I really love this detox! From the doctors to the nurses to the techs; everyone is very compassionate and understanding. Not once did I feel judged. The meals provided were amazing and the option for alternative meals of what was on menu was a bonus! A special shout out to Jonathan, Ashlee, Brooke, Ashley and Amber for being especially amazing! Truly exceptional place with far more exceptional staff/nurses. Food is 10/10. The medicine they give you makes it so you hardly even feel your withdrawals. I truly got to REST and HEAL while being here. Leaving feeling like a million bucks. I struggled with Xanax addiction for a couple years & I went to Genesis November 8, 2023 & spent 4 days. I tried weaning off myself & had seizures. So, I went to Genesis & the Experience was awesome. They kept me comfortable & I have been Xanax free sine November 8, 2023. Fast forward to this year & I checked myself into Genesis once again February 9, 2026 & spent 6 days coming off of Kratom 7oh!!! This drug is extremely addictive & dangerous! 7oh is sold in gas stations & vape shops & is sold as Kratom, however I can honestly say it is NOT KRATOM!! I have taken Kratom in the past & it was nothing like this! This garbage had me hooked the 1st time I tried it. It was extremely bad as I spend a lot of money over the past several months using this for pain & energy. Just like I did with Xanax, I tried weaning off of it, but I couldn't. The withdrawals are horrible!!! They say it's 13x stronger than morphine & I believe that!! They call it "gas station heroine" for a reason. However, I wasn't aware of that until I was already hooked. The lady at the vape shop recommended them & that's the only reason I tried them. Once again, Genesis helped me by keeping me comfortable through the withdrawal symptoms. They were minor with the treatment the Dr's ordered for me. If you're on the 7oh I highly recommend you coming here for treatment & I highly recommend you to NEVER try it if you haven't already. I'm working with my governor & congress to get it out of TN!!!! The only bad things I can say are if the Dr orders Phenergan (I've taken it for at least 20yrs) the nurses will make you take zofran first for nausea & then you must wait 2hrs before they will give you the medicine you need! Also, the cafeteria food is horrible!!! Thankfully Genesis has soup, sandwiches (the cafeteria brings them, ham or turkey) chips, protein bars, granola bars, a refrigerator full of Pepsi products & Sundrop, ice cream in the freezer, cookies, etc...so you won't go hungry. Also, you get a cigarette break every hour on the half hour. I highly recommend them if you're struggling with any type of addiction. Again, NEVER TAKE 7OH!!!!!!!

Some of my therapist have been AMAZING and some not so helpful I think my favorite therapist and the most helpful was Rebecca Stamps I miss her I wish I could still be on her case load. The therapists I have seen could be better I’m not going to bash their names and put it all over the place but I was told years ago that my therapist is supposed to make me feel better and they are supposed to help me but they weren’t really being that positive about things they made me feel like I was being scolded sort of it’s hard to explain how I feel but I don’t feel like they understand me at ALL and I put 5 stars because overall with CenterStone in general has been awesome at helping me it’s just the certain therapists that aren’t that helpful.I guess you just have to find the right person who understands you and I hope I can find that.

I honestly can't describe how absolutely great of a treatment facility Tony Rice is,the English vocabulary hasn't came up with the description of how to tell anyone how great it really is. The staff there far exceeds 5☆s and it's a blessing indeed to have help from the very skilled and talented counselors and techs and the management team here. This place is awesome i loved it there i went in on july 28th.2017 the girls that i was housed with came off kinda acting as if i didn't belong but after being there for a week i met three ladies(older)that ill never forget accepted me into they small group and gave me a pep talk and told me to stay away from the younger girls cause they would get me in trouble cause they where still using and GOD knows i didn't want that my whole purpose was to get help cause i had lost everything and when i say everything i mean everything down to my shoes on my feet.Got cleaned stayed cleaned until December 13th.2018 one of my daughters lost her dad in a car crash i relapsed went back in got clean again but this time the staff had me in tears cause they never looked down on me i would definitely recommend this place.July 26th.ill be 4 years sober And i owe it all to GOD and BVI.

I was blessed to be able to go through their program. The staff is caring and attentive. This program helped save my life. As with anything any experience is going to be what you make of it and they will work just as hard as you do. I highly recommend them. I spent years suffering in my addiction. Years of using people places and things to try to fill that hole. This program helps you understand the nature of your addiction, the reasons why and helps you start building a foundation for self love and recovery.

I moved to this centsrstone because I was poorly treated at another. It's not that no one wants to answer I was told that corporate wants people to use OAS. This policy was aggressively forced on me in another centerstone location. I goto this location and was recently told that the location is now enforcing this policy and are telling their front desk to do as was discussed to me ehich is to tranfer to OAS. Was told they aren't aloud to help appontment scheduling eity myself. I requested a transfer to make an appointment with my provider at their native locafion and was sent to OAS anyways. Unless you call OAS, This seems to be a policy moving forward. Calling corporate seems to make it worse so ide suggest users going forward give up on the idea of a perfect solution it didn't end well for me last centerstone I was at. I hope this helps. The 4 stars is in regards to how well managed your location is. I just hate that the times are changing where everything has to default to a call center. It's something you are being made to do.

Staff was great and honest and always fair. I feel like I would have stopped alcohol without rehab, but Cumberland Heights assured it with its teachings and the things I learned. A lot of your quality of life in treatment here is going to depend on which counselor you get. I have had Greaaaaattttt counselors here who are very helpful and not overly strict when you have earned that right but I've also had others who are not great counselors and clearly do not want to be there. I have upped my review to 4 of 5 stars because I finnaly have a amazing counselor again. Still could be better im a 32 year old perfectly healthy young man and a physical being required every 3 months is just ridiculous. It wouldn't be so bad if I didnt have to wait 2 hours+ to even see the doctor for that physical. Also not being aloud to dose untill completing my physical is ridiculous since the wait time is so long. Ive never dosed then left without completely doing everything required of me so I shouldn't be treated like ive done something wrong.

I love this Clinic, and all the people that has taken care of us! Mindy, Kim, Constance my counselor, kierra.. and others ..I'm really upset over the people who owns BHG in Stevenson.. They have decided to shutdown the clinic we have in Stevenson . The people that works there, truly care for the patients. I remember one year there was snow on the road and no one person was told to open the clinic .. one nurse Mindy ( maybe there where a few others) .. she showed up for us,because she didn't want us to be miserable! .Lord if only everybody was as thoughtful as all the people who works at BHG in Stevenson.. it would be a better world.. I wish the people shutting them down was as thoughtful caring and understanding as all of them where with us .. but it's such a shame when money matters more than the people u are supposed to be helping.. money and greed has ruined so many lives ..

Staff is very helpful and friendly. A pleasure to be a patient here. Better experience at Stevenson compared to Huntsville! I love Mindy and Constance! Great counselors and staff, altogether. I would also like to mention a few more. Kim usually doses me 2 out of 3 days a week and gives me my takehome most times, and she, as well as the staff follow procedure. Very professional, but yet understanding and no judgement. There's every reason you can talk truthfully to any one of them. And then there's Elijah. Oh Elijah.... wouldn't be the same without him and his open eye. Nothing gets past him. He's a wonderful man of God. He and anyone here will go out of their way to help. Another thing I want to mention is the knowledge I've gained from Kim as far as other medical issues. Mindy is also great with things like drawing blood, for instance. That's a HUGE deal. If it doesn't work out, it's because my veins are small. They will not keep hurting you and one nurse doesn't mind giving another one a shot at it. Last but not least, gotta love Chad and Ken!! My Family is the best!! I love you, Mindy, Kim, Constance, Elijah, Ken, Chad, Carol, Cierra(sp?), and all my family here. I hope I left no one out. I don't know what I'd do without their listening ears and kind smiles and caring eyes. They all are equally Godsent. As Kid Rock says, To all you crackheads, you critics, you cynics, and all my heroes at the methadone clinic!!! BAWITTABA!! My new counselor, Carol, is sweet. I haven't known her long, but she and Scott(my previous counselor) has helped me probably more than any other I've had here. I know a few staff members put in a word to get me that help. I cried when Scott left. That should say a whole lot!!

I love changing a review! My stepdaughter has been wonderfully helped by Trustpoint. I was wrong. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit her, there. She was in really good spirits, elated to see her brother, her mom, and me. (Just sayin- I am the fun one.😉) She is being well cared for and their system of visitor management is very tight. As it should be. Caring for the mentally ill has to be one of the most difficult services to perform, wouldn't you think? I sure do. From what I saw yesterday, I am very glad that Trustpoint is willing to take on such a difficult task. The place was as "clean as a whistle." The staff was very knowledgeable about their procedures. They were courteous, helpful while at the same time there was an atmosphere of firmness. A good firmness. A firmness that told me that they were very serious about the safety and well being of my Stepdaughter. That really set my mind at ease. Trustpoint, Well done and thank you so very much!

This is the only clinic I've been to that seems to care about their patients all the way through-- the doctors, the therapists, and the front desk always are extremely courteous and considerate. Concerns you voice are taken seriously, and your input is considered regarding your own treatment. I don't want to name any one person, because legitimately, everyone here has been extremely good to me. I'd recommend them.

I have had such a pleasant experiences here. I was tested and evaluated by Dr. Hirsh in 2021. She was extremely kind and very professional. She cares a lot for her job and her patients. I recently have had to get my youngest daughter tested for autism and adhd and so far our experiences have been pleasant. When we couldn't make it to the office, due to sickness, Dr. Hirsh was kind enough to let us keep our appointment and do our appointment through video call. We will have her testing done here soon and I'm sure that will go just as pleasantly as the rest of our visits here.
