American medical system is a scam. They don’t want to cure you, just have you coming back like a street addict. If you really want to get off a hard drugs, come here and take Bupenorphine. Start with 4 mg and go up to 12 but do not exceed 12 mg forget about methadone. It’s hell trying to get off of. Bupenorphine however is way easier to tape her off of. The staff is amazing and a very knowledgeable staff. The staff is non judgmental. Private. It’s not sketchy like most MMT clinics. They don’t put up with no junk from the patients, which I like. I got to ADC and was mentally broken and a mess physically. The medical team was amazing, especially Katrina. In my opinion everyone of the BHT’s were great, they don’t get enough credit. Chris was fabulous and met any need I had ( even let me do my fantasy football draft 🤷🏼‍♂️ ). Everyone from the cooks to the cleaning ladies were great. But the main person who’s the star of that building is OG. Never met someone so wise and so willing to help people is his own way. I never met someone who had all the answers to anything, and I don’t say that sarcastically. He helped me leave ADC a better person and with all the tools to tackle recovery.
