I had to come into town due to my mom passing away. This place helped me so Much. Other places wouldn't even take me since I was from out of state. They knew why I was here...it being such a horrible thing and how this sort of thing makes an easy recipe for relapse. Yet, still other places sent me away. Crossroads took me in and helped me stay safe and sober. I'm so very thankful for their help. I got in and got my meds very quickly. It wasn't even a long wait. This place..is sincerely a life saver. The staff was so polite and professional. Thank you all so much!!!

My time at MARR has fundamentally changed my life. I have a strong foundation in sobriety, many coping tools in my toolbox and a large network of sober men and women who I will forever call friends. I especially love the Professionals Program (ARP) where I participated in Mirror Image classes, working with peers who had overcome their addiction and achieved the life I wanted to be living. It was a safe place during my most suicidal years. I really appreciated the ability to isolate in my room, unlike other facilities that lock the rooms during the day. That was a necessity for me as an autistic person, in order to prevent overwhelm and truly feel safe. Therapy groups could be stressful, but I wasn't forced to attend which I really appreciate. Purple Recovery works because it's built by people who actually know what recovery looks like. You learn real quick that you can't consume your way to peace or purpose—you have to create it. The Active Recovery Lifestyle approach really works. I have tools I use every day now, a real community, and people who care about my actual recovery in my life. Everything else I tried was about stopping. Purple is about building a life you want and changing the way you think about it. That shift changed everything. Best investment I've ever made in myself. Alpharetta, GA | Sunrise Detox Alpharetta is an inpatient detox center in Alpharetta, Georgia near Atlanta. They treat patients 18 and older. However, they don’ | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Let me start with the food… only because I was a former chef. The food is prepared fresh EVERY meal by actual trained Chefs. Not only do they serve amazing food, they genuinely care about the clients. This plays a HUGE part with clients getting the nutrients they need to heal and grow. I enjoyed every meal and conversation with them.
The staff to client ratio here is the best I have experienced at this level of care. All of the staff from the techs, nurses, counselors, clinical directors, providers, and admissions do their job well. They ACTUALLY care about the clients and get to know them personally.
My Counselor was absolutely amazing. He helped me out more than he could know. I also had my moments with stress and frustration. It was handled with understanding and empathy, rather than judgement or punishment. Thank you brother, I am very grateful we met.
My medication provider got to know me on a personal level and they listened to my situation and needs. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT OVERPRESCRIBE or make you suffer with a poor taper. It was a breath of fresh air after previous experiences. My medication that was prescribed helped me stabilize and improve my mood and experience. I plan on staying on the prescribed medication and continuing my psychiatric care.
Aldo the techs do an amazing job. They are on the front lines night and day with new admission patients. They actually get to know the clients and participate in their recovery as well. Some of them even participate in activities with clients. They deal with a lot at times and they handle it professionally and with compassion.
The nurses also got to know me on a personal level. They genuinely care about the clients needs and well being. Medication time was always warm and welcoming. Also sometimes I would discuss any issues I was having and they would listen. I had a cardiac emergency from a genetic heart condition and the nurses worked hard to stabilize me. IT LITERALLY helped save my life. I am beyond grateful for this. 🙏
Tomorrow is my last day here after a 30 day stay. I can honestly say I will miss the staff and food from here. If you stay in GRATITUDE you can heal and grow here. We all have our moments, that is what recovery is. Learning to stick and stay with the plan, even when all you want to do is run! The staff here helped see me all the way to the finish line. I can honestly say I am very grateful to have come here. I celebrated 10 years no drinking this year, but there is more work to do 💪.
Thank you Sunrise Staff, you helped me more than you know. I am speaking from a grateful heart. I am actually sad to leave and that says a lot about the staff I met here. They helped me heal and grow. Now it is time to put to work what I learned during my stay. ❤️🩹

I had a very positive experience at Sunrise Detox. Jeff Hamilton is an amazing counselor. He genuinely cares, listens, and has a way of helping you look at things differently without making you feel judged.
Nate and Lawrence are also amazing chefs. The food was consistently good, and that may sound like a small thing, but when you're going through detox and having a difficult time physically and mentally, having good meals really does make a difference.
The techs, nursing staff (Howard, Justin, Denise, Joi, Lisa, LeAnn, Beth, and Millie the Wonder Dog), and nurse practitioners (Brooke & James) were also very good. I felt like the majority of the staff truly cared about the people they were helping and understood how difficult detox can be.
Detox is obviously not somewhere anyone wants to have to go, but the people at Sunrise made a very difficult situation much more manageable. I especially want to recognize Jeff, Nate, Lawrence, and Brooke for the impact they had on my experience. I am very grateful for the care and support I received while I was there.

Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them.
Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt.
Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight.
Eric knew and did everything he could.
I cant say enough for them.

I came to Southeast at one of the lowest points in my life, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and supported. Sean made the intake process feel comfortable and helped ease so much of the fear and anxiety I had coming in. Jay also went above and beyond to help me with supplemental needs like food assistance and getting my Social Security card, which meant so much during such a difficult time in my life.
What stood out to me most was how genuinely caring the staff is. Southeast provides so much support during treatment — transportation, cleaning supplies, weekday lunches, and most importantly, a safe environment where you can truly focus on recovery. Many of the techs and group leaders are in recovery themselves, which makes a huge difference because they truly understand what clients are going through. All of the housing and clinical techs are incredible, and I especially want to thank Jenn, Tracy, Edwin, Avery, and Kevin for the support and kindness they showed me.
Cookie and Wendy made a lasting impact on me during my time there and still do today. They truly care about the clients, create a supportive and safe environment, and always brought compassion, encouragement, and positivity when I needed it most.
The groups were incredibly helpful, especially those led by Cassandra and Jimmy, who both bring real experience, honesty, and compassion into their work. My therapist, Carlie, has also been such an important part of my recovery journey. She has been patient, understanding, and genuinely invested in helping me grow and heal. All of the therapists are wonderful, but I definitely wanted to give mine a special shoutout! I’m so grateful to still be working with her while transitioning into outpatient and sober living.
The nurse practitioner and Len also went above and beyond to make sure my individual needs were met and that I felt genuinely supported every step of the way.
Southeast never made me feel like “just another client.” The care here feels real, and that made all the difference for me. I was referred here by several people in the recovery field, and now I completely understand why. If you’re serious about recovery and looking for a safe, supportive place to heal, I highly recommend Southeast.

I knew when I walked in the door and saw Sheby's weloming face that my life was about to change. And I was ready for it. The caring staff and counselors Nick, Jeremy, Aaleyah, Tatiana, Stephen, and especially Rachel have given me lots of new tools to add to my arsenal to help keep me sober. Every day they challenged me and called me on my bull. They also supported me when i needed while also not allowing me to stay rooted in the same place. Truly the best part of TCTC are the other clients. Connecting with people going through similar things, people who shared hopes and dreams for a sober future. The friendships i made there gives me alot of hope for our futures. If u also do housing the apartments u stay in is in a nice community located near an outlet mall and tons of other businesse. U will feel safe in the accomodations. The housing staff also work tirelessly to make sure u have what u need. Hillary and Fallon are just a two in housing that always hear you and fight for u. My experience at Centered has been a journey. When I first entered, I was less than thrilled to be there. I was extremely frustrated with myself because I could not understand why I could not change my behavior when I already knew what the problem was. But through support, guidance, and encouragement from the team at Centered. I gained the tools and knowledge needed to help me take the steps to correct years of trauma and negativity. What stood out most to me was the program’s Holistic approach. They focused not only on personal growth and accountability, but also on overall wellness, mindset, emotional well-being, and building healthy habits for everyday life. The environment was welcoming, supportive, and genuinely centered on helping people become the best version of themselves. The staff truly cared about my journey and treated me with compassion and respect every step of the way. I especially want to thank Reed, Krista, and Jennifer who believed in me from the beginning and helped me get into the program. Their support made a lasting impact on my life. While I still continue to grow every day, I can honestly say I am not the same person who walked through the doors when I started. I am grateful for everything this program has done for me and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for support, structure, and positive life changes.

Insight has been life changing for our kid and our family. The culture of caring and accountability that they have fostered helped our teen get and stay sober. Additionally, the parent support group has given us the tools to reclaim our lives after addiction had derailed them. It’s tough to thank the counselors and staff enough.

You often hear all the negative comments about the VA hospital and the VA in general. But this is not one of them. My husband was within a week and half of being out of his medicine. I couldn't remember how to get onto My Healthy Vet, but I needed his medications refilled. I called the VA hospital on August 3, 2026, spoke to a very nice lady, told her what I needed, and she assured me that she would get the information to the Pharmacy right away. I expected maybe a 2 week window before I received the medication. SURPRISE! I received everything within 5 days. So, thank you very much to the lady I spoke to; and to the Pharmacy staff. You all deserve a handshake and pat on the back. Sometimes, we fail to let you know when you do a great job, but I could not allow this pass. Thank You!
