I attended for 6 months & graduated in 2001.
It's filled with lessons of humility & hard work. I was blessed to be the cook for these amazing women.

I graduated from here in 2013 and anytime I am working with someone who needs rehab I always think of Freedom House. I believe in the work they did there. I got to know Jesus here even though it is not a faith based program. The people who worked there then were doing it right. My dream is to someday have my own inpatient recovery center and I will incorporate many of the same practices that they did. I will always be grateful for this place. I hope it never changed from what it was then.

I love coming here. They have really helped me with my problems that I've been having for a while now. Only thing I would change is being able to see the therapist more than just once a month. I've got memory problems and it's hard to remember what's happened in a months time.

Bradford in Madison was the best place to begin my recovery. I was so grateful of all of thr support from all staff members and also the opportunity to be of service while there. I would recommend Bradford for anyone who's a serious in taking that leaf of faith in beginning a lige of recovery.

Still absolutely amazing people! Still the best place in Alabama for opiate recovery! My counselor Morgan had a baby and is no longer there and I now have Stephanie Paige via telehealth and she is an absolutely a life saver! She has helped me through the worst of times and helped me see myself as worthy and I consider her one of the truest realest people I know, Mr.Terry, Margaret, Jasmine, Jean, Dr.Atchley and the nurses are all truly here for us to help us recover!! I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the Lord and their support!!!🙏❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
UPDATE 6/28/21: This place is still the absolute best! My permanent counsler MORGAN is literally the BEST!! SHE IS THERE FOR ME 1000%! 4/2020 I transferred here from Huntsville Recovery and I am SO GLAD I DID!! Huntsville Recovery has great staff but the doctor there doesn't care AT ALL about her patients, neither did any of my counselors. While at Huntsville Metro/New Seasons they got me in and tried their best to fix what Huntsville's Recovery wronged, they truly care! This place is amazing! Without them I would have had to continue to endure going to a place that treated me like just another worthless addict even though ive had over a year of clean drug screens! Huntsville metro treatment me great and really cares for everyone, my intake counsler, ANA listened, talked with me and took care of every single concern or issue I had and the doctor there DRr.ATCHLEY tries every way possible to help you he gives you tons of info and is just an all around great guy!! A lot of your quality of life in treatment here is going to depend on which counselor you get. I have had Greaaaaattttt counselors here who are very helpful and not overly strict when you have earned that right but I've also had others who are not great counselors and clearly do not want to be there. I have upped my review to 4 of 5 stars because I finnaly have a amazing counselor again. Still could be better im a 32 year old perfectly healthy young man and a physical being required every 3 months is just ridiculous. It wouldn't be so bad if I didnt have to wait 2 hours+ to even see the doctor for that physical. Also not being aloud to dose untill completing my physical is ridiculous since the wait time is so long. Ive never dosed then left without completely doing everything required of me so I shouldn't be treated like ive done something wrong.

Five stars doesn’t feel like enough.
Walking into IOP was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I was scared, overwhelmed, and didn’t know if recovery was even possible for me. From the very beginning, the staff met me with compassion instead of judgment.
The counselors genuinely cared—not just about helping me stay sober, but about helping me understand myself. They created a space where I felt safe enough to be honest, and for the first time in a long time, I didn’t feel alone. The group sessions reminded me that healing isn’t something we have to do by ourselves.
IOP gave me tools I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. It taught me how to recognize my triggers, process difficult emotions, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. More importantly, it gave me hope when I had very little.
Recovery is still something I choose every day, but I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am without the team at Bradford.

I stopped a 20 year addiction to cocaine and alcohol in November, 2024. After my treatment I was released to Bradford Health Services for "intensive outpatient" classes. Allison Neal and Melissa Wisdom are 2 employees at this facility. I have to say that they show more care and gave more help to me, than anyone in my entire recovery. They truly blessed my walk. And if it wasn't for them, I would have relapsed a couple of times. They need their praise.

This is the only clinic I've been to that seems to care about their patients all the way through-- the doctors, the therapists, and the front desk always are extremely courteous and considerate. Concerns you voice are taken seriously, and your input is considered regarding your own treatment. I don't want to name any one person, because legitimately, everyone here has been extremely good to me. I'd recommend them.

I have had such a pleasant experiences here. I was tested and evaluated by Dr. Hirsh in 2021. She was extremely kind and very professional. She cares a lot for her job and her patients.
I recently have had to get my youngest daughter tested for autism and adhd and so far our experiences have been pleasant. When we couldn't make it to the office, due to sickness, Dr. Hirsh was kind enough to let us keep our appointment and do our appointment through video call. We will have her testing done here soon and I'm sure that will go just as pleasantly as the rest of our visits here.

But, when I moved back to Huntsville Alabama I got Angela. She is truly a great counselor.She understands me on a different level then any other counselor. Hi guys. Proud recovering addict. This place has completely changed my life!! What makes it so good is the staff!! Jennifer, Rosie, & Angel have become friendly confidants of mine!! Every experience I have is a positive one and they all maintain great attitudes! I always feel so welcome! Ive been coming here since November and its always an extremely fast process and Dr. Schwartz (I hope i spelled that right lol) is amazing as well! This place absolutely saved my life. Everyone there is very helpful and does what they can to help you succeed. I’m able to contact my counselor at any time if I’m ever having a bad day and she will talk me through and make sure I’m ok before we stop talking.
