Leaving a review on purely the juvenile side. Firstly it does offer benefits and the staff do try to help you out to the extent of their ability to, though the amount of care or help you get is Highly dependent on what staff is working in your unit on that specific day so at times its iffy to say the least, they do offer schooling Wich is a plus. Laundry is done for you if you set it within a laundry basket at the end of the day Wich is also great as well as 3 meals Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner. and 3 snacks a day. You usually get put in a room with a roommate but if your a no roommate person (The reason you sent there usually) Decides if you are an no roommate person and not allowed to have one. Things this place needs... Firstly some roommates are disgusting and cant clean up after themselves and it unhygienic would be nice to have someone clean it out. Secondly more availability to people who CAN change things for example, medicine,room,portions of food. all of that and get your stuff brought in approved... because doctors are only available at certain times and you cant just sit down and talk when you want Wich kinda sucks but I do understand they have stuff to do. Thirdly from a patient perspective it seems sorta-kinda understaffed and like their underpaid sometimes by the way some staff just don't care.. you ask them for something and their dismissive or tell you to shut up. All and all if some issues are fixed and certain things are improved upon this could help more people in the future, I hope this review is taken into consideration and maybe things could be changed? like reviewing staff behavior towards the youth side. I cannot describe how excellent level of care is that I receive here. Everyone is incredibly kind and empathetic. I am forever grateful for my therapist, Mary, and Catie, my PA. I would not be able to excel in life, much less function, without the care they have provided me. The receptionists are also always welcoming when I come in. The staff at AltaPointe organizes everything for me so that I don’t have to worry; I can focus on growth and healing. A huge thank you to the AltaPointe staff, and I would 10/10 would recommend receiving care here.

The ACT Team has been a very important part of my life. They have helped increase my independence and therapy has helped me live one day at a time and helped with boundaries. Catie is sweet and thorough. The whole ACT team really does their homework to help me.

Springfield Wellness Center is the first step that God led me to discard my old ways and build a new way of life. I have complete Gratitude for this clinic and more importantly Dr. Paula and the whole staff at Springfield Wellness Center. Nurse Angela is exactly what her name means an angel and messenger from God and a great nurse too. All the nurses fit this same description they were comforting, extremely attenuative, and calmed my anxiety as well as make me smile which was not easy for me at that point in my life. I entered the treatment close to death and saturated with Alcohol I left 10 days clean. I did follow with IOP treatment and embraced the AA fellowship program and today by the Grace of God and his will I am 4 months and 10 days clean of any harmful substance. Springfield Wellness Center is a special place, the grounds, facilities, food, NAD treatment, most of all the people that are there. I am blessed to have started my new journey there and highly recommend their program of care. I hope that I will be able to revisit in the future for NAD boosters.

I can not say enough about Springfield wellness center..... Starting with the help, and guidance prior to coming to the facility, followed by the time at the facility during the treatment. The staff makes you feel like family, their open arms make this experience be on a level no other places offer. It welcomes the whole family, with support, and years of wisdom each person has. It feels like a home away from home. A support system that will always be there for all. I could go on and on. It is a 5 plus star I can guarantee you.

The Best hospital in the world

I was sent to this hospital for 3 different Infusions due to being a cancer patient and being diagnosed with covid. The care that each nurse and lab tech and the young ladies at the front desk showed me was above and beyond. The whole staff was exceptional. I wished I would have gotten all their names to thank them personally. Keep up the great work . It's medical teams like you guys that patients like me want to see. You all definitely earned 5 stars.

Very green place, very grassy, some mossy Bois attacked me. However, a woman wearing a mask a red dress attacked me while screaming "SHAW!" Otherwise a great experience.
