I am shocked reading bad reviews... especially about staff. I have been here off and on for over 10 yrs. I have never felt rudely treated and I've NEVER received any care but the best from the office staff. I only left to follow one of their psychologists to another city. The only way you'd run out of your prescriptions is if you didn't talk to your psychiatrist at your last appt before your next meds. are due. I've done this but it's always been my fault AND the staff has tried to help. At one appt for an unknown reason I started feeling lightheaded and weak. The staff came immediately to my aide. They took care of my car staying parked there and they called Lawrence County (I believe Senior Care). A van came to get me and drove me home (not in the city of Lawrenceburg). My psychiatrist called to check on me the next day. These are the people I've dealt with from Centerstone. I'd refer anyone to them because I know they do care and they work hard at their jobs!

Awesome people,trustworthy,loyal and care about their patients individually. Mind bending talks,pushing the boundries. I have Bipolar and I try to get to use it in a positive way. They special though. God bless em all.

Went to Howenwald campus approx 12-27-22. wanted to stay on med assist so the sent me Clarksville campus. I had a peer that also came from howenwald was like 2 wks ahead of me. After 30 days i think you can work, have your vehicle, you keep your own meds 3days worth then4 days for a wk. They do count daily. When i first got to Clarksville, they help you with food stamps, you can get walmart groceries delivered. The house i was in was 1 of 3 in a cul de sac. about 15 min from office. Descent 3br 2 ba homes a few yrs old in typ subdivision. Counselors were very helpful and caring. The head lady was having an affair with a peer. The housing next to office are older and thats where they put u when u first get there. There were a few bugs at the 1 hse basement floor not infested. They had descent foam mattresses. All the houses i was in had smart tvs in lr. There were 2 fridges per hse and a dedicated stand up deep freeze. All in all had a very good experience. Still clean to this day 8/8/25. Havnt been to sub dr since oct or nov 24. Still have a few left. I tapered myself down i was on 2 a day in buff vall. Only took 1 or 1. 5. Last dr visit i was down to taking 1/4 or less. Take a small piece every other or 3 sometimes less. I recently lost my mom last month. It was definitely worth the time and effort to get clean so I could care for her the last cpl yrs. I give Buffalo Valley 2 middle fingers up. Probably owe them my life. And Thank You Brent Andrew Morgan, for the ride and helping me get in and even helping with clothes, underwears, and toiletries. I love you brother!!! Stay strong you will get to come home soon.

The staff at this location of Centerstone are so Caring and Nice. Dr. Graves is a Wonderful Person, always concerned about the welfare of this patients. Vivian, the Nurse, is always so much help when you need her, she goes out of her way to help you with whatever you may need. Also, the rest of the staff are very nice and always willing to help you as well, when you need them. They have been so Good to Us, We Love You All and Wish You All a Wonderful Happy New Year!! Centerstone was nothing but positive for me, I don't think there is another place capable of doing what they did with me. Instead of only treating my condition as in every other place they treated me as a whole person in order to find out what was that I needed to be able to recover.

I.m upset that I had to leave life care to go to centerstone. I didn't want to leave but I couldn't get my medication because I have medicare I would really like to go back to life care you all mean the life to me and treat me like a person

I stopped a 20 year addiction to cocaine and alcohol in November, 2024. After my treatment I was released to Bradford Health Services for "intensive outpatient" classes. Allison Neal and Melissa Wisdom are 2 employees at this facility. I have to say that they show more care and gave more help to me, than anyone in my entire recovery. They truly blessed my walk. And if it wasn't for them, I would have relapsed a couple of times. They need their praise.

I moved to this centsrstone because I was poorly treated at another. It's not that no one wants to answer I was told that corporate wants people to use OAS. This policy was aggressively forced on me in another centerstone location. I goto this location and was recently told that the location is now enforcing this policy and are telling their front desk to do as was discussed to me ehich is to tranfer to OAS. Was told they aren't aloud to help appontment scheduling eity myself. I requested a transfer to make an appointment with my provider at their native locafion and was sent to OAS anyways. Unless you call OAS, This seems to be a policy moving forward. Calling corporate seems to make it worse so ide suggest users going forward give up on the idea of a perfect solution it didn't end well for me last centerstone I was at. I hope this helps. The 4 stars is in regards to how well managed your location is. I just hate that the times are changing where everything has to default to a call center. It's something you are being made to do.

I am humbled by how good these people are.

Best VA clinic around has been my experience. I know from time to time the phone doesnt get answered but you will see that anywhere. My health care at this facility gets a 5 STAR PLUS ratings. Receptionists do their job so not being overly friendly does not come into play. The nurse for Dr. Thompson is spot on, friendly, and never fails to ask how I am feeling. Dr. Thompson never rushes through my appointment. He tells me whats going on with me,and then asks If I have any questions or concerns. I am well taken care of.

Their staff is wonderful. Very understanding and non judgmental. Azlin is the best as a first contact. Absolutely wonderful 💖 they are a breath of fresh air from the rest of the county workers.

Yeah tbh I have no idea why so many negative reviews, I love my therapist and psychiatrist really cool ppl. I’m starting to think a lot of these reviews come from the mental clinic owned by wellstone. The actual wellstone in Cullman has very nice staff and ppl maybe some ppl are delusional asl and is just spreading hate. Just know you guys do amazing work!

Wellstone is not some eutopia were they have a magic want that can cure the issues that you have n I certainly cannot speak for other people's experience. I came to them in the throws of years of untreated mental health and severe drug addiction and while they offered no magic fix. What they gave me was love,support,belief and a path forward. I had to do the work but they gave me the tools that set me up for success. The leaders, counselor and staff have never done anything but support me. They work tireslessy at a job that is far from glamorous. If you are reading this and you face a crossroads of your life and you don't know we're to start. I recommend them with every ounce of my heart. The IOP program is so beautiful and it matters not what baggage you bring. You will be greeted with empathy and without Judgement. I love every therapist ,physician and peer support counselor that I have had. They never gave up on me n what they gave me litterally saved my life and had it not been for them. I would not be here today. Today is the day to start your recovery. 5 million stars

Seen some not great reviews. I liked the prompt quick responses. It was my first contact. Got good vibes. Im a Veteran who has been jerked around a a bit with providers. Give them a shot!
