Her kindness, patience, and clinical expertise made me feel safe and actually cared for, not just treated. What sets Epic apart is that they never gave up on me, even when I had completely given up on myself. Cheryl, Annie, Sue, and the whole staff truly want your recovery and your best life — it’s not just a job to them, you can feel it. They believed in me until I could believe in myself again. TARC has played a key role in our loved one’s recovery journey. From our very first interaction with Christine, we felt warmth, compassion, and clear guidance. Case manager Tony showed consistent care and patience toward our loved one, and Jon led family meetings that were both helpful and informative. Scott’s passion for helping clients, combined with his own experiences, has been truly inspiring. TARC is a safe and caring place for anyone seeking sobriety and recovery. The emphasis on healthy eating and fitness training is a powerful part of the program and will leave a lasting positive impact on each individual. The 3-day Family Weekend is especially meaningful and unique—staff like Sara, Andrew, and Tony provided excellent educational sessions, while the time spent together strengthened family bonds in a deep way. Our loved one has now moved on to a sober-living home in another state for career-related reasons. While we wish he had chosen to stay longer and then continue with TARC’s sober-living program, which we understand is also very strong, we remain deeply grateful for the foundation TARC helped him build. Amazing place......if you have a loved one struggling with addiction, call them today! My son attended 4 months and is now at their sober living house. The staff is like family to him! They truly care about their patients and the families. It is a wonderful place.

Been going to this one since the week they opened and in my 20+years (I've come to terms with being on matenence for the foreseeable future) and this is by far the best one out of the 4 places and 3 states.

Jackson has been so great to work with! I have four kiddos ages 26, 22, 10 and 7 and have worked with a few different counselors over the last 20 years. My youngest and I currently see Jackson for some behavioral challenges. I can honestly say that Jackson goes above and beyond and in my experience one the best counselors around for children! I highly recommend!

I've been sober for 6 years. While I credit meeting attendance for long term sobriety, I credit Recovery Keys for giving me what I needed in early sobriety. The professional staff and the experienced doctors who specialize in addiction was key.

Very intense outpatient program

I came to Recovery Keys via a referral from the lead detox physician at the University of Florida. At that point, I was unable to even drive. My main addiction was alcohol. The program I entered into takes a three hundred sixty degree approach to the treatment alcohol and drug addiction. They use a complete approach, under the direction of physicians and addictionologists. Early on, I was not the easiest, most cooperative patient. As time went on, and with a great amount of patience and encouragement, I made substantial progress in controlling my addiction and actually understanding the root causes in order to carve out a new life. Around me I saw amazing progress among the other patients. The amount of knowledge, patience and caring at this facility is incredible. I am getting my life back and cannot express my gratitude enough to do justice to the program and all of those involved. Thank you.

I had my visit lab work, 01/09/2020 and my first doctor visit 01/10/2020, the reception, respect and care almost brought to tears. This is the first time since being enrolled in VA since 1985 that I was made to feel my service and sacrifices were truly appreciated. The reception received from Deborah Lincoln who checked me in, to LPN Paige Smith who took my vitals and recorded my medical history and my doctor, Dr. Deepali Agralwal was the finest and best ever received. My gratitude and thanks to them and all the care providers, technicians and staff, my undying gratitude from a very grateful Vietnam Veteran.

Compared to other VAs that I have been to this place is amazing. I never had a bad experience. Professional and caring staff.

I needed a specific therapy called EMDR due to traumatic incidents. I had difficulty finding a therapist with the licensing to perform EMDR at a reasonable price. However here at SMA my therapist Miss Nicole was able to do exactly that, and thankfully they offered a sliding fee scale, so it was affordable. After I finished my therapy with Nicole, for the first time in my entire life , I no longer had intense suicidal urges and tendencies to self harm. If it wasn’t for SMA I wouldn’t have been able to get the help I desperately needed. I will forever be so grateful towards everyone here at SMA, you all truly helped save my life.

I switched over here from the Palatka office. Much more friendly clean environment and down to earth with patients and they are about the patients and not just here for a paycheck like the Palatka office.

My mother works here this is a great place for people that may be autistic deaf or others.

I was very impressed with the management, organization and staff. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Older kids have their own room and seem to be happy there.

I had a very positive experience during my hospital stay. The surgery itself went smoothly, and afterwards the doctors were extremely informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. The anesthesia team was wonderfully calm and reassuring while preparing me, which made a big difference in easing my nerves. The nurses provided truly incredible care throughout my recovery. They were attentive, compassionate, and always ready to help with even the smallest needs. Their kindness and professionalism gave me comfort and confidence every step of the way. I’m deeply thankful for the way they looked after me—it meant so much during a difficult time. Overall, I felt well cared for at every stage, and I’m grateful to the entire team for making my stay easier and more positive than I could have imagined.

This is for the Baymeadows location, as it's the one I have experience with. The staff are very accommodating and professional. The counseling I received was more than I ever expected. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

Ron Cipriano & Associates Counseling, the staff there are always very pleasent and very professional group. Sometimes when you first walk in there and your first point of contact IS Miss Melissa , you start to feel better already . She has a very nurturing way about her . Makes me feel like I'm with friends . I haven't been coming here too too long, but I'm glad I did. They have already helped me so much ,they have no idea. I'm lucky to have found Ron Cipriano office.

Brittany Lauria has helped me so much with my recovery and dealing with past trauma. She is a phenomenal counselor. She is such a caring person and is really there for her clients. She is a god send!!

I have a wonderful peer her name is Stephanie Brown,& I am so very grateful for her &clay behavioral,she's a wonderful peer who does everything to help that she possible can!! My trauma has even lessened because she's always there to talk with me!! I just wanted to say thank you for everything & Dr.Menges is amazing as well as the rest of the staff including the pharmacy!! I'm so thankful for everything!!

The road to recovery is so much easier and less rocky because of the people at the Loche Rane location. Brittany is so kind, caring and honest that I felt comfortable opening up and being completely transparent with both myself and the people around me. The people who do not come out of their services bettered are the ones who never truly took advantage of the wonderful opportunity before them.

I love the whole team and my kids enjoy all them the good with working with my family times and days we have work and school they are sweet

3 of my kids go to their pediatric department. I would give this place 5 stars if it was only based on how warm, welcoming, and wonderful everyone is. All 3 kids see Jen and she is amazing. Miss Erica and Miss Jackie are wonderful case managers. Dr Lepely and his team are very nice. He has ensured my kids have everything they need, even when we have had to make adjustments he knew just what to do. Now for the negatives… The wait time to see the doctor is pretty extreme. They schedule everyone for one like.. 3-4 hour time slot. It’s first come first served and there are always 30+ people waiting. I know not everyone has time to wait like that and it confuses me why they do it. It has been especially hard with 2 adhd girls who are being seen for behavioral issues 😓 I am just lucky I have had the time to wait on days like those. Some times we are there for 30 minutes, other times we are there for hours. I tried to get in to see them, myself, and after months of not having a therapist or doctor, I just had to go find a new one(I dropped my providers to see theirs). I did meet with the case manager and we also spoke over the phone a few months later. I mentioned I hadn’t been assigned anyone yet and nothing changed so I moved on. All in all, the care here is positive. With some ironing out of their scheduling and staffing issues I think this facility would be a whole five stars.

I have to say in defense of tradition house that Luke's recent post was in retaliation for him being told to pack his stuff and go, everything he said in his review was a lie and a complete fabrication. You're really saddens me how someone could sink so low as to try to tarnish the good reputation of tradition house. I believe it is the best and always has had the reputation of being the best sober House in Jacksonville. It is well-run, clean, comfortable and a safe and stable environment to rebuild your life. Humility and gratitude are key ingredients to a New Life. Hopefully Luke will get it one day! You know as they say, hurt people hurt people".

The main strength in this treatment facility are the prevention program options that are available. Recovery and sobriety are not a one program fits all type of success story. Each client can take part in a program that is specific to what they may need to work on. This treatment facility also reinforces many life skills and general recovery skills that reinforce their main program. The main weakness in this facility is that it is an older building.
