Doctor Ajayi is literally the best out there 👌 not only is She a good doctor shes a genuine soul, who truly cares and understands the specific needs of her patients 🥰 yesterday was a hard day for me dealing with stuff in my personal life. I didnt expect to have a panic attack at the place i go to get help for the panic attacks. lol, I ran away from my appointment bc I don't like to cry or draw attention to myself in public 😭 She reached out to me personally to make sure I was OK. She took personal time out of her day to talk me thru some of my problems, and that is above and beyond my expectations! You need too give your clients guidelines about rules.Like letting us know about lining up on time for meals,so you don't get your time cut back for someone being late. Your water coolers, the cold water is warm.Day room gets hot in the afternoon.Stale air,humid.

A lot of people like to talk bad about the VA. The Wacross CBOC has been a wonderful experience for me. Down home friendly staff that really seem to care about the veterans. Just got a new Primary Care Doctor who is really great so far. Bonus benefit is it's only 10 to 15 minutes away from me. Instead of the hour and a half that I used to travel to in Ohio.

Gateway has been very accommodating to my needs, and helping me access the things that I need to be a better, healthier me. The services and the employees here are great! Everybody is kind, compassionate, empathetic, and helpful. I can truly say that the people here go above and beyond for their community. I use their transportation services to get to and from and appointments, and in this county, I think that's a great service that they have. All in all, superb mental health services, superb substance abuse services, superb care! I could go in having the worst day of my life, and weights are lifted off my shoulder just by walking in and being greeted by the front office staff and I always leave feeling a little lighter than when I walked in.

Cynthia Clark is really helpful therapist---Breanna and Emmanuel good for med management/Psychiatry. I have been a patient for 15 years and they have helped me to see that I am not my diagnosis, but I do have a diagnosis. My dad and I didn't want to believe that I was severely mentally ill at first, but the more I accepted my illness as reality and my new normal, the more that the Drs and counselors are able to help me live a better quality life and still function as normally as possible. I see my diagnosis as a blessing in that it helps me to learn more about myself and in the process, help other people going through the same thing. Sometimes healing is a process and does not happen instantly, but I am able to cope better with all of the tools and support that I am receiving from family, friends and medical staff. I went for an interview with them and the staff was amazing including the manager interviewing me. I was just bragging about Lakeview and pointing a friend in this direction, and i was shocked to see even one negative review. Lakeview was amazing, it saved my life. It felt like a vacation, Its practically a health resort. It was so peaceful and serene. I felt I was cared about when cared for, I felt like they were actually invested in my recovery rather than feeling like a number. From the nurses to the blue-shirts, the therapists, the kitchen staff... everyone was so nice and supportive. The food was amazing, honestly. The pool was nice, gym was immaculate. Yoga instructors were awesome. We went for surfing lessons, went out to a horse farm to pet and feed some little horses. You have a massage therapist come in, and someone to come in for haircuts. Theres even a little zen meditation room. The lake on the men's side is full of life, little ducks and geese, big bass and turtles you can feed - although I don't think you're supposed to, anyways. The facility is nice, its got a real pretty view, good food, great staff. I cant imagine how they could go wrong. If I had to complain, the apartments, the PHP after the inpatient - the last period before you graduate... the apartments kind of sucked, but the comradery, the fellowship there.. it was a great place to transition back into the real world. And the girl at the window that took the cigarette and vape orders seemed like she was always having a bad day... but still. This place is amazing. I love Lakeview. I brag about my experience there. I highly recommend it.

I was a patient at Lakeview from October 20, 2002, to November 19, 2002. I was there during Lakeview's infancy, when there was only one building, a couple of picnic tables, a basketball hoop and a beat up volleyball net. I can tell you, with great conviction, their program works. Lakeview gave me the tools I needed to learn how to live a sober life. I still use those tools today, and I have been sober for just over 23 years now. I wish I could come down there and speak to the people currently residing there and tell them it's possible to turn theirs lives around. I am living proof of that, Thank you, Lakeview.

Psych APRN Richard and his nurse Sheri are amazing. The rest of the staff are have 1/3 of a collective brain cell. I have been given the run-around on therapy for a few months, and it's been at least 6 months for my fiancé. I have called and called scheduling to try and get therapy scheduled, and I can never get through and my voice mails are never returned. I went into the office on 6/23, and asked wtf was going on. Mark at the front desk said my referral was all signed off on but was strangely assigned to two therapists. He promised he'd figure it out and call me by COB that day. No call happened. I went back on 6/26, and the front desk staff said I was assigned a therapist, Jay. Great... except his next appointment available was 7/18 because he's on vacation for 3 weeks. This is despicable treatment for someone seeking mental health care. I have been waiting for so long and it's like no one cares. I wish I wasn't stuck with SPBH for my insurance because they are so terrible.

Staff is not efficient to patience needs especially when it comes to medication when you have your pharmacist send a pre authorization in to have them get with the doctor to approve it, it takes them days when it should be taken as s they get it and not a week later and now dealing with them telling me that they will call me the same say and don't, now have to wait till Monday because the doctor is not in and they are closed on Friday. My prescription runs out on that day

The staff are very helpful and amazing, the treatment most definitely helped me to combat my substance abuse problem. Big shout-out to Mr Terrance and Mrs Crystal I miss y'all and think about y'all all the time. I had some fun amazing times there and wish I could come come back just to kick it for another 30 days. By the way way the food is super fire and everyone gains so much weight. I came in 225 pounds and left 273 pounds in 30 days.
