I ve always had issues transferring to a VA when I move. The staff there not only got me a walk in appointment to mental health, but also got me a intake appointment in like 5 minutes, to make Newnan my main office. Very nice staff and very good with patients

It s not sketchy like most MMT clinics. They don t put up with no junk from the patients, which I like. You come here with the right mindset, then you will accomplish what you set out to do. I am starting as guest dosing and will become perm patient this week and I did read ALL reviews prior to going. I have to disagree with these bad reviews EVERYONE from the front desk (Tracey) to the nurse was extremely kind and extremely helpful. I was never made to feel like they were talking about me I felt so comfortable which is why I chose to go here permanently. If you are looking for help don t wait and waste your life and money on the streets I waited to long years thinking I needed to go to a clinic and finally started 2 years ago and life has changed for the better and it will for you too. All that said I agree with another reviewer that once you start this your stuck BUT it s better than looking on the streets for pills etc... your can change your life for the better with MAT it was the right choice for me don t keep waiting start today!

I have attended other methadone clinics but this one actually cares about me. I'm not treated like an addict. They treat you like a person and don't think they are better than you. All the staff care and take the time to help me when I need something. I have been coming here for several years now and have never had a problem. They helped me get clean and I've been clean for 2 years now. Awesome place!

I spent 3 months at Talbott in-patient beginning in October 2020, and then an additional 3 months in their sober living program (which has since been discontinued). Before I came to Talbott, I was broken, unable to function or live any kind of life period. I couldn’t see any other way until I found Talbott.
The most important thing I found at Talbott was a community of individuals who were struggling with the same things I was - my time at Talbott showed me the importance of community and connection. This connection and sense of community was fostered by people like my counselors Allie and Sam, and more so by our community coordinators Ben and Christian.
Ben especially left an indelible mark on my life and my perspective on addiction and finding recovery. His ability to connect with patients and former patients is remarkable and too seldom found in the treatment world. I will never forget the first time I heard Ben speak - he has a wholly unique ability to give people hope, especially when they are at their lowest.
I have carried the lessons Ben and everyone at Talbott taught me since then, and I now have over 4 1/2 years clean and sober. Talbott changed my life and for that I will be forever grateful.

I am a Disabled Veteran living in Carroll County and have needed mental health service and the Trinka Davis would be convenient to me. I called to schedule an appointment and was told I have to go through the Atlanta VA. The Atlanta VA line was extremely unprofessional, ghetto, and rude and the appointment time was very far out at over 6 months. I finally contacted a mental health professional who tried to encourage me to "group therapy" I told him I did not feel conformable with that. I was told that unfortunately because i did not want group therapy that for a single session I was looking at 4-6 months out. On top of that, I received a call today on 8/25/2023 to reschedule my appointment that was schedule in April of 2022. No, you did not read that incorrectly. This is the reason why my brothers and sisters are taking their own life. They can't get help! I am fortunate enough to have my own private healthcare insurance I pay for.Edit 7/10/2024:I wrote this review last year and as you can see, i was very frustrated. Trinka Davis is not to blame for the bad service, it is the Atlanta VA. I spoke with the manager Sean Seader, whom is fantastic individual beyond words and am changing my review from one star to five, solely based on Sean. The Atlanta VA has been awful and giving me the run-around seeking care. I reached out to Sean and the next day had two appointments lined up. Thank you for caring for fellow Vets, Sean.

Our family cannot say enough good things about The Insight Program in Tyrone, GA. Before discovering this incredible resource, we felt completely lost. Despite numerous attempts to control our child's behavior and "fix" the problem, nothing seemed to work. We sought help from various professionals, including medications and psychological counseling, but these approaches did not bring the results we desperately hoped for.What made the difference was the counselors and peers in The Insight Program. The connection our child found with others in the group, who truly understood the challenges he faced, was life-changing. The supportive, nonjudgmental environment created by the counselors and the encouragement from his peers gave him a sense of belonging and hope that he hadn't found elsewhere.For us as parents, the program for families was equally transformative. It gave us the tools and guidance to step back from trying to control or "fix" our child and instead support him on his journey to recovery. My fianc currently does not have insurance and is unemployed at this time. I called Pathways on Monday and asked if they saw patients without insurance and the girl, her name was Ashley I believe, was very helpful and let me know that they do see patients without insurance and walked me through how to get him in. We went to the Department of Labor on Monday and got his income verification, then went to Pathways Tuesday morning early as a walk-in because that s what you have to do to be seen for free. We got lucky and he was seen within 30 minutes of getting there! Every person that works there was pleasant and friendly. The staff at the front were friendly to every patient that came in, and they actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, and truly care about making sure patients got the help they need. I heard them communicate with people over the phone as well, and they were friendly and helpful. I have a lot of experience with doctor s offices, and worked in many myself, and it is refreshing to be greeted by friendly, helpful, non- judgmental staff. Thank you SO much for your help today, you have no idea how much it means to me personally, but to my fianc as well.

I ve been coming to this place since October. Every person I ve met from the front staff on down to the back hallways are awesome. I would refer them to anyone that I feel need their services. The 1st time anyone walk in the doors they wouldn t be disappointed. It feels like home. The people there really care about you. I LOVE Y all. Keep up the awesome work.

Place is great for youth. The staff genuinely care about the kids and want them to succeed. I was a client there and they really helped me out and helped me accomplish my goals. Only problem is that they need and deserve more funding.
