I will never be able to fully express how grateful I am for the team at Stonewater Adolescent Recovery Center. From the moment my son arrived, he was met with compassion, structure, accountability, and genuine care. Over the course of 90 days, I watched my son who felt lost begin to rediscover purpose, confidence, and hope again. The staff not only supported him through recovery, but also supported my family through one of the hardest seasons of our lives. Every therapist, mentor, staff member, and peer played a role in helping him believe in himself again. The level of dedication, communication, and compassion shown here is something we will never forget. Recovery is a lifelong journey, but Stonewater gave my son a foundation to continue building on, and for that I am endlessly thankful.

As parent’s we were terrified, but choosing Stonewater was the best decision for our son. We spoke to the owners, The Fikes Family, from the beginning and they truly guided us from the beginning to the end. They have lived through addiction so they know the pain and they have followed the process themselves. So they personally have seen the process work. The staff truly cares about adolescent boys and their recovery. They treated our son with dignity. The counseling staff is so supportive and caring. They are wonderful at tough love. Our son was not so kind to his therapist in the beginning but she stood by him and they became the best of friends. He trusted her so much by the end. The RA’s and other support staff love their jobs and give so much of themselves to support those in recovery. The family program helped us heal and understand the process. We would highly recommend Stonewater to any parent looking for a compassionate, safe, and structured environment for their son. We cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for giving us our son back. My experience at Oxford Treatment Center in Mississippi was truly life-changing. Of all the treatment centers I've attended, Oxford stands out as one of the very best. One of the things that made the biggest impact on me was their Christian-based recovery program. The faith-centered approach helped me reconnect with God and provided hope, strength, and purpose throughout my recovery journey. The combination of evidence-based treatment and spiritual guidance created an environment where I could heal both mentally and spiritually. They genuinely cared about my recovery, took the time to listen, and provided the tools and support I needed to address the underlying issues behind my addiction. Case Management: Shaniya M., the case manager, is absolutely phenomenal. She makes sure no one ever feels left behind. Before you leave, she works closely with you to build a real, solid aftercare plan. Her support, her follow-through, and her genuine care are unmatched. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and set up for success. Her guidance is priceless. Therapists: The therapy team at Oxford is something special. Each therapist brings their own unique energy and expertise: • Brandon connects with clients on a real level. He brings humor, understanding, and relatability to group sessions, making difficult lessons easier to absorb. • Cekeidria “Kiki” is incredibly detailed and gets straight to the core of what needs to be addressed. She presents things in a way that clicks and opens your eyes in the best way. • Stephanie is amazing at breaking down situations and exploring the deeper layers of the world around us. • Keith, my personal therapist, has been the best therapist I have ever had. They are hilarious together • Second shift and night staff are absolutely amazing(joannn, Ashlynn, Joesph,Alana ,Barbie, Sonya, Chrissy, and others caring, patient, and always ready to help or make you feel comfortable. Housekeeping & Medical Team: • Betty, the housekeeper, is the sweetest soul—funny, kind, and always brightening the day. • Sarena, the nurse, does an incredible job managing the medical side of the program. Haven House has dedicated staff who care about everyone who walks through their doors seeking help albeit voluntarily or involuntarily. Their approach has the same level of support, compassion, empathy, respect and love. Oxford Mississippi is very fortunate to have an organization like this in their community. My experience with this facility was it very clean, it's nice that you have your own rooms, the nurses and staff were also very friendly. However, for most of your stay here there is literally nothing to do except sleep in your room and watch tv in the group area :( And even all of the nurses agree that they don't really do anything to actually "help" most people, other than it being essentially a holding tank to help you detox. BUT, believe I did actually get some benefit during my stay. And, believe it or not, it was from having conversations with the other patients who were there during my stay. So, it COULD potentially help you in some capacity, but if you're looking for a place with an actual structured "program" or trained staff that will work with to help you figure out some solutions to whatever it is you may be struggling with, then I would find some place else.

Lifecore was quick at scheduling my initial appointment after my intake appointment. The wait was maybe 5 mins which is awesome compared to other medical facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful as far as my treatment plan. Would highly recommend.

Surgery staff on 2nd floor outpatient surgery and the time I was on the 5th floor I was treated as a person not just a room number. I'm not letting one bad incident spoil it for all the others. The one person lied to a place about me that was not true. I forgive that person. I was very satisfied with my care on the 5th floor. Way to go staff.

I was there this year ngl it was pretty wild there. Erik, and Selena were the best tech of all treated the patients with more care than most. The worse tech was named OJ african dude always threw away food that was left over than letting a patient eat or drink. Waste no sugar was allowed along with forced to drink decaf. Dr. Pickett was an absolute fool of a worker. Place needs to be shut down.
