center. I have been attending the family center since January 2024. I have to say that my Therapist Ms. Lena is a Phenomenal Person/Therapist. She has such a great personality and inspiring spirit that I can be myself with her. I look forward to my therapy sessions. Ms. Lena provides me with exercise tools that is of great usages towards one’s life. I recommend everyone to her. Allow me to acknowledge the Director for his role as a great leader. I want to say that the staff members that work at the front desk is absolutely fantastic and loving. I’m so grateful that I God bless me with a great family center to attend too on a constant basis. Trevor is amazing. He is so gentle yet firm. He was non-judgemental and honest and truly everything a person needs for a counselor. I have recommended him to several friends and they too love him.
