The art therapy sessions provided a creative and therapeutic outlet for expressing emotions that were sometimes difficult to put into words. The 12-Step Walk offered a meaningful opportunity for reflection, growth, and a deeper understanding of the recovery process. Together, these experiences helped me develop healthier ways to cope with stress, process emotions, and build a stronger foundation for long-term sobriety. I love group therapy and getting to talk about my addiction and how far I've come. Don't get me wrong I still struggle. But I still have a long way to go. I've been going to spero health since the end of March and early April. And this now May. He goes above and beyond for the people in the group and I truly felt connected with the group and Tim when attending his group. I’ve tried other therapist at Journey pure but there wasn’t a lot of involvement with others and the connection and trust wasn’t there like it was with Tim. Journey pure has a true asset having Tim and other therapist there could really learn a lot from Tim. Groups with Tim felt like family lots of involvement you never felt alone and he really taught me a lot and made things easy to understand more so taught me to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and the knowledge I learned in just the few days I was in his group I will carry with me in this long journey of sobriety thank you Tim for everything!!
