I am shocked reading bad reviews... especially about staff. I have been here off and on for over 10 yrs. I have never felt rudely treated and I've NEVER received any care but the best from the office staff. I only left to follow one of their psychologists to another city. The only way you'd run out of your prescriptions is if you didn't talk to your psychiatrist at your last appt before your next meds. are due. I've done this but it's always been my fault AND the staff has tried to help. At one appt for an unknown reason I started feeling lightheaded and weak. The staff came immediately to my aide. They took care of my car staying parked there and they called Lawrence County (I believe Senior Care). A van came to get me and drove me home (not in the city of Lawrenceburg). My psychiatrist called to check on me the next day. These are the people I've dealt with from Centerstone. I'd refer anyone to them because I know they do care and they work hard at their jobs!

I really love this detox! From the doctors to the nurses to the techs; everyone is very compassionate and understanding. Not once did I feel judged. The meals provided were amazing and the option for alternative meals of what was on menu was a bonus! A special shout out to Jonathan, Ashlee, Brooke, Ashley and Amber for being especially amazing! Truly exceptional place with far more exceptional staff/nurses. Food is 10/10. The medicine they give you makes it so you hardly even feel your withdrawals. I truly got to REST and HEAL while being here. Leaving feeling like a million bucks. I struggled with Xanax addiction for a couple years & I went to Genesis November 8, 2023 & spent 4 days. I tried weaning off myself & had seizures. So, I went to Genesis & the Experience was awesome. They kept me comfortable & I have been Xanax free sine November 8, 2023. Fast forward to this year & I checked myself into Genesis once again February 9, 2026 & spent 6 days coming off of Kratom 7oh!!! This drug is extremely addictive & dangerous! 7oh is sold in gas stations & vape shops & is sold as Kratom, however I can honestly say it is NOT KRATOM!! I have taken Kratom in the past & it was nothing like this! This garbage had me hooked the 1st time I tried it. It was extremely bad as I spend a lot of money over the past several months using this for pain & energy. Just like I did with Xanax, I tried weaning off of it, but I couldn't. The withdrawals are horrible!!! They say it's 13x stronger than morphine & I believe that!! They call it "gas station heroine" for a reason. However, I wasn't aware of that until I was already hooked. The lady at the vape shop recommended them & that's the only reason I tried them. Once again, Genesis helped me by keeping me comfortable through the withdrawal symptoms. They were minor with the treatment the Dr's ordered for me. If you're on the 7oh I highly recommend you coming here for treatment & I highly recommend you to NEVER try it if you haven't already. I'm working with my governor & congress to get it out of TN!!!! The only bad things I can say are if the Dr orders Phenergan (I've taken it for at least 20yrs) the nurses will make you take zofran first for nausea & then you must wait 2hrs before they will give you the medicine you need! Also, the cafeteria food is horrible!!! Thankfully Genesis has soup, sandwiches (the cafeteria brings them, ham or turkey) chips, protein bars, granola bars, a refrigerator full of Pepsi products & Sundrop, ice cream in the freezer, cookies, etc...so you won't go hungry. Also, you get a cigarette break every hour on the half hour. I highly recommend them if you're struggling with any type of addiction. Again, NEVER TAKE 7OH!!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Buffalo Valley. This wasn’t my first experience at a facility like this and I can honestly say this place is different. My counselor was Anthony and the care and guidance he provided exceeded any expectations. He and Stanley went above and beyond, making sure me and everyone else participated in every activity and spent our time productively. Stanley made sure the sober living environment I went to was appropriate for me and he was right. I left BVI with a different mindset, one I hadn’t had in many many years. I am truly thankful and I hope that anybody needing help will give this place a chance.

Centerstone was nothing but positive for me, I don't think there is another place capable of doing what they did with me. Instead of only treating my condition as in every other place they treated me as a whole person in order to find out what was that I needed to be able to recover.

I normally if not always stay away from social media, however this is so different! This is life or death difference! I was asked to share what Bradford has done, and is currently doing for me. I have just recently gone through their main treatment facility for help with alcohol and substance abuse. I have since that day of surrender, gone from full impatient to partial; and I have to honestly share that it is like going from , life to death in a short period of time! Not saying that the problems that brought me there are suddenly gone! Gone is my feeling hopeless, shameful and deep in despair to the point of not feeling or seeing life, a life worth living for IS gone today! The people at Bradford became the mediator to get me the help I need to live a better life, and becoming awakened to really feel good about choosing recovery. They fight for you from mediating and holding insurance companies to help, and or employers to understand. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. Walking into IOP was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I was scared, overwhelmed, and didn’t know if recovery was even possible for me. From the very beginning, the staff met me with compassion instead of judgment. The counselors genuinely cared—not just about helping me stay sober, but about helping me understand myself. They created a space where I felt safe enough to be honest, and for the first time in a long time, I didn’t feel alone. The group sessions reminded me that healing isn’t something we have to do by ourselves. IOP gave me tools I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. It taught me how to recognize my triggers, process difficult emotions, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. More importantly, it gave me hope when I had very little. I stopped a 20 year addiction to cocaine and alcohol in November, 2024. After my treatment I was released to Bradford Health Services for "intensive outpatient" classes. Allison Neal and Melissa Wisdom are 2 employees at this facility. I have to say that they show more care and gave more help to me, than anyone in my entire recovery. They truly blessed my walk. And if it wasn't for them, I would have relapsed a couple of times. They need their praise.

The services provided are exceptional, the food is delectable, and the energy is invigorating. Hayley stands out as the most proficient therapist, Sean as the most dedicated Resident Supervisor, and Josh as the most skilled instructor. The principle of “you get what you put in” holds true here. I invested significant effort and received outcomes that surpassed my expectations. There are no substantial complaints, the only feedback I can give is overwhelmingly positive and complimentary. Upon reviewing the negative reviews, I found it challenging to relate to the sentiments expressed. The tone and content of these reviews alone lead me to approach them with skepticism.

None of the other programs that I have attended can be compared to the program offered by Place of Hope, I think this place is the best option for anyone suffering from any addition, the staff treats with love to be healed and come back to be happy. This place is awesome i loved it there i went in on july 28th.2017 the girls that i was housed with came off kinda acting as if i didn't belong but after being there for a week i met three ladies(older)that ill never forget accepted me into they small group and gave me a pep talk and told me to stay away from the younger girls cause they would get me in trouble cause they where still using and GOD knows i didn't want that my whole purpose was to get help cause i had lost everything and when i say everything i mean everything down to my shoes on my feet.Got cleaned stayed cleaned until December 13th.2018 one of my daughters lost her dad in a car crash i relapsed went back in got clean again but this time the staff had me in tears cause they never looked down on me i would definitely recommend this place.July 26th.ill be 4 years sober And i owe it all to GOD and BVI.

I was blessed to be able to go through their program. The staff is caring and attentive. This program helped save my life. As with anything any experience is going to be what you make of it and they will work just as hard as you do. I highly recommend them. I spent years suffering in my addiction. Years of using people places and things to try to fill that hole. This program helps you understand the nature of your addiction, the reasons why and helps you start building a foundation for self love and recovery.

I went here in 1996 Ms Jackie was the best. I loved how up front she was. I learned alot. I did relapse in 2002 . My youngest son was killed and the emotional support wasn't here where I lived. Instead their was women in AA when I was in the state of shock was giving me zanxas. I wasn't a pill head after a year later I meet a man that drank and smoked pot not going to blame him . I stopped praying and putting my trust in God. Even blamed God so I wasn't spiritually fix to be around it. I stated drinking again . He was killed in 2001. My family that told Ms Jackie they was going to be there to help but they wasn't. They wouldn't babysit so I could work . So I was disappointed in them . I stopped drinking for about 2 years going on 3 now . Im really disappointed in myself just finding out my favorite person I should have went to talk to instead of the women here. I know she would have talked some since in my head. She was a rock and I looked up too her so very much. I won't ho yo AA here anymore. No one to trust at all. I started church in 2016 im depending on God more now then ever. I sure miss Ms Jackie .

Best VA clinic around has been my experience. I know from time to time the phone doesnt get answered but you will see that anywhere. My health care at this facility gets a 5 STAR PLUS ratings. Receptionists do their job so not being overly friendly does not come into play. The nurse for Dr. Thompson is spot on, friendly, and never fails to ask how I am feeling. Dr. Thompson never rushes through my appointment. He tells me whats going on with me,and then asks If I have any questions or concerns. I am well taken care of.

I graduated from here in 2013 and anytime I am working with someone who needs rehab I always think of Freedom House. I believe in the work they did there. I got to know Jesus here even though it is not a faith based program. The people who worked there then were doing it right. My dream is to someday have my own inpatient recovery center and I will incorporate many of the same practices that they did. I will always be grateful for this place. I hope it never changed from what it was then.

I moved to this centsrstone because I was poorly treated at another. It's not that no one wants to answer I was told that corporate wants people to use OAS. This policy was aggressively forced on me in another centerstone location. I goto this location and was recently told that the location is now enforcing this policy and are telling their front desk to do as was discussed to me ehich is to tranfer to OAS. Was told they aren't aloud to help appontment scheduling eity myself. I requested a transfer to make an appointment with my provider at their native locafion and was sent to OAS anyways. Unless you call OAS, This seems to be a policy moving forward. Calling corporate seems to make it worse so ide suggest users going forward give up on the idea of a perfect solution it didn't end well for me last centerstone I was at. I hope this helps.
