I was at genesis a little over a year ago when I decided to change my life. Couldn’t imagine a better place to begin the recovery process. Both the techs and nurses were beyond amazing. Anytime I needed to talk the techs were available and more than willing to listen. The absolute hell that active addiction is does not have to control your life. Genesis was the stepping stone that led me to recovery. If you’re struggling with addiction reach out for help.

If you need help it's a great place to go. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and the property is so beautiful.

I spent 3 weeks at Bradford Warrior and I got so much out of it. Nice meals 3 times a day plus plenty of snacks, sodas, water, gatorade, and after hours food. The classes and therapy sessions were well thought out and beneficial for my recovery. The staff really wanted the best for me and I made sure I showed up to everything because I can only get out of it what I put into it. I'm over a month sober now and don't even think about alcohol, even when I'm around it. I miss the girls in my cottage and the other cottages. We all became very close and supportive of one another. I'm really glad I decided to do it. I don't regret it one bit.

Focus Treatment Center absolutely saved my life. I had no responsibilities except to care for myself. I went to every group, every class, all counseling sessions because each one gave me a tool to face life when I went home. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who asked. The staff were amazing, caring and empowering. My counselor was exactly what I needed . I am now the person I choose to be. Not what alcohol told me I would be. Thank you Focus! I was happy with my stay at focus. I don’t know if I would have got sober with out there help. Most all of the counselors really care for your well being.

Only place in this part of the country that could help me. Had to come from over 200mi away because everywhere else had "doctors" in their early 20s that shouldn't even be allowed to practice at a rinky-dink medicine wagon show. If you're an especially stupid kind of addict like me, that uses substances too new for street names then you need to be aware that CH is one of maybe 3 places in the country that does actual research on addiction & novel substances of abuse. So they can and will do everything that is medically legal - regardless of bulls*** protocols - to properly detox YOU & save your life. In addition to the medical staff, the counselors, CAs, therapists and other staff were all wonderful. Special shout-outs to Natalie ❤️, Ed, Eddy, big John, Amanda, Deana, Jack (happy retirement!), Dr. Z, Dr. Sledge, so many others. Patient-staff ratio felt like 4:1 though it's probably not quite that high. Small-group or 1-on-1 therapy sessions almost every day. You can call family every day once detoxed, and might be able to have a visitation. You also get an hour with your mobile phone every 2-3 days. They hand you a tablet for appts/notes that also allows access to YT, being able to play music on headphones was a big deal for me. It's an expensive place, especially if your insurance is trash but it's worth every penny. First time I was here I stayed clean 11 years, second time they helped me pinpoint exactly where I screwed up and now I know how to stay clean the rest of my life.

The staff here are amazing! The depth of recovery knowledge and length of sobriety were life saving. So many loving people in one center made me feel incredibly supported. Getting sober is incredibly frightening in so many ways. And i couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm a little over 8 months sober now and extremely grateful for my new life.

I attend the IOP from 4/24-5/29. The staff was very hands on and respectable. Great aids to my needs. Counselors and Caseworkers were involved on a personal level that connected with me. The Community vibe is second to NONE!! Ms. Heather runs a very well professional program.

No rehabilitation facility is perfect, but some are way better than others. There's some stuff, such as drama, that's unavoidable, because you have clients from almost all across the country with different personalities and upbringings. Not having your phone for a little while kind of sucks, but it wasn't miserable. It's nice to take a break from social media. I do understand now why they don't allow phones at first. Personally, I've never feared for my safety here, and most of the staff are awesome. I hear from numerous clients that this place is better than a lot of the facilities they've been to as well. The place I was at right before this for PHP and IOP, shouldn't be in operation anymore. Even though I'm not here for substance abuse, it was really nice that they allow anyone to go to substance abuse meetings to learn the insight. One of the main reasons I did four stars was because of the doctor they have here, he's not very good. The doctor at my last facility was amazing, and unfortunately not so amazing here. One thing I forgot to mention was the exploration you can do here. Chattanooga is an absolutely gorgeous area, with a lot of hiking and amazing scenery. A major plus is that you don't have to travel far really at all from Harmony to go exploring.

My time at HORC has positively impacted my life in so many ways. The staff were welcoming and understanding and gave me the guidance and support I needed. The stigma around mental health made it difficult for me to seek help, HORC erased that stigma and offered a safe space for me to do the work I needed to do. I was given the tools, skills and resources to really change my life and to turn in the right direction. Not only was I shown how to live a better life, but I was shown that it was possible for me to accomplish. Don't tell anyone Heather and Jarrett are my favorites and that Nick is pretty okayish as well. You're in good hands and will be thankful you chose Harmony Oaks.
