My trauma has even lessened because she's always there to talk with me!! I just wanted to say thank you for everything & Dr.Menges is amazing as well as the rest of the staff including the pharmacy!! I'm so thankful for everything!!

The road to recovery is so much easier and less rocky because of the people at the Loche Rane location. Brittany is so kind, caring and honest that I felt comfortable opening up and being completely transparent with both myself and the people around me. The people who do not come out of their services bettered are the ones who never truly took advantage of the wonderful opportunity before them.

year ago, I walked out of the doors of Northeast Florida State Hospital, and my life has never been the same since. When I first arrived, I was in one of the darkest places I’ve ever been in my life. I didn’t see much hope, and I didn’t know if I would ever feel better. But during my time there, something changed. Little by little, through the patience, care, and dedication of the staff, I began to heal.The staff there were absolutely incredible. They weren’t just “doing their jobs they were friendly, fair, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, cared for, and respected. They created a warm and welcoming environment that felt safe, supportive, and encouraging. The events, the programs, and the way they connected with us made me feel at home, even though I knew it wasn’t my permanent home. They truly made it feel like a family, and that meant the world to me.Since leaving a year ago, my life has become better, stronger, and more powerful than ever before. The strength I found during my time at Northeast Florida State Hospital has carried me forward and helped me keep growing. I often think back to the staff, the experiences, and the kindness I was shown, and I can honestly say I miss them and everything they did to make us feel cared for. I want to say from the bottom of my heart: thank you. Thank you to Northeast Florida State Hospital and every single staff member who went above and beyond to make a difference in my life. The 5 star rating is for care coordinator Madison Kenny. I cannot say enough about her! She manages client assessments/enrollment, coordinating care, client follow ups, managing appointments, handling paperwork, jail programs/classes and still finds the time to genuinely care about each client that walks through the door. She is an irreplaceable part of this organization and a perfect example of what true commitment to mental health/substance abuse care looks like.

The staff are all helpful, kind, and compassionate. Jackson is an excellent therapist. I cannot imagine where I might be without the help this institution provides.

I'd like to thank New seasons Treatment Center of St Augustine Fl for always being available for anyone who's willing to take back their life. I had tried everything before giving them a shot and I thank God I did. And a special shout out to my counselor Melissa w. For always being a strong shoulder to cry on,yell at,or just plain ignore at times, she really has made a difference in my life! And Dr Caroline for addressing every little thing I needed! I am on my way to a successful exit and I am so grateful! 🙏🥲

I have been a client for over 7 years in St Augustine. I would like to thank the staff, they do the best job they can considering the amount of turnovers with Directors, and always being understaffed. Kathy, has hung in there and has always had my back. It's unfortunate that the Corporate office, does not appreciate the fact, that the few employees they have working for them are hard working, dedicated, and give 110% to make sure clients are treated with the utmost care. I will miss them ❤️❤️
