I’ve updated review!! My son is going on 3 years sober!!! This is the place!!! My son is 34 and checked himself in 5 months ago. He made the decision to stay the full six months within the first month. I'm so proud of him and all the guys there. It's an amazing journey they go through. I know this place saved my son's life. Kindness, compassion and studying the AA 12 Steps and the way in which the program is run. It teaches responsibility, accountability and the tools to get and stay sober. Thank you God for answering prayers he led my son straight to Bridges of Hope!! Thank you Jesus It is now April 2024 and my son is still sober at 37 and in fact my nephew is getting ready to complete his 6 months and he is excited about being sober and they both know and love the Lord! God. He has answered my prayers and Bridges of Hope was the vessel. It is now July 1, 2024 my son is 37 and in August it will be 3 years Sober!! Praise Jesus and Bridges of Hope! To God be the Glory! Don’t stop praying! Thank you Bridges!!! ps at this moment we have another young man from our town who has just completed his first week!!! My nephew completed 6 months and he is now 9 months sober!!!! Thank you Bridges!!! We also have a friend from our church who completed 6 months and he is 11 months sober. I’m giving God the glory!!! Bridges not only instills a sober lifestyle! They give the men a structure and tools to live. I have another son who is sober 10 months he went to an insurance based rehab and thank you Jesus he’s still sober but I don’t see the love for God and the commitment to following the steps like I see in my other son and nephew. Bridges of Hope saved my sons life!!! The staff is the best and they know what works in curing addiction, they are the best I've ever seen and I have had him in many. If your a parent and want to save your child's life and rest at night knowing he or she is in a safe place, "this program works." Please don't wait and wish you hadn't.

I was referred to New Day Counseling through work and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Tim Strickland and his wife Lorri. They were absolutely amazing with the solutions that helped me recognize and manage my everyday life better. I feel I am back to a more positive and recognizable version of myself. I can't thank them enough!! Definitely refer this amazing organization.

My decision to enroll in and complete the intensive outpatient program at New Day Counseling was one of the best decisions of my life. The group therapy sessions, the private therapy sessions, and the educational classes were of the highest quality. This program has given me not only an understanding of my struggle with alcohol use disorder but the tools to manage it and live a more successful and fulfilling life. I highly recommend this program for any and all individuals suffering from the disease of addiction.

I'm a patient at Newday counseling, and I called there seeking professional help. There, I've found people that they were willing to help me get started with my process. Professionalism is what I found, people who knew about my addiction and are willing to educate me. There, I've found a lot more than what I expected, there is a 24 hour hot line, with a the other end willing to talk with me about issues that I was having problems with, and help me understand my addiction. I go to this place four times a week, under three different counselors. That communicate well with each other to help me Even when I don't feel like listening to the professional side of addiction, I still leave there what's something. When NewDay counselors encounter a person that wants to do something with their life they dig in just as deep as I did. For that I am truly grateful.........

The space is helpful, the staff supportive, and it’s a blessing to have this resource available. Thank you. Yesterday the volunteer went out of the way to make sure I had a vegan meal to eat. Went at 8 PM hard a great speaker plus I gained another wisdom on the physiology of homelessness it requires patience which the staff and volunteers try to put into practice Friday **“Brothers, I want to thank Old Savannah for letting us come here and have a shower. That’s a blessing, and I am grateful. I understand the struggle with addiction—I choose yoga and breathing, but I know how it feels to need something to hold onto. When slippers and things go missing from here, it’s not just the Salvation Army we’re taking from—it’s ourselves. This is the only place many of us have to shower, and if we lose it, we all lose. I pray that whoever has taken finds it in their heart to bring them back. Let’s protect this place together, so it stays here for us. Peace.”**

Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Julie and Maryland are very compassionate. We are from South Florida, and love the way this facility has accommodated my daughter. Both Beach Blvd and Salisbury location. In Jacksonville you get the help you need. You are just a number and get no help in the South Florida area. We are thankful

I am glad that my experience will not happen to other patients. The therapist are great, the doctor is amazing, everyone there is kind. I might actually go back there because I really do need the help. I kind of don’t want to start somewhere else. They are very understanding and very attentive to their patients concerns.

Wekiva Springs Outpatient Center if only the Wekivn the other hand compared to the hospital was very helpful to me. You were treated with respect and showed compassion. The group sessions were great as you got to share your thoughts with others who had the same experiences as you. You could talk very freely amongst each other so you didn't feel like you were in this alone. If my insurance company would have approved more sessions I'd still be a patient there today. If only the hospital was as professional.
