I was a client at the TH in September of 2017. I was there as a doc client. I was treated like a person. The counselor I has was AMAZING.She help me learn how to love myself again. The Transition House is a great great program! All the counselors and all the behavioral techs care about every single person that walks through the door! Every group is informative and gives you the tools to exceed quality sobriety! This program is not for people who need it, but for people who want it! One of the greatest things I have learned in this program,is I had to change myself and my old behaviors (not just the ones I wanted)...but all of them! I have been here for 5months and I am truly not the same person that walked in the door on December 31! The administration, staff and clients have helped to make the man I am today! The road to recovery is so much easier and less rocky because of the people at the Loche Rane location. Brittany is so kind, caring and honest that I felt comfortable opening up and being completely transparent with both myself and the people around me. The people who do not come out of their services bettered are the ones who never truly took advantage of the wonderful opportunity before them.
year ago, I walked out of the doors of Northeast Florida State Hospital, and my life has never been the same since. When I first arrived, I was in one of the darkest places I’ve ever been in my life. I didn’t see much hope, and I didn’t know if I would ever feel better. But during my time there, something changed. Little by little, through the patience, care, and dedication of the staff, I began to heal.The staff there were absolutely incredible. They weren’t just “doing their jobs they were friendly, fair, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, cared for, and respected. They created a warm and welcoming environment that felt safe, supportive, and encouraging. The events, the programs, and the way they connected with us made me feel at home, even though I knew it wasn’t my permanent home. They truly made it feel like a family, and that meant the world to me.Since leaving a year ago, my life has become better, stronger, and more powerful than ever before. The strength I found during my time at Northeast Florida State Hospital has carried me forward and helped me keep growing. I often think back to the staff, the experiences, and the kindness I was shown, and I can honestly say I miss them and everything they did to make us feel cared for. I want to say from the bottom of my heart: thank you. Thank you to Northeast Florida State Hospital and every single staff member who went above and beyond to make a difference in my life. I was a patient at Lakeview from October 20, 2002, to November 19, 2002. I was there during Lakeview's infancy, when there was only one building, a couple of picnic tables, a basketball hoop and a beat up volleyball net. I can tell you, with great conviction, their program works.
Lakeview gave me the tools I needed to learn how to live a sober life. I still use those tools today, and I have been sober for just over 23 years now. I wish I could come down there and speak to the people currently residing there and tell them it's possible to turn theirs lives around. I am living proof of that,

I was forced to go to Lakeview but I'm happy that I did. I finally admitted that I was an addict and I needed help and I need to change my life. At first I did not want to participate or talk with anyone but after a couple days of hearing other people's stories I realize where I was at in my life and where I was going to end up if I continue. During my stay here I follow their program schedule and start going to the group therapy. For some you may think it's dumb, useless, waste of time but if you really just be more open-minded and use what they teach you it will make a big difference in your life. A big plus for me while I was here was the pool and the gym, never really use the pool but it is a very nice pool with a nice view of the pond I'm back to the gym the gym have everything that you need and yes they do have real trainers. You only get access to the pool and gym if you're in the store, php, and IOP if you're in stepping stone you're out of luck.

Thank you, Isabella and Natalia, for taking the time to tour me and discuss the program. Peace and Purpose Asheville are always looking to forge relationships with treatment centers and Lakeview's clinical staff are second to none, in my experience. They also have an awesome integration program which involves client exposure to the outside, where they go shopping and are involved with a lot of off-campus activities.
No hesitation recommending it as a great program for family and loved ones.

The 3-day Family Weekend is especially meaningful and unique—staff like Sara, Andrew, and Tony provided excellent educational sessions, while the time spent together strengthened family bonds in a deep way.
Our loved one has now moved on to a sober-living home in another state for career-related reasons. While we wish he had chosen to stay longer and then continue with TARC’s sober-living program, which we understand is also very strong, we remain deeply grateful for the foundation TARC helped him build.
A big thank-you to all the staff, and to Jason, the owner, for his kind guidance and leadership. God bless you all for the important work you do—saving lives and helping people reclaim their future.

Amazing place......if you have a loved one struggling with addiction, call them today! My son attended 4 months and is now at their sober living house. The staff is like family to him! They truly care about their patients and the families. It is a wonderful place.

So anyone who needs help and wants sobriety I highly recommend Beaches Recovery. Chris Colcord is truly an angel and the staff at Tides, Mike, Lindsay, Celeste..my counselor Matt! Absolutely amazing team there. And then when you move over to Beaches, Elizabeth is the best therapist, constantly advocating and fighting for us..and the house techs Jennifer, Dawn and Sydney truly care and help with any and all that you need. I could never thank them all enough for everything and being apart of my journey in sobriety. I will forever be thankful. If anyone needs help call Chris Colcord..he'll fight to get you the help you need!
This place absolutely saved my life. I was a complete mess the staff is very compassionate and understanding and very easy to talk to. They help me realize there's so much more to life than that stagnant position I was sitting in that horrible Rabbit Hole I was going down thank you stepping stones for being there for me and pulling me up and far away from that rabbit hole!!!

Stepping Stones was amazing. I went there for alcohol, but they treat many issues. Therapists were great and listened carefully. Great place to go and get back on a good track

Stepping Stone was an amazing place to go for treatment. My counselors name was Patrick and he was there for me whenever I needed it the most. They have really good food there too!
I wish I could give this more than five stars. I arrived at mending fences being open-minded. I had no idea the impact this would have on my life in such a positive way. I came to this looking for help for alcohol and found I really needed the help with mental health care. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the surroundings are so Serene and peaceful. There are no amount of words I could give for the gratitude I have for what this place is giving me back to me in my life. I am truly grateful. To me there is no amount of money that could ever give me what I retained here at mending fences. This place has been absolutely PRICELESS! I highly recommend if there's anyone that needs help, a loved one or friend this would be the place for their healing journey. I finally feel I have my life back.

I went to Mending Fences to get help with my debilitating anxiety. From the time I arrived at the facility I was met with friendly and compassionate staff. The admission process was very professional, very timely and the staff made me feel safe.
Concerning the program, Mending Fences focused on a personal track of a healing process designed specifically for me. I was assigned a Therapist (shout-out to Jeremy) who patiently worked with me to guide me through the healing process. Every therapists that led groups were dedicated to making learning different modalities wether - CBT, ART, OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES, EXERCISE AND MUSIC - Fun and engaging!
From playing volleyball, shooting basketball hoops, bon fires and even an open mic night!
Unfortunately, due to a health issue I had to leave the program - this was very disheartening for me - but the Psychiatrist , therapists and staff made the exiting process a great experience for me! Just to mention, these people try to accommodate me so that I could continue the program - it amazed me how much effort they put in - thanks 🙏
One last thing the facility and the grounds were beautiful! One last thank you to all the staff, techs , therapists and Doctors who helped me 🙏🙏

SUPER AWESOME PLACE THAT LIVES UP TO THERE WORD TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER THAN WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVED ALL THE STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL AT ALL THE JOBS. JEREMY, MY VETERAN THERIPIST WAS VERY GOOD AT SHOWING ME THE RIGHT ROAD TO RELIEVE MY SYMPTOMS SYMPTOMS OF SOCIAL ANXIETY AND TO BECOME A BETTER PERSON. THE FOOD AND KITCHEN STAFF WAS AWESOME. THE CLEANING/LAUNDRY STAFF ARE ALL GREAT AT THERE JOBS. THE MEDICAL STAFF ARE VERY GOOD AT MAKING YOU FEEL BETTER. JASON WITH ADMISSIONS WAS EXCELLENT AT GETTING INFORMATION I NEEDED. This is the first time I've been in a treatment center. The faculty is outstanding, 5 star. They care. Always courteous. My favorite nurse is a lady named Toni. She just has what it takes to make my mind go somewhere else than on my problems of the day. She keeps a close eye on everything going on and the clients as they pass her station. She recognizes symptoms and actually stops me to see if I need anything to help at that moment. She's a great listener and I will miss her so much after I leave to start my new life of freedom from drugs and alcohol and my daily overall mental health. I want to thank the people of Spencer's recovery for the fine work they do morning, noon and night to keep everyone comfortable and in good spirits. I would suggest to anyone having difficulty in daily life to seek help. It's here. They are here for you. Professional, courteous,and well trained to guide you through the process of healing your addiction or mental health issues.

I was in the worst stage of my life I was evicted from my home in Augusta ga and my wife passed away and facing homelessness with my two elderly dogs and was ready to give up I was lost in addiction, substance abuse combat related ptsd but here I found that I had a desire to not use or drink I know now I can trust again I was definitely lost in life but now I feel a I got a fresh start a new beginning a new chapter thanks to Dr. Pauls by the sea recovery the staff were amazing The people I met, Paul had the same desire to get better and thanks to Dr. Paul he was covering I was able to obtain four months recovery and looking forward to moving on to a healthier life. Thanks to the staff here all professional and all willing to help. Move on, thank you guys I wouldn’t have gotten this far without you I am truly thankful for everything

A huge thank-you especially to my coordinator Cheryl — she is an absolute angel who fought for me every single day, handled every detail with compassion, and never let me fall through the cracks. Counselor Annie is incredible; her empathy, wisdom, and tough love pulled me out of some of my darkest moments. And Sue the nurse — wow. Her kindness, patience, and clinical expertise made me feel safe and actually cared for, not just treated.
What sets Epic apart is that they never gave up on me, even when I had completely given up on myself. Cheryl, Annie, Sue, and the whole staff truly want your recovery and your best life — it’s not just a job to them, you can feel it. They believed in me until I could believe in myself again.

I've been a patient here for a long time and have had quite a few counselors but Ms. Regina and Ms. Sandora are by far AMAZING!!!! They go above and beyond at all times. It doesn't matter the issue they always get a positive resolution. Anytime I need to talk their doors are always open. They truly listen and remember the things I tell them even though they deal with hundreds of people everyday. They show true compassion for each and every patient.

My fiancée and myself just switched from medmark after 8 years and I wish we left there SOONER! this place is AMAZING the staff is amazing that just makes you feel so much better my girl has horrible anxiety and this is our 2nd time here she had to do some extra paperwork and she thought the worst it took 2 mins and they jumped up to help her so fast and sat with her miss cynthia was amazing with her and helping her figure out what to do I have Tracey is my counselor and she is so nice and it’s nothing like our old clinic everyone is so kind and caring when you walk in everyone is always so nice it took us like a whole 10 mins if that to get a full week of take homes

Me and my hubby are transferred from Medmark and I’m so thankful we did the process was a alot longer then I ever had to deal with and it is 2$ more here I will still pick this clinic over that one ANYDAY of the week miss Cynthia is so nice before I even was transferred here she was helping me get my paperwork sent over and making sure I got it all the nurses are amazing there is 2 there I really liked but I forgot names I seen so many people but they help you with intake the nurse that is pregnant and will do bloodwork is amazing I have a huge fear of needles and she helped me get past the bloodwork part and got my bloodwork done on the first try and that’s shocking the other clinic would keep going even after 10 times then my counselor was out for vaction but they have a buddy system so someone is always there to help you! I have such a great counselor well buddy lol she was so nice and you can tell she cares I did have one good counselor at my old clinic but it seems like they are all great here everyone I talked to was really nice and even when I first got there I didn’t know where to go or even where to walk in and a lady there that was going there helped us and showed us where we had to go the building is a lot bigger then the other clinic the doctor was really nice they have a lot of windows so it’s fast my favorite nurse already is miss Lisa she was so sweet to me and she is a fellow animal lover she is the one that sold me on this clinic her and miss cynthia
I have been going to the vascular clinic due to chronic venous inefficiency. Yesterday, October 29th 2025, I had surgery to remove a "very bad" vein in my lower right leg. Even though there was a long delay because a pipe had broken in the basement causing electrical issues, everything went exceptionally well. I was treated with kindness and respect the entire time. The nursing staff were all amazing. I can't say enough good things about the anesthesiologist and his assistant. I just wish I could recall their names. They were so good to me and they explained everything they were going to do in great detail. They treated me with great respect. And finally, my surgeon, Dr. Scott Berceli. I could not have possibly been in better hands. He explained the entire procedure and met with my wife while I was in recovery. He explained everything to her as well, including what to do and not do during my recovery period. He is absolutely fantastic. I can not give the entire staff enough praise. From start to finish, it was awesome!

Experienced nurses and doctors, the staff is very helpful. Clean on the inside and out….even amongst construction pathways. Parking can be hectic, valet is nice. I live in Jacksonville and I will drive the hour and a half drive just to come here for care… it. It’s worth the drive. Thank you for serving us.

I am so grateful for Gateway, and the amazing staff there. From the staff at detox, to residential llrehab, down to the front desk & providers for out-patient, they are all an amazing part of my recovery. I started my journey almost 5 years ago at Gateway detox and if it wasn't for programs like what Gateway offers, I wouldn't be here today to speak about it. I will forever be grateful for what this facility has done for me, and taught me. I credit a lot of my sobriety to Gateway, for teaching me the skills I needed to lead and maintain a healthy, sober, productive lifestyle and how to love myself. One day at a time, sometimes one hour, one minute, one second. If you are struggling with addiction and do not know where to turn, by all means call Gateway. I couldn't provide a better alternative.. Gateway is where it's at. Detox will make sure you're comfortable during detox by using a MAT treatment plan that you and the doctor have discussed in depth and determined the right plan for you. I can't recommend FRC enough. This organization has truly been a life-changer and life-saver for me.
My journey with FRC began in 2007 when I was a patient receiving care. I was at the lowest point in my life after years of substance use and a near fatal suicide attempt. Under the care of Dr. Teitelbaum, The support I found there was instrumental in introducing me to recovery, and I am incredibly grateful for the nearly 18 years of sobriety I have today because of that start.
To come full circle and later spend over 12 years working on the incredible FRC Team has given me a unique perspective. I will forever be grateful for having the opportunity to witness firsthand the profound, life-changing work that happens there every single day. My appreciation for FRC, its mission, and its dedicated staff is immense. Unfortunately, I am starting a new job in another city to be closer to my family, but I will always carry FRC with me.

"It works, if you work it, so work it, you're worth it!"
I came to the Florida Recovery Center a broken man, suicidal, no self-confidence, and a great lack of a sense of purpose and worth. Through intensive individual therapy, group therapy, recreation therapy, in-depth 12 Step assignments and application, CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), a multitude of informative and illuminating lectures (medical, recreational, spiritual, relational), and a greatly supportive community of people all working on the same goal of sobriety and sanity, I have been able to begin my life anew.
I am now 90 days sober for the first time in 30 years thanks to FRC (Florida Recovery Center)!!!! I would not be alive to write this review had they not believed in me and, likewise, I had not believed and trusted the process.
YOU must surrender to the process, be vulnerable, and be willing to choose LIFE for yourself - a good life without dragging around the heavy burdens of guilt, shame, and regret.....BUT YOU have to be honest with yourself and them or it probably won't work.

FRC has a great program, the staff truly cares about you as an individual and helps develop a treatment program for you to be successful in your recovery!
This IOP program with Stephanee and Brittany has been life changing. I needed information and it has changed my life. Gary is such an asset to the program as well. I have made a friend in him and appreciate him a great deal.
