Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

This is the first time I've been in a treatment center. The faculty is outstanding, 5 star. They care. Always courteous. My favorite nurse is a lady named Toni. She just has what it takes to make my mind go somewhere else than on my problems of the day. She keeps a close eye on everything going on and the clients as they pass her station. She recognizes symptoms and actually stops me to see if I need anything to help at that moment. She's a great listener and I will miss her so much after I leave to start my new life of freedom from drugs and alcohol and my daily overall mental health. I was in the worst stage of my life I was evicted from my home in Augusta ga and my wife passed away and facing homelessness with my two elderly dogs and was ready to give up I was lost in addiction, substance abuse combat related ptsd but here I found that I had a desire to not use or drink I know now I can trust again I was definitely lost in life but now I feel a I got a fresh start a new beginning a new chapter thanks to Dr. Pauls by the sea recovery the staff were amazing The people I met, Paul had the same desire to get better and thanks to Dr. Paul he was covering I was able to obtain four months recovery and looking forward to moving on to a healthier life. I was totally messed up, with no end to the pain, emotional train wreck, and sickness! I had resigned my self to the fact that I would never be normal again. I came to Recovery Keys via a referral from the lead detox physician at the University of Florida. At that point, I was unable to even drive. My main addiction was alcohol. The program I entered into takes a three hundred sixty degree approach to the treatment alcohol and drug addiction. They use a complete approach, under the direction of physicians and addictionologists. Early on, I was not the easiest, most cooperative patient. As time went on, and with a great amount of patience and encouragement, I made substantial progress in controlling my addiction and actually understanding the root causes in order to carve out a new life. Around me I saw amazing progress among the other patients. The amount of knowledge, patience and caring at this facility is incredible. I am getting my life back and cannot express my gratitude enough to do justice to the program and all of those involved. Thank you.

I participated in the 30 day residential rehab at Epic and had an AWESOME experience. The staff and therapists are amazing - there are too many great people to mention by name. The counseling I received from our therapists was top notch, and the Epic staff as a whole made sure that I had medication, housing, and all available financial resources set up upon my exit from the program. The food was good and the daily 12 step meetings prepared me for what to expect in recovery.The only room for improvement I can think of is that it would be nice to have a fenced in outdoor area or some sort of set up where patients could be outside more. We usually got to walk for at least 30 minutes - an hour each day, but it can sometimes be depressing to be stuck inside for hours on end.I would highly recommend the detox and/or residential program to anyone who is struggling with substance dependency.

I had my visit lab work, 01/09/2020 and my first doctor visit 01/10/2020, the reception, respect and care almost brought to tears. This is the first time since being enrolled in VA since 1985 that I was made to feel my service and sacrifices were truly appreciated. The reception received from Deborah Lincoln who checked me in, to LPN Paige Smith who took my vitals and recorded my medical history and my doctor, Dr. Deepali Agralwal was the finest and best ever received. I needed a specific therapy called EMDR due to traumatic incidents. I had difficulty finding a therapist with the licensing to perform EMDR at a reasonable price. However here at SMA my therapist Miss Nicole was able to do exactly that, and thankfully they offered a sliding fee scale, so it was affordable. The psychiatrist that my son sees is absolutely amazing! He has done wonders for my son. The new therapist he sees is also awesome too. Both of them have been nothing short of a God send when helping with my son's problems. The reason they are not getting 5 stars is the fact his ex therapist called dcf on me saying I was physically abusing my son when I was not and that person who called and they know who it is needs to be fired for a false accusation! She also sucks when it comes to kids with autism, ODD, Adhd and IED. All she wants to do is sit and talk with your kid without you around when they are under 6 years old NOPE! That does not help at all. She needs her license taken away!

This detox center is great they all were so kind they really truly care here. Food is great I ve been to other facilities and this one is by far the best one. There s no mean or rube teach or meter all so very kind they give you things and games to play watch a movie at night it s smaller so more one on one connection if your ready for it Journey, I would recommend this one they will bring your food to you while your sick also kept me as comfortable as they could during the first three days before the taper.. My daughter was just came home from treatment at Lakeview/Stepping Stone! After a very long struggle with alcohol, as a family we gave her an ultimatum to go to this facility for treatment. She was very reluctant and it took ALOT of persuasion but she finally committed to going. I ve struggle with finding the appropriate words to describe this experience for my daughter as well as our family. From the very moment I reached out to Tommy to the minute I called the facility to pick her up we had the absolute BEST CARE! My daughter has described the staff as being ANGLES ON EARTH !! These wonderful people saved her life!!! It took a lot of courage for her to commit to this as she was leaving behind a baby and a husband. She said the minute she stepped inside the door her anxiety went away. The staff was genuinely there to help her recovery. There aren t enough good words to describe my gratitude for everyone at Lakeside/Stepping Stone. My daughter has made life long friends. Miss Janice was her favorite. What a wonderful facility. I was a resident at Lakeview for 42 days. I am an older person and was apprehensive about fitting in . There was no need to worry I was treated with respect and dignity. My alcohol addiction came later in life and a family member found Lakeview for me. I have read many reviews both positive and negative. I must say that I was cared for and cared about. I was a resident with women from all walks of life and ethnicities and I saw treatment equally across the board. When there were objections from fellow residents about treatment I was able to see both sides however , my observation was that many times there was an unwillingness on the part of the resident to completely comply to the prescribed regimen. This is not a place to go if you want to be coddled. If that s the case you may not be ready for recovery. But I can tell you I worked the program, gave myself over to the process of recovery and came out the other side. I certainly ran up against obstacles but this program taught me how to deal with them in a positive successful manner. I would personally like to recognize Karen, Kaylee, Shanna, Meredith and Suneeta to name just a few. The therapists are a great group, but it goes much deeper than that. The staff is there 24/7 and I was made to feel safe at all times through their dedication and teamwork.If you want to free yourself of addiction and are ready for a new life consider this treatment. I can tell you I didn t always agree with some protocol but this program gave me the tools to state my concerns, be heard and come to a resolution that benefitted me and stay in compliance with Lakeview s policies.

So anyone who needs help and wants sobriety I highly recommend Beaches Recovery. Chris Colcord is truly an angel and the staff at Tides, Mike, Lindsay, Celeste..my counselor Matt! Absolutely amazing team there. And then when you move over to Beaches, Elizabeth is the best therapist, constantly advocating and fighting for us..and the house techs Jennifer, Dawn and Sydney truly care and help with any and all that you need. I could never thank them all enough for everything and being apart of my journey in sobriety. I will forever be thankful. I ve been to stepping stones on a few occasions and always had a good experience. While rehab is no vacation and not always the most enjoyable (for obvious reasons) the staff and the resources they give you are why I decided to return there when I needed help. Everyone from the therapists to kitchen staff treats you with respect and dignity. Jessica the aftercare coordinator is the kindest soul and always has been an ear to bend when I needed a moment to regroup and a problem solved. Can t say enough good things about everyone there. Stepping stones is an amazing place to go to reset and get back on course when struggling with addiction. I would recommend it to anyone I know who needs the same help I did.
