I will never be able to fully express how grateful I am for the team at Stonewater Adolescent Recovery Center. From the moment my son arrived, he was met with compassion, structure, accountability, and genuine care. Over the course of 90 days, I watched my son who felt lost begin to rediscover purpose, confidence, and hope again. The staff not only supported him through recovery, but also supported my family through one of the hardest seasons of our lives. Every therapist, mentor, staff member, and peer played a role in helping him believe in himself again. The level of dedication, communication, and compassion shown here is something we will never forget. Recovery is a lifelong journey, but Stonewater gave my son a foundation to continue building on, and for that I am endlessly thankful.

As parent’s we were terrified, but choosing Stonewater was the best decision for our son. We spoke to the owners, The Fikes Family, from the beginning and they truly guided us from the beginning to the end. They have lived through addiction so they know the pain and they have followed the process themselves. So they personally have seen the process work. The staff truly cares about adolescent boys and their recovery. They treated our son with dignity. The counseling staff is so supportive and caring. They are wonderful at tough love. Our son was not so kind to his therapist in the beginning but she stood by him and they became the best of friends. He trusted her so much by the end. The RA’s and other support staff love their jobs and give so much of themselves to support those in recovery. The family program helped us heal and understand the process. We would highly recommend Stonewater to any parent looking for a compassionate, safe, and structured environment for their son. We cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for giving us our son back. After completing residential treatment I decided to continue my recovery at Resolutions. It was probably the best decision I've made in years. The PHP and IOP programs here are top notch. Case Management: Shaniya M., the case manager, is absolutely phenomenal. She makes sure no one ever feels left behind. Before you leave, she works closely with you to build a real, solid aftercare plan. Her support, her follow-through, and her genuine care are unmatched. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and set up for success. Her guidance is priceless. Therapists: The therapy team at Oxford is something special. Each therapist brings their own unique energy and expertise: • Brandon connects with clients on a real level. He brings humor, understanding, and relatability to group sessions, making difficult lessons easier to absorb. • Cekeidria “Kiki” is incredibly detailed and gets straight to the core of what needs to be addressed. She presents things in a way that clicks and opens your eyes in the best way. • Stephanie is amazing at breaking down situations and exploring the deeper layers of the world around us. • Keith, my personal therapist, has been the best therapist I have ever had. His insight, calm presence, and intellectual guidance have helped shift my mindset in powerful ways. He truly cares, and it shows in everything he does. Denise is like the mother of the program—everyone respects her. She makes sure you’re up, prepared, and on time for class, and she does it with love. Peyton makes sure he’s her back bone. They are hilarious together • Second shift and night staff are absolutely amazing(joannn, Ashlynn, Joesph,Alana ,Barbie, Sonya, Chrissy, and others caring, patient, and always ready to help or make you feel comfortable. Housekeeping & Medical Team: • Betty, the housekeeper, is the sweetest soul—funny, kind, and always brightening the day. • Sarena, the nurse, does an incredible job managing the medical side of the program. She’s funny, sweet, caring, and extremely dedicated. She handles so much and still provides next-level care to every patient. Major kudos to her—she’s amazing! Overall Experience: The program is run extremely well—organized, structured, and filled with people who truly love what they do. Their approach has the same level of support, compassion, empathy, respect and love. Oxford Mississippi is very fortunate to have an organization like this in their community. Lifecore was quick at scheduling my initial appointment after my intake appointment. The wait was maybe 5 mins which is awesome compared to other medical facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful as far as my treatment plan. Would highly recommend.

I've been going here for over 9 yrs now. They have had issues with staffing but have always made sure I see the therapist or my doctor for my meds. The nurse has always contacted me back if I have any issues. My child is now seeing them on the children's side. Never had an issue with co-pays or staff. I do have to remind them of my yearly update due to computer program not up to date.

I had a very good experience at JACOA. I really liked the fact that there were only a handful of other women there at all times. It felt like there was a lot less drama to have to worry about in comparison to other rehab centers. All the staff are wonderful people who appear to care about your success in recovery.

My name is Matt I completed the 28 day residential program on December 11th. Of this year (2024) and I must say it has been an amazing impact in my life and my early recovery, the staff there are amazing brandi, Amy,April thad, Donnie Brittany, Angelica ,beth ,terran, ( if im spelling it correctly lol) beth Gary and my counselor Patrick were all amazing, understanding, and above all they actually cared about each and every client. They are all very good people and are in recovery as well , they made my time there very easy and I cannot express my appreciation for all of them .. so long story short ,yes they have rules and structure but it's for your own benefit. I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have been send to jacoa in Jackson it truly saved my life .so thank you all! They always said that we do more for them than we can ever understand,but I think they are doing more for us as clients that we will never be able to repay them for . Thank you jacoa for all the love , advice , and for caring about each client that comes through the doors. I hope to see you all again soon maybe I could come and tell my story there in a year or so . I want to give back what was so freely given to me and help someone see just how much better life can be sober . Thank you again jacoa

I came in to JACOA in May of 2023. I had been thru SOME SHIT. To say the least. And I needed some help and guidance on how not only to better myself, but HEAL myself. And I tell you what. JACOA did that. Am I a completely healed human? Nope. Do I credit them for everything I've accomplished this far? Yes. Because THEY gave me the tools I needed. Every one of them. From the head honcho, down to the monitors every night taking us for chill breaks. I love them, to the core. Beth was an amazing counselor, and the rest of the counselors were awesome too. Kudos to a really great staff. To elaborate? They taught me how to handle my anxiety and my stress. Without booze. Without weed. Just myself. Learning to live sober, was probably one of the best adventures I've lived so far. Because that, was wild. I read ten books in 28 days. I hadn't picked up a book since my mother died, nearly 9 years prior. And I was an avid reader. I begged for the library keys, and eventually, I didn't have to beg. I was given them, because I proved I was responsible and could handle a door. It takes one door at a time, sometimes. And hey, the food wasn't too bad either!

Each and every one at the center was caring and very understanding from the ladies at the front that greeted me every morning to each counselor that spent hours with us teaching us skills to help us in our daily life! Dr. Raj was so helpful in the guidance for my treatment plan and helping me manage what I was going through. The treatment that I received was more than I could ever expect. I highly recommend Transformation Center. I hope that I never have to go through a crisis like this again, but if I do this will be my first stop! I am beyond grateful for the transformation center and its impact in my life. The clinicians are amazing and care to see patients succeed! I felt safe, cared for, and came away stronger with better skills. My individual therapist was amazing, helped change my life, and gave me psycho-education on my diagnoses. I walked away with tools to advocate for myself and feel better equipped to cope in the struggles of daily life post trauma/grief. This is an amazing place for healing and learning more about trauma, ADHD, OCD, and a plethora of other things and how they can show up in your life. As with all therapy it’s hard work to change patterns in life, but transformation helps teach why patterns may exist and how to cope & grow. It’s worth the hard work!

I called 4 help with alcohol and I got a wonderful lady name Lana in support center. She gave some number, to try to help, but 2 of the. Numbers where not working. The last number I tried was working. But the person on other end was rude. But anyways, the support center is a great place to get advice. Thank ms. Lana in support center.
