Our loved one has now moved on to a sober-living home in another state for career-related reasons. While we wish he had chosen to stay longer and then continue with TARC’s sober-living program, which we understand is also very strong, we remain deeply grateful for the foundation TARC helped him build.

This is the first time I've been in a treatment center. The faculty is outstanding, 5 star. They care. Always courteous. My favorite nurse is a lady named Toni. She just has what it takes to make my mind go somewhere else than on my problems of the day. She keeps a close eye on everything going on and the clients as they pass her station. She recognizes symptoms and actually stops me to see if I need anything to help at that moment. She's a great listener and I will miss her so much after I leave to start my new life of freedom from drugs and alcohol and my daily overall mental health. I want to thank the people of Spencer's recovery for the fine work they do morning, noon and night to keep everyone comfortable and in good spirits. I would suggest to anyone having difficulty in daily life to seek help. It's here. They are here for you. Professional, courteous,and well trained to guide you through the process of healing your addiction or mental health issues.

I was in the worst stage of my life I was evicted from my home in Augusta ga and my wife passed away and facing homelessness with my two elderly dogs and was ready to give up I was lost in addiction, substance abuse combat related ptsd but here I found that I had a desire to not use or drink I know now I can trust again I was definitely lost in life but now I feel a I got a fresh start a new beginning a new chapter thanks to Dr. Pauls by the sea recovery the staff were amazing The people I met, Paul had the same desire to get better and thanks to Dr. Paul he was covering I was able to obtain four months recovery and looking forward to moving on to a healthier life. A huge thank-you especially to my coordinator Cheryl — she is an absolute angel who fought for me every single day, handled every detail with compassion, and never let me fall through the cracks. Counselor Annie is incredible; her empathy, wisdom, and tough love pulled me out of some of my darkest moments. And Sue the nurse — wow. Her kindness, patience, and clinical expertise made me feel safe and actually cared for, not just treated.
What sets Epic apart is that they never gave up on me, even when I had completely given up on myself. Cheryl, Annie, Sue, and the whole staff truly want your recovery and your best life — it’s not just a job to them, you can feel it. They believed in me until I could believe in myself again.

The staff has always been extremely helpful in so many ways and more than happy to do so. And the mars program has been a tremendous help in my sobriety and recovery as well. I am grateful for the kind treatment I received, when taking such a huge step for me, admitting I’m a functioning addict and have been for years off and on. Jackson has been so great to work with! I have four kiddos ages 26, 22, 10 and 7 and have worked with a few different counselors over the last 20 years. My youngest and I currently see Jackson for some behavioral challenges. I can honestly say that Jackson goes above and beyond and in my experience one the best counselors around for children! I highly recommend!

I came to Recovery Keys via a referral from the lead detox physician at the University of Florida. At that point, I was unable to even drive. My main addiction was alcohol. The program I entered into takes a three hundred sixty degree approach to the treatment alcohol and drug addiction. They use a complete approach, under the direction of physicians and addictionologists. Early on, I was not the easiest, most cooperative patient. As time went on, and with a great amount of patience and encouragement, I made substantial progress in controlling my addiction and actually understanding the root causes in order to carve out a new life. Around me I saw amazing progress among the other patients. The amount of knowledge, patience and caring at this facility is incredible. I am getting my life back and cannot express my gratitude enough to do justice to the program and all of those involved. Thank you.
Had an outpatient procedure to check how my TAVR Heart Valve is doing. Before I was out of recovery the surgeon had already briefed my wife that everything looked good and I could go home in a few minutes when I woke up. I was outta there before lunch and the procedure was scheduled for 10:40 am. Thank You To the staff and everyone at the hospital!

I had my visit lab work, 01/09/2020 and my first doctor visit 01/10/2020, the reception, respect and care almost brought to tears. This is the first time since being enrolled in VA since 1985 that I was made to feel my service and sacrifices were truly appreciated. The reception received from Deborah Lincoln who checked me in, to LPN Paige Smith who took my vitals and recorded my medical history and my doctor, Dr. Deepali Agralwal was the finest and best ever received. My gratitude and thanks to them and all the care providers, technicians and staff, my undying gratitude from a very grateful Vietnam Veteran.

I needed a specific therapy called EMDR due to traumatic incidents. I had difficulty finding a therapist with the licensing to perform EMDR at a reasonable price. However here at SMA my therapist Miss Nicole was able to do exactly that, and thankfully they offered a sliding fee scale, so it was affordable. After I finished my therapy with Nicole, for the first time in my entire life , I no longer had intense suicidal urges and tendencies to self harm. If it wasn’t for SMA I wouldn’t have been able to get the help I desperately needed. I will forever be so grateful towards everyone here at SMA, you all truly helped save my life.

I was very impressed with the management, organization and staff. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Older kids have their own room and seem to be happy there.

I was a patient at Lakeview from October 20, 2002, to November 19, 2002. I was there during Lakeview's infancy, when there was only one building, a couple of picnic tables, a basketball hoop and a beat up volleyball net. I can tell you, with great conviction, their program works.
Lakeview gave me the tools I needed to learn how to live a sober life. I still use those tools today, and I have been sober for just over 23 years now. I wish I could come down there and speak to the people currently residing there and tell them it's possible to turn theirs lives around. I am living proof of that,

I was forced to go to Lakeview but I'm happy that I did. I finally admitted that I was an addict and I needed help and I need to change my life. At first I did not want to participate or talk with anyone but after a couple days of hearing other people's stories I realize where I was at in my life and where I was going to end up if I continue. During my stay here I follow their program schedule and start going to the group therapy. For some you may think it's dumb, useless, waste of time but if you really just be more open-minded and use what they teach you it will make a big difference in your life. A big plus for me while I was here was the pool and the gym, never really use the pool but it is a very nice pool with a nice view of the pond I'm back to the gym the gym have everything that you need and yes they do have real trainers. You only get access to the pool and gym if you're in the store, php, and IOP if you're in stepping stone you're out of luck.

Thank you, Isabella and Natalia, for taking the time to tour me and discuss the program. Peace and Purpose Asheville are always looking to forge relationships with treatment centers and Lakeview's clinical staff are second to none, in my experience. They also have an awesome integration program which involves client exposure to the outside, where they go shopping and are involved with a lot of off-campus activities.
No hesitation recommending it as a great program for family and loved ones.

Absolutely amazing team there. And then when you move over to Beaches, Elizabeth is the best therapist, constantly advocating and fighting for us..and the house techs Jennifer, Dawn and Sydney truly care and help with any and all that you need. I could never thank them all enough for everything and being apart of my journey in sobriety. I will forever be thankful. I was in great need of help for depression when I found 5 Palms in Ormond Beach, FL. I completed their 28-day program last month. During my voluntary stay, I gained knowledge of CBT and DBT and many skills for returning myself to a mentally balanced state of mind. With these skills, I am now able to stop my depression and related anxiety from "taking over" my thoughts and I have longer, more frequent periods of clear productive thought which have significantly improved my life. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of all levels of the staff and I felt safe and well cared for at a very sensitive time.

Promises 5 Palms was absolutely amazing! The people the community fabulous! Let me say I was very nervous to go to rehab a facility whatever you want to call it. Once I was there the positive energy ran through. I felt comfortable with all the staff as well as the other clients. They help you through anything that comes up. All you need to do is ask. I was so amazed with Promises! I would recommend to anyone that needs help with either mental health and or drug addiction recovery. Dom saved me more than once love him!Dom is AWESOME!! The nurse's were a huge help to me. Never talked or looked down on me, he was just a huge help!
The food was great, the people were awesome. The people I have met there are wonderful I WILL have friendships 💓 forever. Promises ROCKS! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. Counselor Jamie is amazing!!! She is soooo down to earth and caring and compationate that without her wisdom and passion about the tools needed to stay focused and sober i would not have been able to manage my sobriety ..i would reccomend talking to Miss Jamie if you want to get sober or stay sober!!! I've been a patient here for a long time and have had quite a few counselors but Ms. Regina and Ms. Sandora are by far AMAZING!!!! They go above and beyond at all times. It doesn't matter the issue they always get a positive resolution. Anytime I need to talk their doors are always open. They truly listen and remember the things I tell them even though they deal with hundreds of people everyday. They show true compassion for each and every patient.

My fiancée and myself just switched from medmark after 8 years and I wish we left there SOONER! this place is AMAZING the staff is amazing that just makes you feel so much better my girl has horrible anxiety and this is our 2nd time here she had to do some extra paperwork and she thought the worst it took 2 mins and they jumped up to help her so fast and sat with her miss cynthia was amazing with her and helping her figure out what to do I have Tracey is my counselor and she is so nice and it’s nothing like our old clinic everyone is so kind and caring when you walk in everyone is always so nice it took us like a whole 10 mins if that to get a full week of take homes

Me and my hubby are transferred from Medmark and I’m so thankful we did the process was a alot longer then I ever had to deal with and it is 2$ more here I will still pick this clinic over that one ANYDAY of the week miss Cynthia is so nice before I even was transferred here she was helping me get my paperwork sent over and making sure I got it all the nurses are amazing there is 2 there I really liked but I forgot names I seen so many people but they help you with intake the nurse that is pregnant and will do bloodwork is amazing I have a huge fear of needles and she helped me get past the bloodwork part and got my bloodwork done on the first try and that’s shocking the other clinic would keep going even after 10 times then my counselor was out for vaction but they have a buddy system so someone is always there to help you! I have such a great counselor well buddy lol she was so nice and you can tell she cares I did have one good counselor at my old clinic but it seems like they are all great here everyone I talked to was really nice and even when I first got there I didn’t know where to go or even where to walk in and a lady there that was going there helped us and showed us where we had to go the building is a lot bigger then the other clinic the doctor was really nice they have a lot of windows so it’s fast my favorite nurse already is miss Lisa she was so sweet to me and she is a fellow animal lover she is the one that sold me on this clinic her and miss cynthia
