What can I say? This place helped me save my own life. OTC taught me a lot. The horse program is outstanding. The facilities and rooms are nice, the staff cares and the classes work. One day at a time. If your thinking of getting help GET IT. If your sitting there reading this and thinking "This is where Ill go when the time is right..." go NOW and learn your self worth.

I’ve read some of the negative reviews and I don’t agree with people saying that team of professionals don’t really help. Truth be told that if you’re going anywhere expecting someone to fix you then that is the root of the problem. You have to WANT to help yourself first, putting in the hard work that it takes before anyone can help you. My experience with them was exceptional and far surpassed my expectations. Making the decision to seek their help was one of the best choices I've made in selecting my healthcare team. The fact that my family and friends have noticed changes in my behavior and actions demonstrates their expertise and effectiveness. I've never encountered a facility where so many therapists, the doctor, nurse, and administrative staff work seamlessly as a cohesive team. Elizabeth, Rob, Laura, Star, Stuart, Jennifer, Trina, Mitch, Danielle, Shelby, and Justin will make things happen for you, again, if you’re putting in the work! Their administrative team, Angel and Andrea are the absolute BEST! Their nurse, Monica has me remembering my medications by memory including the dosages/frequencies. And Dr. Raj is authentic, he listens, and will keep it real with you. Therefore, if you're committed to making positive changes and gaining control over the issues I mentioned, this organized team of professionals can assist you in achieving your goals. I was very apprehensive about going to a mental health facility. The staff here is amazing with assisting me with my mental health issues and seeing myself in a different light. Angel and Andrea are the first two staff members I met, they helped my with all the paperwork, insurance, and leave from work. Anything I needed they were there. I really appreciate and miss the entire team. I felt welcomed.

I called 4 help with alcohol and I got a wonderful lady name Lana in support center. She gave some number, to try to help, but 2 of the. Numbers where not working. The last number I tried was working. But the person on other end was rude. But anyways, the support center is a great place to get advice. Thank ms. Lana in support center.

They are very friendly and they respect you as a human being and not just some old used up junkie they actually really care about your well being all of the staff and I love the nurses ms.t you know you my girl from day I love new season they really changed my life...

I went here several years ago and this place changed my life and probably saved my life. Been clean ever since. I had to write a review after reading all the bad reviews. Which most I think are just people who didn't get their way, or people who don't like following rules. When I first went here, I was court ordered and didn't want to be there. But as soon as I arrived I felt a sense of peace, and I felt welcome. I learned a lot here, about myself, and learned how to deal with life on life's terms. The counselor I had years ago, Miss Brenda, is still there and she was amazing. And, the food there was amazing too! I was under weight when I got there, and gained almost 40 pounds in a month and a half!! Like any rehab facility, it's only going to work if you really want it to work. You have to be open to change, and let the people here teach you. There are rules, and the first 7 days is a blackout. So no phone calls for that first week. I ended up staying here for 6 weeks and I am forever grateful to Serenity. I hope I would never need their services again, but if I did, I would go back there in a heartbeat! And I would highly recommend Serenity to anyone who needs treatment. Remember, it works if you want it to. And if you are really ready to change your way of life. Go in with an open mind, and a willingness to change and learn. Like I said, I am FOREVER grateful to Serenity!!

I went to Pax Memphis in 2019. The facility was very nice, but the staff was the nicest part. I couldn’t say enough. Amanda walker is what really made this place great. Without her I wouldn’t have been as successful as I have been. Thank you pax but more importantly. Thank you Amanda

The techs here are amazing and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything that you need. The houses are super comfortable and are a recovering addicts dream. This place most definitely helps recovering addicts and alcoholics get the level of care, support, and supervision that they need. This place has helped to slowly integrate me into society and helps to teach you how to live again without drugs and alcohol to function.

Pax recovery .i myself have been here going on me a month now .And it's a good program .I would recommend it to others .We do attend groups daily and do go to out side meeting .They are very careing and strong with our recovery .Our choices and wants actaully matter here to them and they will go out there way to make it happen for us.They do provide food card to us .N they will help you get food stamps .The houseing is amazing and the people here are cool .I haven't had any issuse while being here.The techs here have been in our shoes and wants nothing but the best from us .Thos is a great program and o came from Florida to be here .I haven't used or had any THOUGTHS of using .I would recommend this program .And there willing to help you once your ready to leave .They go above and beyond for us .All are very respectful .Go here if you need help .But like every good days you may have bad days and there are many to talk to here weather it's a tech or us ours selfs.

I was last here in 2021. I just got out again and this time they have an all women's unit in a cottage like set up. I honestly had the best most fulfilling stabilization process at Ivy Trails. The smoking patio was very nice. The living area and dining area were very nice. It felt more like a camping cottage with help. I was phenomenal being able to talk to other women and get that female support in a safe controlled environment. Also the techs and miss Marquita (the therapist on Ivy) are phenomenal. If you follow the rules and have patience and actually want to get a lot out of your stay you'll do well here. Even when I was briefly on north (men are a trigger and I was scared) the techs were great. But if you're a woman and need a safe place Ivy is where you need to be. Also huge shout outs to Rachael, Tanya, Natalie and Tamika. This experience was invaluable and now I know where to go if I ever reach crisis again.

This place changed my life! Ivy Trails is an awesome program. Shout out to Tonya, Tracy, Jamie and Brittany. You guys made my dark days brighter. Downfalls would be that at times your treated like a child and there were a couple of staff that were downright rude. But all in all I highly recommend Ivy Trails! EDIT: TODAY MARKS 1000 days since my suicide attempt in 12/22 ! No words could ever express my gratitude to you guys! You put me on the path of loving myself and I wouldn’t be here today without you!

Life changing. If a person is willing to give themselves a chance at recovery, they'll get it here. Myself I have gotten saved, and transformed my thinking. I have picked up several job skills, and opportunities to display them working through the ministry. Ive been here a week shy of a year and looking forward to a life of sobriety and steadfast solid relationship with Christ. I am so thankful that I can even think of a life outside of homelessness, drugs, charges , and self pity. Now this ain't easy and nothing worth having is easy. Nonetheless, you will obtain the structure we need, and relationship with God.

The Warriors CENTER would have to be the best Recovery CENTER I've ever been to. It got me closer to God, IT taught me working skills, and It got me into the Word of God again and Apply it into my life. Most of all it taught me Leadership roles. The way I see it you tried everything else give God a chance 🙏 to Change Your life. He's Worth It. Thank God for the Warriors CENTER..
