I was at genesis a little over a year ago when I decided to change my life. Couldn t imagine a better place to begin the recovery process. Both the techs and nurses were beyond amazing. Anytime I needed to talk the techs were available and more than willing to listen. The absolute hell that active addiction is does not have to control your life. Genesis was the stepping stone that led me to recovery. If you re struggling with addiction reach out for help.

Excellent rehab center. Come here if your main focus is God. I personally came here to restore my faith. Would be 5 stars, but the menu (food) is not healthy and doesn’t rotate as of now. You will go to the gym just twice a week, so not quite enough physical activity. The teaching in the facility is top notch. The staff is excellent. The brotherhood that you will gain here is everlasting.

The real deal. They have people that care and understand that addiction is not only affecting an individual but also the family. They actively involve the family in the progress and care of the participant. They have each participant actively linked to a coach and a counselor. There is a medical doctor they see weekly. The way they are able to help the participant connect to God and find the only true answer is nothing short of amazing. This place will be the difference in addiction.

Only place in this part of the country that could help me. Had to come from over 200mi away because everywhere else had "doctors" in their early 20s that shouldn't even be allowed to practice at a rinky-dink medicine wagon show. If you're an especially stupid kind of addict like me, that uses substances too new for street names then you need to be aware that CH is one of maybe 3 places in the country that does actual research on addiction & novel substances of abuse. So they can and will do everything that is medically legal - regardless of bulls*** protocols - to properly detox YOU & save your life. In addition to the medical staff, the counselors, CAs, therapists and other staff were all wonderful. Special shout-outs to Natalie , Ed, Eddy, big John, Amanda, Deana, Jack (happy retirement!), Dr. Z, Dr. Sledge, so many others. Patient-staff ratio felt like 4:1 though it's probably not quite that high. Small-group or 1-on-1 therapy sessions almost every day. You can call family every day once detoxed, and might be able to have a visitation. You also get an hour with your mobile phone every 2-3 days. They hand you a tablet for appts/notes that also allows access to YT, being able to play music on headphones was a big deal for me.It's an expensive place, especially if your insurance is trash but it's worth every penny. First time I was here I stayed clean 11 years, second time they helped me pinpoint exactly where I screwed up and now I know how to stay clean the rest of my life.

The staff here are amazing! The depth of recovery knowledge and length of sobriety were life saving. So many loving people in one center made me feel incredibly supported. Getting sober is incredibly frightening in so many ways. And i couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm a little over 8 months sober now and extremely grateful for my new life.

I did not receive treatment here because my insurance was out of network, however Alex and Dustin reached out to a few other programs and got me hooked up with the right place. Alex knew what I was looking for and found an amazing place for me. I wasn t even his to worry about but I kept receiving calls from him untill he found the right place. It was so nice of him to care so much about a complete stranger. Though I couldn t go here I can tell they truly care about getting people better. I can t thank you enough Alex!

I have just completed 90 days here at Tulip Hill and I can honestly say this experience has been nothing short of life changing.If you are honestly looking to change your life for the better, Tulip Hill will provide you with the tools and education that can help jumpstart you on your path to becoming a better version of yourself. Tulip Hill s staff from the therapists, case managers and techs all genuinely care about the clients and want them to succeed in a very real and tangible way. From the moment I became a resident up until the completion of my treatment, there was not a need of mine that wasnt met. The group work is set in a very comfortable environment where true vulnerability can be displayed and each one of the therapists brings a unique and different approach that almost ensures that the client will find the help they need. This experience has put me on the right path for growth in so many areas of my life and has provided me with the tools to not only keep what Ive learned here, but continue to grow and improve in my daily life outside of treatment. I thank God for bringing me to this place and I can say with all of my heart that this experience will stay with me for the rest of my life. The female doctor that I had there was amazing

This for people who have been on narcotics too long, rather legally or not. This place is for people who eventually want to quit narcotics, safety, and be reintroduced back into society as a functional, normal way of living.

This place has gone way down hill. I have been a patient for over 6 years. The Dr s, Counselors and staff are very nice and I thought that they all actually cared about patients until today s interactions. Oh and the wait times are getting ridiculous. My last appointment took almost 2 hours. Then today I needed to have a Tele-health visit because my radiator in my car needed replacing. I live over an hour away from my clinic. I have called 4 times since yesterday and still no one has returned my calls. I am always on time for appointments, take meds as prescribed. Don t cause issues. Today has made me feel very uncared about.*** I wanted to do an edit to say that things have gotten so much better the last few months. I really appreciate the changes they have made and wanted people to know.
