The staff at this location of Centerstone are so Caring and Nice. Dr. Graves is a Wonderful Person, always concerned about the welfare of this patients. Vivian, the Nurse, is always so much help when you need her, she goes out of her way to help you with whatever you may need. Also, the rest of the staff are very nice and always willing to help you as well, when you need them. They have been so Good to Us, We Love You All and Wish You All a Wonderful Happy New Year!! Centerstone was nothing but positive for me, I don't think there is another place capable of doing what they did with me. Instead of only treating my condition as in every other place they treated me as a whole person in order to find out what was that I needed to be able to recover.

I.m upset that I had to leave life care to go to centerstone. I didn't want to leave but I couldn't get my medication because I have medicare I would really like to go back to life care you all mean the life to me and treat me like a person

I stopped a 20 year addiction to cocaine and alcohol in November, 2024. After my treatment I was released to Bradford Health Services for "intensive outpatient" classes. Allison Neal and Melissa Wisdom are 2 employees at this facility. I have to say that they show more care and gave more help to me, than anyone in my entire recovery. They truly blessed my walk. And if it wasn't for them, I would have relapsed a couple of times. They need their praise.

Went to Howenwald campus approx 12-27-22. wanted to stay on med assist so the sent me Clarksville campus. I had a peer that also came from howenwald was like 2 wks ahead of me. After 30 days i think you can work, have your vehicle, you keep your own meds 3days worth then4 days for a wk. They do count daily. When i first got to Clarksville, they help you with food stamps, you can get walmart groceries delivered. The house i was in was 1 of 3 in a cul de sac. about 15 min from office. Descent 3br 2 ba homes a few yrs old in typ subdivision. Counselors were very helpful and caring. The head lady was having an affair with a peer. The housing next to office are older and thats where they put u when u first get there. There were a few bugs at the 1 hse basement floor not infested. They had descent foam mattresses. All the houses i was in had smart tvs in lr. There were 2 fridges per hse and a dedicated stand up deep freeze. All in all had a very good experience. Still clean to this day 8/8/25. Havnt been to sub dr since oct or nov 24. Still have a few left. I tapered myself down i was on 2 a day in buff vall. Only took 1 or 1. 5. Last dr visit i was down to taking 1/4 or less. Take a small piece every other or 3 sometimes less. I recently lost my mom last month. It was definitely worth the time and effort to get clean so I could care for her the last cpl yrs. I give Buffalo Valley 2 middle fingers up. Probably owe them my life. And Thank You Brent Andrew Morgan, for the ride and helping me get in and even helping with clothes, underwears, and toiletries. I love you brother!!! Stay strong you will get to come home soon.

So much better since it’s been taken over the only issue I have is that I’ve gotten close to my counselor and everytime I have to tell my whole life story because they leave and they don’t say why but I know there’s a common cause. I’ve had four in the last 7 months and my most recent one just left.

It was always nice place under the elderly couple that used to run it. It's changed into a very cold and distant place lately. Institutionalizing something seems to do that.

I am blessed to be a patient here. They have a great staff that make sure my needs are met.

The nursing staff and bhts are amazing. They make sure your comfortable and they help in every way they can. The facility is clean and well kept. They take your need for sobriety seriously. Most of the employees want your sobriety more then you do. They give tough love but are also compassionate. The food is amazing and I promise you will put on 10 to 20 pounds be4 to you leave. The classes are educational and intriguing. Recreational time is also fun and just for a couple hours you forget your in a rehab.

My advice is to look on yelp for reviews. Looks like these reviews are cherry picked. I’m hoping this place is better than everything I’ve read. My experience so far with a loved one there is ZERO stars especially with staff. Praying it gets better.

Everyone here at Huntsville Hospital was fantastic.!! From the Dr’s, the nurses to the people that maintain the rooms. Felt well taken care of.

Ashley with Wraparound was the biggest blessing to our family’s needs. She guided us and made us feel safe, and in good hands. We were devastated she was let go. The best support we have had in years was let go! This momma cried. My child needed her. I needed her. We continue services in hopes to find improvement over time for our child who is struggling with social relationships, anger and empathy. The Moran lobby needs a facelift, it is very run down. The front office when you walk in the door is held by an unfriendly staff member that doesn’t allow you to speak with her other than yes no and communicates a quick go away based on her words and body language. The two ladies at the phones front desk are usually easy to talk to and a much more pleasant. The overall tone of this location is that the parents are the problem. Not the mental health of the children, the patient, who is being brought by those supportive parents for help. I have been so sad to to be judged and spoken to as if I were a horrible human because my child needs help and we have to be here. If Evansville had more resources, we would utilize them. Unfortunately my child’s heart was broken over and over by the trauma her biological parents created. I’m bringing my now adopted child to resources to help her heart and mind heal. Our individual therapist has been great, same with our psychiatrist. I thank them so much for their passion.

Their staff is wonderful. Very understanding and non judgmental. Azlin is the best as a first contact. Absolutely wonderful 💖 they are a breath of fresh air from the rest of the county workers.

I wish to share that my brother with dementia was a resident in The Lantern at Morning Pointe. Even though he was younger than most, he was happy and VERY well cared for. Both Stacey and Tana were WONDERFUL, keeping me informed of any needs. I was so comfortable having him there (I am in SC) - he had been previously living with our 97 year old Mom and was helping take care of her for 6+ years after Daddy died. She was the brains, he, the brawn 😊 But when she passed, I knew my brother was incapable of living independently. Recently an unforeseen and very unfortunate situation arose concerning his stay at Morning Pointe. Tana, Stacey, and Megan were SO VERY supportive. These ladies were instrumental in helping make this stressful situation into one that hopefully works out for the best. My brother has been through much, as have all in our family. Thank you, Tana and Stacey, for all your help and for showing such love and care for my brother.

Morning Pointe Tullahoma has been great for my Mother! She loves the small size, because she gets know the other residents - not like the last place she was. The staff is caring and knows her by name. They even know her quirks! She loves the food and the activities, especially bingo on Tuesdays and Thursdays! There is no place else she would rather be.
