This is the only clinic I've been to that seems to care about their patients all the way through-- the doctors, the therapists, and the front desk always are extremely courteous and considerate. Concerns you voice are taken seriously, and your input is considered regarding your own treatment. I don't want to name any one person, because legitimately, everyone here has been extremely good to me. I'd recommend them.

I have had such a pleasant experiences here. I was tested and evaluated by Dr. Hirsh in 2021. She was extremely kind and very professional. She cares a lot for her job and her patients. I recently have had to get my youngest daughter tested for autism and adhd and so far our experiences have been pleasant. When we couldn't make it to the office, due to sickness, Dr. Hirsh was kind enough to let us keep our appointment and do our appointment through video call. We will have her testing done here soon and I'm sure that will go just as pleasantly as the rest of our visits here.

I was impressed with Mekiah (hopefully I got the spelling right). She answered all off my questions professionally and was a customer service pro. I worked in customer service for over a decade, so it's is very hard to get a 5 star review from me. She is wonderful and I hope she gets a raise!

Hands down the best treatment I have ever received, God bless BHG and staff 🙏 they were patient with me while I got my insurance payments up to date and have always treated me with dignity and respect I thank God I found them 🙏

So much better since it’s been taken over the only issue I have is that I’ve gotten close to my counselor and everytime I have to tell my whole life story because they leave and they don’t say why but I know there’s a common cause. I’ve had four in the last 7 months and my most recent one just left.

It was always nice place under the elderly couple that used to run it. It's changed into a very cold and distant place lately. Institutionalizing something seems to do that.

Took my son with Autism’they have been good to him and his therapist melody treats him with love and passion ‘never gets aggressive or aggravated at him’don’t base your decision on this place by google reviews‘most reviews are those mad for different reasons’

I had my intake today and Christy is such a sweetheart. I felt very comfortable.

I am shocked reading bad reviews... especially about staff. I have been here off and on for over 10 yrs. I have never felt rudely treated and I've NEVER received any care but the best from the office staff. I only left to follow one of their psychologists to another city. The only way you'd run out of your prescriptions is if you didn't talk to your psychiatrist at your last appt before your next meds. are due. I've done this but it's always been my fault AND the staff has tried to help. At one appt for an unknown reason I started feeling lightheaded and weak. The staff came immediately to my aide. They took care of my car staying parked there and they called Lawrence County (I believe Senior Care). A van came to get me and drove me home (not in the city of Lawrenceburg). My psychiatrist called to check on me the next day. These are the people I've dealt with from Centerstone. I'd refer anyone to them because I know they do care and they work hard at their jobs!

Awesome people,trustworthy,loyal and care about their patients individually. Mind bending talks,pushing the boundries. I have Bipolar and I try to get to use it in a positive way. They special though. God bless em all.

Impact Recovery was a great experience. This disease can make one feel alone and hopeless. In this place I felt welcome and embraced by the staff and other residents that share in this disease. They teach you not only to live a sober life but much more about a different way of life that is fulfilling and free. I can’t say enough about the staff”s authenticity and genuine care and understanding of someone going through and battling this illness. It comes from their own life experiences that are relatable to our own, as they all have battled this disease and live to share and help others achieve the same.

I honestly can’t thank Impact and their entire staff enough! I had no clue what to expect with them being my very first treatment center. I’ve never worked the Steps before and truly believed that I was just meant to live the same miserable life that I’ve been living until my death. They showed me that was far from the truth. I can proudly attest to that with today being 90 days sober! This is the longest I’ve been 100% off anything mind-altering since I was 14 years old. From my very first call with the owner Adams to my last day of the 35 day program, everyone treated me with so much kindness and patience. They teach you everything you need to know in order to live a happy and healthy life without drugs/alcohol, you just have to be willing to not only learn what they teach but also put it all into practice in real life. Wherever below rock bottom is, I was there for sure before Impact. Adams, Chad, Shaun, Colby, Schwartz, Dikis, Taner, Moody, Sam, Kathleen, and Emily, you are all a Godsend and I thank you for honestly saving my life. Keep doing the amazing work that you all have been doing, and if anyone reading this is willing and able to become part of the Impact family I say do it. Great speakers and info! Learning the different perspectives and how the RPs, Directors, IT, and HR, and even finance works together was great. Lovingoood was the high point! Relatable, applicable, informative, and helpful! The time allowed to be together outside of meeting was invaluable, too. Great balance! Location was fantastic!

Really relaxing an super comfortable classes ran by some really great people. If your looking for some counseling services or have some requirements for your legal troubles like Defense driving class for tn or ga then this the place is the place to go.

I checked my son into St. Francis for treatment and was greeted by a loud and abrasive lady named Netha Peeples. She talked very stern to my son, who just attempted suicide 2 days before. She gave a lot of instructions what to do and what not to do in her clinic and said my husband and I could not be there for the assessment. When finished, she said he is not taking the assessment seriously and said (in front of him) he needs admitted somewhere where he is locked up and can't leave. My son just turned 18 and walked into St. Frances for help. He does not do well with people who talk stern. Considering he just attempted suicide and he was in such a fragile state I was frozen with terror with the way she was talking to him. I just kept reminding her that he was 18 and I could not make him do anything he didn't want to do. She asked me in private if I cared about my son. I told her I do very much but I knew he would not respond to such a harsh women with an abrasive tone. We left

This place was such a great experience for myself as well as others who I have met that have had been in and out of similar facilities have said same while I was there! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been learning to live with a horrible disease that can only be treated and never cured. I love Mrs. Burnadette. Excuse my spelling mistakes. I have no clue how to spell anything anymore. She works the front desk and she is excellent at it. Then there’s Ms. Ava she is wonderful. She doesn’t judge me at all for any changes in my vitals. She asks me about my mental pain and my health problems. She’s very understanding but she’s stern about skipping doses of medicine and waiting till I’m empty to order a refill especially if it’s the last one and they have to call Dr.Patel. To get an ok and it may take a couple days. That’s a very big No No. I absolutely love Dr.Patel. He listens to me and wants me to know that he cares about my illness and he wants to help me learn and put to work some coping skills for my life. Things are not the same and I’m going to have to learn how to live in my own way and learn how to be happy again. I am so happy to have such an amazing doctor that is trying to help me find a way to get happy in my new life. I trust everything he says and hopefully he will always be my doctor. and friend!
