Really nice and professional staff members. I was in and out in 40 minutes to get some labs done. Done in the middle of the day on a weekday.

I really enjoy the front desk staff here at this clinic. They are always friendly and thorough, regardless of how busy the clinic becomes. This area is highly populated with veterans so it can be very busy, but a little patience goes a long way. I appreciate the opportunity to be served by fellow veterans working at the VA. When it comes to parking, it can be a little difficult, even with the new lot across the street. I recommend coming earlier if your appointment time is after 11 AM so that you can find a spot.

I’ve been going for over 6 years now and as long as you play nice and jump thru the hoop like a trained animal and is well. If anything the service has gotten better due to another company coming in and buying it. Also the price of the methadone hasn’t change since I started coming idk if that’s normally how it works. But they did make us stop paying for the monthly drug test. I have no problems in here at all.

Their phone system is not very reliable during business hours as it does not usually have a response or voicemail.. however,when it's answered they are most helpful and will go all out to get the medication authorization request to go through the plan. Sherika the nurse is Great!!

Wasn’t aware I had to make an appointment every time my child needed his medicine. Nonetheless they called me today to work with me getting in . Sharika is a very sweet lady . Hope everything continues smoothly in the future

The staff was funny and understanding and could relate to the kids. but when i was there there was this lil girl that liked to try people then he had to have a set down on how to be better role models for the kids. Over all its a good place and some of the food is good.

I had the unwilling honor to spend Memorial weekend at Crescent Pines and I can't say I COMPLETELY wanted to be there; but I have to say, it actually really isn't a bad place! The staff is really nice and helpful. It was my first time in a place like this and it was absolutely not like anything seen on TV. We had three meals throughout the day and even a snack in the evening. If you didn't need medication they didn't force it down your throat. People don't walk around like zombies and really express themselves when they feel like it. If you're a smoker, they give you smoke breaks. You can't go out whenever you want but at least they allow you to have them. If you do what you're suppose to do, meaning; not showing out and actually following the rules, your time there will go by smoothly. The only downside is not being able to go to your room throughout the day. Like if you're tired, you would have to stay out in the community room and find a place to nap. You don't necessarily have to make friends but its helpful finding people you could pass the time with.

I went to this facility a few years back to this facility a few years back to have a court order examine for a Domestic Violence course that i had to take! It was a Two day class that I took on Friday and Saturday and they were absolutely amazing! They helped me get threw and get my certificate for court!
