The structure, daily routine, and faith-based focus was just what I needed to start making changes. They could use a few more staff members but the ones there really do care. I left feeling stronger and steadier and they helped me to make a fresh start

The staff at this location of Centerstone are so Caring and Nice. Dr. Graves is a Wonderful Person, always concerned about the welfare of this patients. Vivian, the Nurse, is always so much help when you need her, she goes out of her way to help you with whatever you may need. Also, the rest of the staff are very nice and always willing to help you as well, when you need them. They have been so Good to Us, We Love You All and Wish You All a Wonderful Happy New Year!! Centerstone was nothing but positive for me, I don't think there is another place capable of doing what they did with me. Instead of only treating my condition as in every other place they treated me as a whole person in order to find out what was that I needed to be able to recover.

I.m upset that I had to leave life care to go to centerstone. I didn't want to leave but I couldn't get my medication because I have medicare I would really like to go back to life care you all mean the life to me and treat me like a person

This place is awesome i loved it there i went in on july 28th.2017 the girls that i was housed with came off kinda acting as if i didn't belong but after being there for a week i met three ladies(older)that ill never forget accepted me into they small group and gave me a pep talk and told me to stay away from the younger girls cause they would get me in trouble cause they where still using and GOD knows i didn't want that my whole purpose was to get help cause i had lost everything and when i say everything i mean everything down to my shoes on my feet.Got cleaned stayed cleaned until December 13th.2018 one of my daughters lost her dad in a car crash i relapsed went back in got clean again but this time the staff had me in tears cause they never looked down on me i would definitely recommend this place.July 26th.ill be 4 years sober And i owe it all to GOD and BVI.

Buffalo valley is amazing. When i first got in treatment i didnt want anything to do with it but the staff never gave up on me. Today i can say i have 45 days clean. Thank you buffalo valley so much for teaching me that i am more then my past and that i can make it thur the bad times without drugs.

I moved to this centsrstone because I was poorly treated at another. It's not that no one wants to answer I was told that corporate wants people to use OAS.This policy was aggressively forced on me in another centerstone location. I goto this location and was recently told that the location is now enforcing this policy and are telling their front desk to do as was discussed to me ehich is to tranfer to OAS. Was told they aren't aloud to help appontment scheduling eity myself. I requested a transfer to make an appointment with my provider at their native locafion and was sent to OAS anyways. Unless you call OAS,This seems to be a policy moving forward. Calling corporate seems to make it worse so ide suggest users going forward give up on the idea of a perfect solution it didn't end well for me last centerstone I was at.I hope this helps.Response from the owner an hour agoOldsunday, thank you for the high star rating!Thank you for your response,To be clear your location is very well kept and the staff has always been friendly. The 4 stars is in regards to how well managed your location is. I just hate that the times are changing where everything has to default to a call center. It's something you are being made to do.

I have had so much help from centerstone.. therapist Jenna is a awesome therapist, very helpful and compassionate! Amber is very helpful & courteous too, so is Dr Alyssia. You gals rock!!

I am shocked reading bad reviews... especially about staff. I have been here off and on for over 10 yrs. I have never felt rudely treated and I've NEVER received any care but the best from the office staff. I only left to follow one of their psychologists to another city. The only way you'd run out of your prescriptions is if you didn't talk to your psychiatrist at your last appt before your next meds. are due. I've done this but it's always been my fault AND the staff has tried to help. At one appt for an unknown reason I started feeling lightheaded and weak. The staff came immediately to my aide. They took care of my car staying parked there and they called Lawrence County (I believe Senior Care). A van came to get me and drove me home (not in the city of Lawrenceburg). My psychiatrist called to check on me the next day. These are the people I've dealt with from Centerstone. I'd refer anyone to them because I know they do care and they work hard at their jobs!

Awesome people,trustworthy,loyal and care about their patients individually. Mind bending talks,pushing the boundries. I have Bipolar and I try to get to use it in a positive way. They special though. God bless em all.

None of the other programs that I have attended can be compared to the program offered by Place of Hope, I think this place is the best option for anyone suffering from any addition, the staff treats with love to be healed and come back to be happy. Thanks to this program I'm now closer to God, I noticed the damage that was causing not only to me but also the people I love. They saved my life and I don't have enough words to say thank you!

Not a bad place, I didn't know what to expect. Heather, Zane, & Cindy do a awesome job along with all of the other staff. They definitely need to remodel & update this facility. Also the cafeteria budget needs increased & the vending machines updated.

Definitely better before BHG took over but still grateful for it. Most of the staff is great. Folks talking about security must not know them very well. And getting locked out. Every think your watch maybe off goofballs. Anyway I suggest come earlier.

I am extremely grateful for this clinic I started going Monday July 17, within 2ish hours all the paperwork was done,, all the pertinent questions had been answered, I was assigned a counselor and had been given my medication, and I was on my way back home! The staff are very kind, understanding, and helpful! 10/10 extremely satisfied, definitely recommend themni if you need help!

Great place self help program

When I went to Tony Rice I wasn't expecting them to help me like they did I was a bad alcoholic and I have been clean now for a year and I am so happy that they help me through my struggling past with addiction thanks Cody and all your staff there Jason west

This place gave me the tools to cope with the problems of my life, thanks to them I was able to leave in the past the addiction to drugs and until today these tools continue to be useful. The staff is great, they taught me how to love myself.
