Great place. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Hipp has the best bedside manner. Took our 4yo girl in for a cut to her eyebrow. He played with her and get her to relax before glueing the wound shut. Don’t want to have to go back because, well, it’s a hospital and you don’t usually go unless something is wrong. If we do have to go back, we won’t be worried.

My brother is in Freedom Hall healthcare. The Drs, nurses, cna’s, PT, housekeeping and kitchen staff are all very caring. They go above and beyond for Charles and the family sitting with him. I have sat at 6 different facilities with family. None come close to meeting the high standard Freedom Hall reaches.

Tremaine and the man with him were the most pleasant and professional people I have dealt with in a long time. A close family member for whom I am responsible was at this facility for 4 months. They had previously been in 2 other settings without little to no improvement. The physician at MSH got her on an effective medication regimen. The social worker was a God-send, helping me find a placement that met my loved one's needs and which we could financially manage. Before and after discharge, I experienced support and empathy that I had not found in other situations. If I wanted to find something to complain about, I probably could--BUT what is important to me was the outcome of MSH'S care and treatment of my loved one and for that, 5 stars.

Although it had been a while since my last visit to the ER in neshoba general, The service is still excellent. I didn't have to wait too long to be admitted into a private area for treatment. Do you attending nurse was very informative and knowledgeable about his duties and although I expressed irritation at waiting for a length of time for treatment, he explained that there were problems with the x-ray equipment and offered some medication for pain relief which I was very grateful for. There were no unnecessary test or lab work given and everyone who worked there from the security to the medical staff were very polite, courteous, and helpful in every areas of the questions I asked. Thank you to everyone who works there and hope everyone else gets treated the way I did!

They definitely fixed up the place , no more beeping thermostat, no more wall paper pealings, feels less dark , the doctors room is the old waiting room and less cramped , it feels much more open, they got rid of the rugs and got nice bright colors, wood floor adds to welcomeness of the walls that were re painted, and though I do not know if it is permanent I hope it is great job fixing up the place :)

The staff work very hard and care as much as they can doing it! The food is good thank you very much yall. The counselors are very good. The nursing staff is good as well and I always felt safe. I highly recommend this detox center.
