The staff , the DRs , the Nurses ,Techs , cafeteria workers, heck the maintenance guys and the lady’s that cleaned the rooms made my family feel like we was in our little small town in Arkansas where everyone knows and cares about everyone. 10/19/25 my daughter 20 years old was passing through the area on her way home from Atlanta when emergency struck , she had to have a life saving emergency surgery, these folks from the paramedics ER team ,3rd floor staff along with 2 very special Doctors saved our daughters life and we ar forever grateful this small hospital may not be not be new but it is filled with the best professionals/ people in the world that take care of business. I hope you never need them ,but in the instance you do know you are in well trained loving hands. Thank you 🙏 North West

In been to so many hospitals in the last 20 years over my health issues, I can only say this hospital is hands down the greatest hospital I’ve ever been in. From the er room thank you for your fast acting response and great care as soon as I pulled up , to the cleaning staff for doing such an amazing job cleaning up after me in my room , to the nursing staff wow thank you all so much you guys are the absolute sweetest people ever in a hospital and to the doctor man I can definitely say you are there to help hess as l people it’s not about the money to you or any of the nursing staff you all are so loving caring spirit filled I’ve ever seen thank you for everything, to ginger wow my and my daughters life is about to change because you cared enough to help us find a safe place to live god bless you , to the administrator wow you have the greatest staff a hospital could ask for and you come to my room and introduced yourself that was new to me that don’t ever happen where I’m from thank you for hiring the staff you have there god bless you all and thank you to the third floor staff I can’t say thank you enough God bless you all

I stopped a 20 year addiction to cocaine and alcohol in November, 2024. After my treatment I was released to Bradford Health Services for "intensive outpatient" classes. Allison Neal and Melissa Wisdom are 2 employees at this facility. I have to say that they show more care and gave more help to me, than anyone in my entire recovery. They truly blessed my walk. And if it wasn't for them, I would have relapsed a couple of times. They need their praise.

I’m starting to think a lot of these reviews come from the mental clinic owned by wellstone. The actual wellstone in Cullman has very nice staff and ppl maybe some ppl are delusional asl and is just spreading hate. Just know you guys do amazing work!

First visit, so I was asked to come in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. So I got there at 8:30. Paperwork took about 5 minutes, so the receptionist said she'd let the therapist know I was there. My appointment was for 9:00; I'm sure whatever the therapist was doing at 9:06 when I walked out was more important than keeping her appointment with me. Unprofessional.
Update: I made an appointment for Pulaski office with similar results. I was asked to get there early and did so for about 10 minutes of paperwork only to be told that the therapist wasn't there and would be meeting with me over zoom. If I wanted to see a therapist online I would have signed up for an online therapist and not had to wait a week for the appointment!

So much better since it’s been taken over the only issue I have is that I’ve gotten close to my counselor and everytime I have to tell my whole life story because they leave and they don’t say why but I know there’s a common cause. I’ve had four in the last 7 months and my most recent one just left.

Best VA clinic around has been my experience. I know from time to time the phone doesnt get answered but you will see that anywhere. My health care at this facility gets a 5 STAR PLUS ratings. Receptionists do their job so not being overly friendly does not come into play. The nurse for Dr. Thompson is spot on, friendly, and never fails to ask how I am feeling. Dr. Thompson never rushes through my appointment. He tells me whats going on with me,and then asks If I have any questions or concerns. I am well taken care of.

This Hospital is top notch h the staff are excellent from The Doctors, CRNA, RNs, LPNs, Techs, Cleaning staff, dietary there was not a single person that wasn’t excellent!! I followed easy instructions to get to Heart Institute and was met almost immediately by nurse who took me back to procedure room. Prep was quick, ready when Dr Cheng came in to do procedure. Birmingham Recovery Center provided a space for me to heal mentally, physically, and spiritually during this season in my life. Looking back at my time at BRC, I was met with 1 on 1 therapy, group processing, while being held accountable. I learned how to get honest and vulnerable with the help of the staff there. BRC played a pivotal role in helping me build a foundation for my life while healing from my past. So that I could move forward and live life on life’s terms. Dr. Kavur's office stands out for its refusal to simply cater to patients' self-assumed medical needs. I wish more doctors embodied his commitment to challenging the misguided practice of patient-driven treatment decisions. If you're seeking validation for a self-diagnosis or unnecessary medication, this isn't the place for you. However, if genuine mental health support and tangible results are what you seek, Dr. Kavur is unparalleled. Personally, after enduring a futile cycle of ineffective medications elsewhere, I am optimistic that the expertise and dedication of Dr. Kavur and his team will soon guide me off this revolving medication merry-go-round.

Apex Recovery saved my life. I've never been to rehab before and didn't know what to expect. I never felt so loved and cared for in my entire life. I also thought that a rehab would have me "fixed" after 28 days. I learned pretty quickly that that was not gonna be the case. So they let me change my discharge plans several times. They were patient with me and found what they thought would be the perfect option for me. They suggested I go to Sober Living. I didn't like the idea but I was willing to do whatever it took to remain clean and sober. The place they suggested for me was a place called Sheep to Shepherds. So after 42 days at Apex I transitioned over to Sheep to Shepherds. It was one of the smartest and best decisions I ever made in my entire life. With Sheep to Sheperds I was given structure and accountability as I made my journey from dying on a hospital bed to being a productive member of society. If it wasn't for Sheep to Shepherds I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that I would have relapsed and with everything that comes with relapse I wouldn't be alive today. I can not say enough good things about Sheep to Shepherds. From the founders of the company at the very top are some of the best men I've ever met. They genuinely care about you. I've seen countless times them go above and beyond to do whatever it takes to help their clients anyway they can. I've literally seen them pull money out of their literal pocket to help someone. The enviourment is unlike I've ever been a part of. With so many personalities under a single roof you may think that would never work and it would be chaos. But that couldn't be farther from the truth. The atmosphere at Sheep to Shepherds is one of love and family unlike I ever would have imagined. I've gained so many brothers and have felt privileged to be a small part of so many peoples journey on their way to better their life. I will forever be in debt to Sheep to Shepherds. Again they saved my life. I would recommend Apex and Sheep to Shepherds to anyone who is going through the same struggles I was going through.

Wow,my time in IOP here at Apex recovery was like a breath of fresh air. It was awesome how it got me out of my old thoughts and emotions, and into new ways of thinking and feeling for the better. We are getting ready for an upcoming move and The Foundry has picked up donations at our home twice. Both times our Donation Specialist was Tremaine Perry. Tremaine and the man with him were the most pleasant and professional people I have dealt with in a long time.
