Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

The Transition House is a great great program! All the counselors and all the behavioral techs care about every single person that walks through the door! Every group is informative and gives you the tools to exceed quality sobriety! This program is not for people who need it, but for people who want it! One of the greatest things I have learned in this program,is I had to change myself and my old behaviors (not just the ones I wanted)...but all of them! I have been here for 5months and I am truly not the same person that walked in the door on December 31! The administration, staff and clients have helped to make the man I am today! I was a resident at Lakeview for 42 days. I am an older person and was apprehensive about fitting in . There was no need to worry I was treated with respect and dignity. My alcohol addiction came later in life and a family member found Lakeview for me. I have read many reviews both positive and negative. I must say that I was cared for and cared about. I was a resident with women from all walks of life and ethnicities and I saw treatment equally across the board. When there were objections from fellow residents about treatment I was able to see both sides however , my observation was that many times there was an unwillingness on the part of the resident to completely comply to the prescribed regimen. This is not a place to go if you want to be coddled. If that s the case you may not be ready for recovery. But I can tell you I worked the program, gave myself over to the process of recovery and came out the other side. I certainly ran up against obstacles but this program taught me how to deal with them in a positive successful manner. I would personally like to recognize Karen, Kaylee, Shanna, Meredith and Suneeta to name just a few. The therapists are a great group, but it goes much deeper than that. The staff is there 24/7 and I was made to feel safe at all times through their dedication and teamwork. If you want to free yourself of addiction and are ready for a new life consider this treatment. I can tell you I didn t always agree with some protocol but this program gave me the tools to state my concerns, be heard and come to a resolution that benefitted me and stay in compliance with Lakeview s policies.

God saved my life and he used gateway to do it, I can't stress enough how incredible the staff and resources here are, it's detox so it's no picnic but the staff absolutely does their best to truly listen to each patient and make the process as easy as they can. Getting help is scary but if more people understood just how easy the team at gateway make it to stay on track, it takes the fear right out of it. I'm over 30 days sober, and it didn't cost me a dime. My only regret is not checking in years sooner but better later than never. We do recover, and it's thanks to people like the folks at gateway that fast track it. May God bless every soul that puts in hours at this place you're angels

I went to Mending Fences to get help with my debilitating anxiety. From the time I arrived at the facility I was met with friendly and compassionate staff. The admission process was very professional, very timely and the staff made me feel safe.Concerning the program, Mending Fences focused on a personal track of a healing process designed specifically for me. I was assigned a Therapist (shout-out to Jeremy) who patiently worked with me to guide me through the healing process. Every therapists that led groups were dedicated to making learning different modalities wether - CBT, ART, OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES, EXERCISE AND MUSIC - Fun and engaging! From playing volleyball, shooting basketball hoops, bon fires and even an open mic night!Unfortunately, due to a health issue I had to leave the program - this was very disheartening for me - but the Psychiatrist , therapists and staff made the exiting process a great experience for me! Just to mention, these people try to accommodate me so that I could continue the program - it amazed me how much effort they put in - thanks One last thing the facility and the grounds were beautiful! One last thank you to all the staff, techs , therapists and Doctors who helped me Rex

The New Season | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I have been a client for over 7 years in St Augustine. I would like to thank the staff, they do the best job they can considering the amount of turnovers with Directors, and always being understaffed. Kathy, has hung in there and has always had my back. It's unfortunate that the Corporate office, does not appreciate the fact, that the few employees they have working for them are hard working, dedicated, and give 110% to make sure clients are treated with the utmost care. I will miss them

First of all I wish to thank all the people at St Augustine methadone treatment center, Melissa W has been a wonderful resource and a kind non judgmental person, Shanice is the best supervisor they have, I have been through 5 of them, when I started going there I saw no light at the end of the tunnel! I was totally messed up, with no end to the pain, emotional train wreck, and sickness! I had resigned my self to the fact that I would never be normal again. But after sticking with the program and listening to the people and going on my journey I am back to being a normal functioning happy person! I want to thank Crystal, Cathy Deluchia, Brie at the dosing windows, Caroline the PA, and last but not least Valerie!!! You all have changed my life and I love you for it!!! Mr experience was in 2007. This proram literally saved my life. I made lifelong friends. Where else can you go to really do the work of self reflection and recovery with support? We ate very well, we were able to exercise, use a gym, and swim on certain days. I had some really amazing counselors. It set me up to start again. I left with a vehicle, a great job, and plenty of money saved. Mostly I gained many tools for recovery. Keep going. We can do hard things.

This environment demands proactivity and a strong drive for self-development. Success here is contingent upon individual initiative and a commitment to continuous learning. The work involves direct engagement with challenging situations, fostering significant personal and professional growth. Individuals can expect to encounter moments of difficulty and triumph, ultimately gaining a clear understanding of their accomplishments. This setting serves as a unique training ground for individuals with unconventional professional backgrounds, often those with direct or near-direct experience as service recipients. I benefited significantly from the guidance of exceptional leaders, including AJ and Mr. White, who were instrumental in developing essential skills for navigating this demanding environment. While challenging, my time here provided invaluable experience and resilience that have been crucial for my subsequent endeavors.
