The staff are very helpful and amazing, the treatment most definitely helped me to combat my substance abuse problem. Big shout-out to Mr Terrance and Mrs Crystal I miss y'all and think about y'all all the time. I had some fun amazing times there and wish I could come come back just to kick it for another 30 days. By the way way the food is super fire and everyone gains so much weight. I came in 225 pounds and left 273 pounds in 30 days.

I recently started receiving primary care at the Savannah VA Outpatient Clinic after having previously utilized the BNH location in Beaufort.
So far, in my experience the level of care has been superlative. The facility itself is clean and modern. The staff have all been top notch. The doctors, nurses, lab techs, and support personnel have all been courteous and competent. They genuinely and sincerely seem to care about their patients.
When's the last time a doctor called you personally at 1730 on a Friday afternoon to give you a non-emergent update on lab results? For me it was yesterday. That level of personal care is what I would expect from an elite private practice, not a government run clinic. I did not see that coming. Five stars all day long. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can honestly say this was the best healthcare experience my husband and I have had outside of the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. From start to finish, the VA clinic in Savannah was organized, efficient, and filled with genuinely kind people.
Special thanks to Dr. Cynthia Carter and her wonderful assistants, Shannon and Regina, who made my husband’s very first VA visit outstanding. After his two years of service in Vietnam, we’d avoided the VA because of horror stories—but today changed everything.
The building was welcoming, the staff went above and beyond, and we left feeling grateful and impressed. I’d give them a 10/10 if I could—and that’s saying a lot, because I don’t hand out glowing reviews easily.

I had a very positive experience during my hospital stay. The surgery itself went smoothly, and afterwards the doctors were extremely informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. The anesthesia team was wonderfully calm and reassuring while preparing me, which made a big difference in easing my nerves.
The nurses provided truly incredible care throughout my recovery. They were attentive, compassionate, and always ready to help with even the smallest needs. Their kindness and professionalism gave me comfort and confidence every step of the way. I’m deeply thankful for the way they looked after me—it meant so much during a difficult time.
Overall, I felt well cared for at every stage, and I’m grateful to the entire team for making my stay easier and more positive than I could have imagined.

My mother spent a few days in this facility.She suffers from Alzheimer's. The quality of care is substandard. Many times I called, left messages and NEVER got a call back. We visited everytime they allowed it and tried to communicate with the staff, without much success. One evening we went to visit my mom and we were told she was released !!! No one knew where or to whom she was released. This facility is very irresponsible. When we asked about how could this happen, we were told that they were too busy and that my mom's Medicare ran out of benefits, so they were not able to have her any longer. NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE PATIENT'S FAMILY !!!! This is very absurd. We were told by a staff member that they were kicking people out of the facility, as they were over booked and had patients sleeping on the floor !!! However they do collect $$$ from Medicare and since they are mental health patients , they take advantage of that, knowing that they won't get reported. Money churning !

My daughter’s therapist has been there for her each and every time we have needed her no matter the time of day. I have to say in defense of tradition house that Luke's recent post was in retaliation for him being told to pack his stuff and go, everything he said in his review was a lie and a complete fabrication. You're really saddens me how someone could sink so low as to try to tarnish the good reputation of tradition house. I believe it is the best and always has had the reputation of being the best sober House in Jacksonville. It is well-run, clean, comfortable and a safe and stable environment to rebuild your life. This place really did help me. I felt the need to write a review after seeing some of the others because Im thinking some of the staff has changed since they were written. (or management or something?) I was here in 2019 and heres my view on it.Almost everyone here really helped me recover and learn how to cope better than ever before. The daily activities ranged from learning classes to understand what we re going through better all the way to recreation/art classes to stay entertained and get our endorphins and creativity going. The classes allow you to spend the daytime engaged and learning, then you can use your free time at night to reflect on it and apply it to your own life. All of the group leaders were absolutely amazing. Honestly, I hated them on day one (no ones happy on day one..) but the second I decided to actually submerge myself in the therapy and really try- it worked. and I immediately understood how amazing and helpful these people are. They even made sure I was set up for success before I left with appointments in place to maintain a good mental health care regimen. I still use the tips and tools i learned in there on a day to day basis. I am so thankful for this place and the workers who helped save my life.A small few amount of nurses did seem to be there just for the job and were quite insensitive, but if there were nurses on one night that you may not be a fan of, youll have a complete different set the next day most likely.I think this place is amazing and if you really allow yourself to participate and try to better yourself here, you ll succeed.
