I was admitted to the adolescent ward about a little bit ago and I cannot say enough how wonderful my experience was. Sure, it got a little boring in the day rooms at times but the techs, nurses, and other staff, night and day, were absolute angels. No matter if I had a small problem or I was going through a total episode, they were always there to help me. As for the night staff, it depends on who's working that night, but most of them are amazing as well. I'm not going to name drop but I hope they know who they are.♡♡ Besides the required questions they asked me, they also checked up on me to see if I was doing alright which meant so much, and they genuinely cared about us patients and didn't just see us as crazy, but as actual people unlike some psych wards I've been to. I only stayed for about a week or so because it's short term, but if I had to go to a mental hospital again, which hopefully I don't, it would be this one. Thank you so much for making my experience awesome even when I was in one of the darkest times of my life. The environment felt safe and I felt comforted when I was there. Your staff are truly amazing people, and I wish them the best.💝💝

Drs were wonderful when they spoke to you and therapist. I was there for my reason and diagnosed after 17 yrs correctly finally. Moments of staff problems but if you put a note in box they fixed it privately. My special food the higher ups did it, when the next day a staff did not make it happen they were corrected. Nurses were so easy to talk to and understanding. 5 stars to them with my stay 10 different people and figuring all us out without knowing our history to me was worth it. To walk out the door nothing like I walked in who cares if a tech or two was not set for my group and was removed. I'm here and home cause of there care. They have me set on a after program and I can see light now to actual help. I would take anyone to this place for help if they hit were I hit in a second. Thank you, this line of work is not for the faint of heart. So tuff love and kindness was mixed but I feel they did great not knowing us. The weekend was hard less staff less Drs that was the hard part and it could be negative but today I see that as life. They were there but like most places people work more Monday-Frid so I got help but deeper help in the week. They could not call my personal Drs till week days to verify there own questions. So no I want say anything negative about this place cause they to had to work around outside life to help me. Thank yall for being there or I would not be here to leave this review.

I watched her submit it and she went back into to change something. I had already signed my name.. Cynthia Clark is really helpful therapist---Breanna and Emmanuel good for med management/Psychiatry. I have been a patient for 15 years and they have helped me to see that I am not my diagnosis, but I do have a diagnosis. My dad and I didn't want to believe that I was severely mentally ill at first, but the more I accepted my illness as reality and my new normal, the more that the Drs and counselors are able to help me live a better quality life and still function as normally as possible. I see my diagnosis as a blessing in that it helps me to learn more about myself and in the process, help other people going through the same thing. Sometimes healing is a process and does not happen instantly, but I am able to cope better with all of the tools and support that I am receiving from family, friends and medical staff. I've only been once but will soon be going back. The wait was a tad long but other than that all the staff treated me with a smile on there face. I've never found a doctor that I wanted to talk bout my issues with but the doctor there really listen to me and didn't make me feel like I was broken. I was just bragging about Lakeview and pointing a friend in this direction, and i was shocked to see even one negative review. Lakeview was amazing, it saved my life. It felt like a vacation, Its practically a health resort. It was so peaceful and serene. I felt I was cared about when cared for, I felt like they were actually invested in my recovery rather than feeling like a number. From the nurses to the blue-shirts, the therapists, the kitchen staff... everyone was so nice and supportive. The food was amazing, honestly. The pool was nice, gym was immaculate. Yoga instructors were awesome. We went for surfing lessons, went out to a horse farm to pet and feed some little horses. You have a massage therapist come in, and someone to come in for haircuts. Theres even a little zen meditation room. The lake on the men's side is full of life, little ducks and geese, big bass and turtles you can feed - although I don't think you're supposed to, anyways. The facility is nice, its got a real pretty view, good food, great staff. I cant imagine how they could go wrong. If I had to complain, the apartments, the PHP after the inpatient - the last period before you graduate... the apartments kind of sucked, but the comradery, the fellowship there.. it was a great place to transition back into the real world. And the girl at the window that took the cigarette and vape orders seemed like she was always having a bad day... but still. This place is amazing. I love Lakeview. I brag about my experience there. I highly recommend it.

I was a patient at Lakeview from October 20, 2002, to November 19, 2002. I was there during Lakeview's infancy, when there was only one building, a couple of picnic tables, a basketball hoop and a beat up volleyball net. I can tell you, with great conviction, their program works. Lakeview gave me the tools I needed to learn how to live a sober life. I still use those tools today, and I have been sober for just over 23 years now. I wish I could come down there and speak to the people currently residing there and tell them it's possible to turn theirs lives around. I am living proof of that, Thank you, Lakeview.

First let me say thank God for The Augustine Recovery Center! The road to finding a top notch Recovery Center for our loved one finally landed us at TARC after four different and unsuccessful experiences in four different recommended centers throughout the country. One thing that I still remember from our initial calls with Christine are the words, “We will not give up on your son.” They have been true to their word and more- the transformation we have seen in our son is truly amazing and I thank the wonderful staff for their knowledge, commitment and compassion throughout the recovery process. I feel as though the staff goes beyond what is required of them and believe that this is a key reason that TARC is so well respected among clients and their families. Staff is readily available for family members that have questions or just want an update on their loved one. The Family Weekends were amazing and packed with informative sessions as well as time for relaxation with family and the other clients and their families. TARC is a smaller recovery center which provides our son with individual attention and counseling as well as group sessions which promote unity and support among the clients themselves. We love that they provide a continuum of services after the initial three months of inpatient, transitioning clients to Cornerstone and then Sober Living all on their same property allowing for continuing services with the same wonderful staff that has supported them throughout their recovery! The bonds that form among clients, staff, and within the community have helped tremendously in supporting a long term recovery for our son. I want to personally thank the entire staff at TARC because each and every one of them played an important part in giving us our son back but a special shout out to his case manager Scott whose knowledge, patience and compassion got us all through some very difficult times. We are all forever grateful to you!

If you are looking for a long term rehab for your loved one, look no further. My brother was in a few rehabs before my mother and I found TARC and nothing else could compare. The way the entire staff truly cared about the recovery of the guys there and their families is extraordinary. My brothers case manager, Ryan, always stayed in constant contact with both my mother and I. He was always a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns. He also reached out to us at minimum, on a weekly basis to keep us updated on my brothers progress. He always showed genuine care, compassion and concern. No other facility he was in ever did that! They also offer weekly family support group meetings which have been so helpful. After visiting during one of their family weekends, I could see the positive community and its impact on my brother. They really focus on a healthy lifestyle, behaviors and routines which my brother has continued after leaving TARC. I am extremely grateful for all the staff at TARC and their role in my brothers recovery.

Once he arrived, I received a call…he’s here, he’s safe. For the first time, I could breathe. Augustine Recovery has been a life changing experience. The family weekends are immersive, supportive, and meaningful. The treatment team was not just focused on my son; they were piecing together information about our family system in order to promote true healing. The commitment and support that we received was invaluable. Jon, our case manager and Karen, our therapist came together in every way possible to help my son and family. Jon was always one step ahead of me. He would listen and ask questions - often challenging my ideas and was always right in his approach. Karen, our therapist, always knew how to bring things back into balance. I truly appreciate the amount of time she spent to bring about the best outcomes in therapy. I have never witnessed such dedicated people interact with my son and be able to reach the depth of understanding the way they did. I was often in awe of them. This is the only one out of three clinics in sav that actually care about your well being if you are seeking treatment from opiates. Travis, the program director, is a very caring, thoughtful person. When everyone had to evacuate Sav a little more than year ago, Travis opened his doors for medmarks patients so we could get our medicine because medmark just shut their doors and didn't even try to contact their patients or anything! I would like to thank Three Rivers and their staff. Personally I'm in tears right now writing this. My Son was in dire need when I brought him here. And he needed meds asap.... he came in on a Friday, and I was dieing for them to get him on meds right away. They waited till Monday. The reason: they called me (Mom) and asked me many questions, and they fully observed and monitored him, and based on his history, and passed meds (that didn't work) they found the right meds that straightened and helped my Son... ❤️❤️ I'm so very grateful!! Thank you Three Rivers for all your Love care protection that y'all gave my child. For me, I highly recommend this place. And I would choose this place anytime out of all facilities! Over an hour wait on a child. Several adults and children were discharged after I got there. I don't think it is safe for adults to have access to the minors. And to allow parents to go inside the actual area where they house the kids is not appropriate. (My opinion). Some of the staff are very unprofessional. It does not appear to be cleaned often.

I came to Britelife in July 2024 hopeless. I was detoxing off fentanyl and the entire staff nursed me through what felt like a near death experience. My son has been to several rehabs unfortunately, but when he arrived at Britelife something changed. The staff at Britelife genuinely seen my son and his addiction. They seen him as a person not just an addict, they recognize the individual and made sure his treatment was designed for him. Not everyone fits into a box and the staff at Britelife knows that. Unfortunately my son relapsed after 2 years of sobriety the first place he wanted to go was here because he knew this was the best place for him. He was unable to return due to Britelife not taking his insurance (which is understandable) Britelife is an amazing place with amazing staff that understands and supports the family and their residents. My son did find a rehabilitation facility that accepts his insurance. If you have the means please consider Britelife they are amazing if not please reach out to someone. You deserve to shine brite! The Augustine Recovery Center gave my husband the type of help to make lasting and real change possible. He has attended other programs and they did not have the same impact on him. His Case Manager, Jon Carter, was a vital part of his rehabilitation journey. I received phone calls from Jon weekly, sometimes more if needed. His perspective and guidance was invaluable and very appreciated while going through such a hard time. I had very little hope left and could not imagine my husband taking ownership and responsibility ever. But he did and this made it possible to finally work on the real issues, to repair broken relationships and start to heal. Our son was not on speaking terms with him anymore and our daughters were near that stage, too. We had been separated for a long time because his addiction was killing our marriage. TARC not only focused on my husband, but also the healing of our family. My husband and our family are on a road to recovery and I could not be more grateful to ALL the staff at TARC.
