Some of my therapist have been AMAZING and some not so helpful I think my favorite therapist and the most helpful was Rebecca Stamps I miss her I wish I could still be on her case load. The therapists I have seen could be better I’m not going to bash their names and put it all over the place but I was told years ago that my therapist is supposed to make me feel better and they are supposed to help me but they weren’t really being that positive about things they made me feel like I was being scolded sort of it’s hard to explain how I feel but I don’t feel like they understand me at ALL and I put 5 stars because overall with CenterStone in general has been awesome at helping me it’s just the certain therapists that aren’t that helpful.I guess you just have to find the right person who understands you and I hope I can find that.

Their services are comprehensive, community driven, and affordable to support men and women with limited financial means. Available programs include residential treatment, outpatient programs, and aftercare supp | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I graduated from the old facility many years ago and everything Mrs.Christy and other staff taught me, goes with me daily and gives me the tools to stay sober 1 more day. I was homeless, hopeless, broken and not a penny to my name. Samaritan sponsored me without question and gave me the tools to have a fighting chance. I had some relapses along the way, but everything the leaders at Samaritan taught me,the 12 steps, to not give up, to get up and try agin still resonates in me today. I have 3 1/2 years sober now. If you want to change, really want change and are willing to do anything to make that happen, Samaritan is a great place to begin your new journey. The food is amazing as well. I completed the 28 day program offered by Samaritan Recovery Jan 16, 2025.
It is my 3rd treatment experience since 2002.
I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for Samaritan but I am going try. First, they accepted me and others without insurance and at no cost to me. That’s a minor miracle in today’s world. I am 55 and Clients ages during my stay ranged in age 19-60. A good mix which created a unique environment. We had 12 step meetings each night on site and coffee each morning. All required to finish steps 1.2.3 before completing program.
The staff was excellent!! Low tolerance for unhealthy behaviors and held us accountable without being unnecessarily authoritative.
Then intake process was easy and admin staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional.
The Samaritan facility/building is new, clean and first class. I does not resemble any nonprofit inpatient treatment center nor operate like any I’ve ever seen.
I received Individual counseling, valuable and interesting small group sessions facilitated daily by a designated counselor who cared. In speaking with other clients over 28 days I do not hear any complaint about their counselors either. They all also facilitate large group sessions in afternoon and I can say they were excellent and also showed that they cared about us and our growth and recovery .
The food service/chef/cafeteria fed 35-43 clients 3 meals each day. All meals were very good, well balanced and of wide variety which was also a very pleasant surprise.
The groups that were facilitated in afternoons were well designed, specific to and for people in early recovery and tooics
Related to addiction and co occurring disorders. All facilitators were licensed professionals and 95% of staff is in recovery with long term success, decades of experience.
Samaritan also has daily , morning meditation for all clients who wish to engage.
It’s proven to help those with addictions and co occurring disorders so I was very happy they facilitate daily meditation. A few minutes each day changed each day for the positive for me .
The recovery, behavioral Technical support staff that managed clients needs was 24/7.
All of them were actively in recovery themselves so they understood us. I believe all tech, support staff had close to or more than 10 years sobriety.
They were patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Very Respectful and cared about the clients needs. That says a lot given fact that 40 people, all of whom were in Early recovery. Me included, Clients can be very hard to manage, and that’s an understatement. Support staff was truly the glue that held us together.
Samaritan also has full
Time clinical staff on site and Although I didn’t have a lot of clinical needs I will say that clinical director director, medical physician and all nursing staff were very attentive on a daily basis for clients who required medications, check ups or medical requests. Again excellent staff. Very qualified and steady.
Personally and without hesitation I can say that I had a great experience ant Samaritan.
I came in shattered and broken and I left 28 days later hopeful, renewed and optimistic. I highly recommend this facility and their 28 day program. Lastly, I was also surprised that they have transitional sober living on site and after care programs.
And Two things I really took advantage of in my free time was the music / sun room and small library.
Amazing and so surprising given that Samaritan is a non profit.
My experience and thier program is also clear and strong reflection of great donors and highly qualified executive staff.
If your curious how it happened - My story went like this….
I called, did assessment over the phone and 24 hours later I was picked up at a hotel near brick church and trinity lane .I was desperate and ready for a new life after havjng relapsed about 3 months earlier. Samaritan gave me every opportunity and more to build a strong foundation for long term sobriety. Truly grateful and cannot say enough about The programs and support I received at Samaritan Recovery.

The real deal. They have people that care and understand that addiction is not only affecting an individual but also the family. JourneyPure at the River provides addiction recovery programs for adults in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. They offer residential, intensive outpatient (IOP) and gen | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience at this rehab facility. This place was more than just a treatment center. It was the beginning of a brand new chapter in my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The staff, the environment, the activities… everything played such a fundamental role in helping me kickstart my sobriety journey.
The activities we got to do were incredible, not just fun, but truly meaningful. The maze and the pole jumping weren’t just exciting or different. They were powerful, grounding experiences that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. Those moments helped me reconnect with myself in ways I didn’t know I needed.
One of the most moving parts of my stay was the equine therapy. Working with the horses was such a healing experience. They have a way of showing you parts of yourself that words can’t always reach. But it wasn’t just the horses that made it so special. The director of the equine program brought so much insight and compassion into every session. The way he taught, the messages he shared, and the life lessons he tied into each activity were absolutely life-changing for me. Those classes helped me reflect, grow, and begin to rebuild myself with intention and grace.
I also want to recognize some of the incredible staff who made my time there so special. Michelle, one of the house moms, was absolutely my favorite. She was always there when I needed someone to talk to or when I just needed a break from the chaos that can come with communal living. Katie, another house mom, was also a huge support for me. She was someone I could always go to if I needed help, advice, or just someone to listen. Their presence meant everything to me during the hardest parts of this journey.
I was also lucky enough to have Allen for the majority of my stay, and I was truly sad to hear he’s no longer working there. His classes were something I looked forward to every week, and his way of teaching and connecting with us left a huge impact on me. And Ken. I can’t forget to mention how much I appreciated his classes as well. They were insightful, engaging, and often exactly what I needed to hear.
This place gave me the tools, the space, and the support I needed to begin my recovery in a real and lasting way. I honestly don’t think I could ever put into words how grateful I am for everything this program gave me. I felt safe, accepted, and understood. For anyone who’s struggling with addiction, I would recommend this facility without hesitation. It changed my life.

This hospital is downright pathetic. They violated my Hippa twice and I didn't get the help or treatment I needed. Months of wasted time and money and then they dumped me and sent me a letter they couldn't treat me anymore and then BLOCKED me from the patient portal! That is a HIPPA violation under the cares act!

This place is a joke. I’m currently 9 weeks pregnant and woke up to some bleeding this morning. Yes, this can be common durning pregnancy but I called my OB’s office as well as my Primary Doctor and was advised to just be on the safe side and get checked out at the ER due to my OB being closed. I was immediately told I’m “way too early” to even have an ultrasound. That if I did have one, it was too early for a heartbeat by the on call Doctor Aaron Morgan who made sure he stated he was not from here. WRONG. You hear a heartbeat at 8 weeks. Finally, I was given an ultrasound. The nurse that took me back told me my husband could not go with me, that this was not an “OB office.” Once we got back to the ultrasound room she stated to me that she would not be able to tell me anything or allow me or my husband to see anything. She then proceeded to tell me she knows I’m scared and that she’s had 2 miscarriages herself. (Not what you say to a person you think is scared.) Once I got back to the room it was evident I was upset. I told my husband what was said to me. Me and my husband began talking about how ridiculous it was and how I’ve been treated. Another nurse poked her head around the corner and told me “Yea, she’s not allow to tell you anything. It’s hospital policy. But your HCG levels are high so that’s good.” Of course they are high, I’m pregnant. Thankfully, all is okay and the Good Lord saw us through. I will never use this hospital again, ever. Do better.

The goal is to help you wean off addiction related toxins from your body and get it ready for the main therapy. Their medically supervised detox program helps you safely and effectively manage the physical symptoms of withdrawal. | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I'd give out 10 stars if I could. I checked into to Brentwood Springs Detox without knowing how great it would be. I found them on the internet and pulled the trigger. They drove an hour to pick me up free of charge. Upon checking it they greeted me with an understanding of my situation. This helped put my mind at ease as I was already overwhelmed with stress of checking into a Detox center. They are very attentive of how you're feeling and immediately come up with a game plan for treatment. They are very professional in every aspect with your treatment and are open to you at all times if you are feeling a certain type of way, but at the same time every staff member is super laxed. The nurses are amazing and are available to you 24 hours a day. You can tell that they truly want to help you. I don't feel out of place here. The food is great, the people are great, and the way they have this place set up makes it feel like you are at home. They have tv's with all kinds of apps and cable. The whole place is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean. The meetings they set up are absolutely amazing and have helped me tremendously. They have a beautiful backyard with great views which is crucial to your feeling of well being (at least for me) Cameron is great as well. In the 3 days that I've been here he's given me tons of knowledge and advice and has made sure to check up on me and how I'm feeling. Again, the whole staff truly wants to help you. EXCELLENT care received in the ER today. I had to have a "bump" checked out and from the first moment until I was discharged I received nothing but professional compassionate care. From the kind woman who checked me in and got me a wheelchair, to the gentleman who wheeled me around in the wheelchair, I felt cared for. The RN who took over made me feel completely at ease about what I thought was a very embarrassing area to have assessed, so by the time the Doctor and Nurse who treated me, I was very relaxed. The Nurse was kind enough to let me know what Lidocaine was going to feel like (and she was completely spot on!) The Doctor was sooo professional and drained my cyst within no time. I didn't even know he was finished! All and all and completely wonderful visit and I'm so glad the Nashville VA is going to help me in the future.

This place has made some positive changes throughout the years here in Nashville, the establisment has had plenty of renovations, focusing drastically in providing veterans with indispensable service towards honrable men. In 10 years of service I've gotten nothing but positive result from this establishment as much as any sub unit that is operated under VA services here in nashville and truly have found what it means to be a Veteran. I hold a lot of painful memories in this place with injuries and medical concerns, and yet it's still pleasant walking in this wholesome place. Touching, to say the least, watching torn up men left and right but rewarding in everyday possible knowing you had the same guts as every one of them. Thank you for 10 years of the up-most quality of service!

They scheduled me for two different appointments that were for times outside of their own business hours. They even texted me to confirm. Now I'm out a 1/4 tank of gas and 2 hours round trip of my time. Not to mention I left work early to be here. Ridiculous and inconsiderate.

I left there a little over 3 years ago and have been sober ever since!!! I tried going to some well respected programs before Discovery Place such as Cumberland Heights and Cornerstone which were great but did not yield long term sobriety/results. Discovery Place served as the foundation for the incredible life I have today which includes over 3 years of continuous sobriety!!

My son went here after battling with addiction for over 10 years and this was the first rehab, out of about 30, that not only did he get sober, but he has stayed sober for over a year. This has been a miracle and game changer for our family.

If you are con | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I'm a parent of a teen that has been to Rolling Hills. My daughter's very first visit to a psychiatrist led to her going that night to Rolling Hills. Her psychiatrist gave me two places to choose from and I didn't know which one to choose. I chose Rolling Hills and it was the best decision. I was so torn and scared to leave my child with strangers. I cried myself to sleep that night worried about her and if she was ok. If you are a parent and you are reading this, know that I am an overprotective parent and this experience at Rolling Hills has been a wonderful experience considering the circumstances, they really do put you at ease. Please don't hesitate to send your child here. From admissions, to therapists, to psychiatrists, to case workers, to nurses, to the staff during visitation and all the staff, they have all been exemplary. I wish we lived local so that my daughter could attend their outpatient therapy services. I could go on and on about how great Rolling Hills is and their staff. Please, if your child is having mental issues, don't second guess it, don't doubt, bring them here. My daughter even has the best things to say about Rolling Hills and that tells me a lot in itself. Thank you Rolling Hills for employing caring, loving and kind people. I will always be thankful for you all!
