I was going to this clinic since before the new owners bought it. After the new owners several of us was run out. And before the clinic changed hands it was the best I'd ever been to. I had minor issues, but nothing major. When the new company came in, rules that changed, and they said that they should have always been that way.I don't know if they should or not.And on top of that, they told a bunch of us that we owed several hundred dollars.I was told i owed six hundred personally, even though I pay in full every time I go in. They said the lady at the front desk didn't tell us that there was a change in the pricing and we haven't been paying what we owe completely, so it had been building up for a long time. After I told them, they couldn't charge me for something They didn't tell me about I started having a lot of issues getting call ins when I was told you only get two a year and I'd gotten several in months time. This is after having a pretty much perfect record for 6 to 7 or seven years. They finally got me for something I did do wrong. And I admit I did something wrong with my squeaky clean record.I thought there'd be some leniency. There was not. I then told them i was gonna look around at some other places.I got a call back five minutes later saying that I had been removed from this system. They left me with nowhere to go and a restaurant to find somewhere to go because I only had a day or two minutes and left coming off methadone can literally kill you. That proves that they don't give a damn about anybody, but making the money. But honestly, it's not much difference anywhere else. We're a bunch of drug addicts.Nobody cares. I will say I was never treated with actual disrespect or hostility, but I certainly wasn't treated like, I deserved or what I had earned being there as long as I had.And taking care of everything like I was supposed to. This could be a great place to go to if you need to go.But be careful how you handle they will turn on you if you're not careful. Also I just remembered that when they gave me a call in.They called me from a number that didn't even register as a number. It came up as something strange, not unknown or anything. It was like a blank, no number, no phone number or something. It was crazy when I went in explained to them.At that's all I got.And I wasn't sure it was them, they told me, oh, they knew that that'd been happening. So why did they give me a call from that number then? It was as if they did it on purpose?

I’m so sad, my husband and I transferred from a different clinic and we already had 4 months sober, we have had nothing but issues here. It’s seems like they are JUST ABOUT the money. My husband had a false positive for codeine and they had NO way to fix the situation besides testing the same sample that was already contaminated. We have had no previous positive tests the 2 months we’ve been here at all and have been clean for 4 months before coming. We asked them if we could pay for a hair follicle test because that would show they were wrong. They wouldn’t allow it and even though the test he took right after his false positive came back clean with 0 nano grams of traces of codeine, they still are making him come in everyday when we were at week take homes, we were guest dosing for 2 months at 30 day take homes then when we transferred they cut us down to weekly take homes now he’s daily because of their faulty procedures. It’s almost making us rather just use than deal with this. They say they care…clearly they only care about the money and how little they can do to get that money. The one nurse that draws your blood an older white lady was the absolute WORST she didn’t wear gloves. She tried to draw blood from a vein over my forearm that after just stating “oh, your arm is so toned.” Then chuckled and said “Oops i blew out your vein!” 😡counselors that are there are professional and so is the director it’s just that professional doesn’t really matter when your having nothing but issues because of their policies and refusal to use care and use logic and think hey this isn’t just a paycheck if I choose to work here I am a big part of this persons life. I might have to think outside the box and encounter situations outside of black and white…like my husband logically couldn’t have used with 0 trace in his next urine sample, and if you think that’s a possibility you should allow him at his expense to obtain a hair follicle test at the most affordable place the state approves of to get that test. Instead of placing hardship and stress on an already burdened individual…remember you chose this line of work and hopefully it wasn’t just for a check…which is what it seems like with most of these other comments. I pray after I call the complainant number in the handbook that we got maybe this issue will be rectified before the Streets start looking like a better option! I hope everyone finds help and stays with it…we’re trying to.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

A quality drug rehab in Georgia can help you overcome addiction. This environment is designed to help you address the complex issues contributing to drug dependence. The goal of treatment is to give you the tools you need to make a full recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

Accreditations

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is a branch of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Established in 1992 by congress, SAMHSA's mission is to reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on American's communities.

This place is a joke.i went there for help and I got kicked out because I couldn't pee on demand.15 minutes before they closed and they wanted me to drink water in a maybe a 2 oz cup.if I had known I had to take a drug test I wouldn't have used the bathroom before I left my house.i had a big cup of water in my truck and they would not let me get it no matter what.i went for 2 weeks and I never touched any heroin and that's hard to do.but God as my witness I never touched anything.so now I got to go through withdrawals all over to get off methadone.they don't care about us.they just there for the check. All this because I couldn't pee on demand. The program was working for me and now I'm back to square one.now I'm lost not knowing what to do.i guess OD and get it over with because God knows I tried. Thanks for nothing Health qwest.
