I had an appointment scheduled for 4:15 PM today. I arrived early at 4:05 PM and signed in promptly. After completing all the required paperwork, I began to feel that the process was not running smoothly.The front desk staff asked me for the same information I had already provided over the phone when scheduling the appointment. He mentioned that his email had been down for over a month and was unable to access the documentation I had sent the previous week. This lack of organization was evident as he searched through a notebook to verify the details I had already provided.Despite waiting until 4:45 PM, I was not seen by the therapist, as she was not in the building. The front desk associate was not only disorganized but also exhibited rude behavior. Additionally, he attempted to claim my appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM, even though I had called to confirm the time after initially booking. Regardless, their office opens at 4:00 PM, and the therapist's absence at the time of my appointment was unacceptable.After this experience, I decided not to reschedule. Upon reviewing feedback from others, I am now questioning why the therapist chooses to retain someone at the front desk whose demeanor could leave such a negative first impression.

Doctor was very good and professional, easy to talk to. Receptionist guy SUCKED THOUGH

Had a appointment scheduled for 10:15am at 10:45 I asked when would she be getting to me the receptionist said she didn t know and therapy dosent work like that some times there not on time which didn t even make since if you know what people are going through and your a therapist and it took a lot for me to get up and want to go back to therapy after all these years. Its just sad and very disappointing I will be finding another therapist because if I make a appointment that should be my appointment time and the fact that she tried to make excuses like it wasn t unprofessional was a red flag for me.
