I graduated from here in 2013 and anytime I am working with someone who needs rehab I always think of Freedom House. I believe in the work they did there. I got to know Jesus here even though it is not a faith based program. The people who worked there then were doing it right. My dream is to someday have my own inpatient recovery center and I will incorporate many of the same practices that they did. I will always be grateful for this place. I hope it never changed from what it was then.

I tried everything... LITERALLY EVERYTHING! I now have 5 months sober, have a stable full time job, and custody of both my children back. It definitely takes doing the work on yourself as well but methadone is a great support medication while getting through these things. Life couldn't be better. If you are serious about getting help I recommend BHG 100%.

Best VA clinic around has been my experience. I know from time to time the phone doesnt get answered but you will see that anywhere. My health care at this facility gets a 5 STAR PLUS ratings. Receptionists do their job so not being overly friendly does not come into play. The nurse for Dr. Thompson is spot on, friendly, and never fails to ask how I am feeling. Dr. Thompson never rushes through my appointment. He tells me whats going on with me,and then asks If I have any questions or concerns. I am well taken care of.

Joe, on third shift, he's a big, old, burly guy, but he's really good at his job. He made my visit there. Very good, I had a major surgery.And the one night that I stayed there, he came to my Room 15 times always with a smile, always ready to help me. I couldn't ask for no one better. Rhonda was another reason.She made my stay very pleasant. I believe my nurse name, what's Beverly.She also was very good at her job. I guess to sum it up the staff at Crestwood medical center. I love Spero health. They really go above and beyond for us. If we miss a appointment continuously they still will work hard to get you in on the same day, or the following day they are in the office. It's says they offer treatment but the facts are they force it on you,I've been going here almost a year and still haven't gotten on once o month,they try to say because I miss classes but aren't these "offered"fact is every time u go in there it's an office visit so insurance is charged ,if they can charge twice a month and not just once why would they "offer"once a month?the Dr is the only one that has an understanding of ppl wants and needs,all the rest are just office workers with entitlement issues,someone needs to remind them that they work for the patients not the other way around!!!!!

Definitely better before BHG took over but still grateful for it. Most of the staff is great. Folks talking about security must not know them very well. And getting locked out. Every think your watch maybe off goofballs. Anyway I suggest come earlier.

I am extremely grateful for this clinic I started going Monday July 17, within 2ish hours all the paperwork was done,, all the pertinent questions had been answered, I was assigned a counselor and had been given my medication, and I was on my way back home! The staff are very kind, understanding, and helpful! 10/10 extremely satisfied, definitely recommend themni if you need help!

This is Tami Stubbs Creel and I am so thankful for Restoration Ranch in Tuscumbia, AL on this Thanksgiving Day, 2021. I entered "The Ranch" in 2003. It truly saved my life. When I first entered this program, I could never imagine my life with out drugs. But after time and much patience & love from the staff and my brothers and sisters in Christ, I realized that there is a much better way to live. It has been a while since I graduated and I an now 47 years old. There is not any situation that I have been faced with in life that Restoration Ranch did not prepare me for. I an so grateful that I reluctantly entered this program because it changed my life for them better. I spent Thanksgiving & Christmas there and I felt so loved. It you are there, please don't leave the miracle happens. It may take time but you definitely need this time to repair yourself,, family relationships & to face the world sober and straight and with the Armor of God! I've had a great experience with Ms. NeQuaisha Bland as my therapist. Her approach is both engaging and supportive, making therapy sessions feel comfortable and positive. She always incorporates calming exercises that help me manage stress and anxiety, which I find really useful in my daily life. I appreciate how she takes the time to explain techniques that promote relaxation and mental well-being. Overall, I feel like she s truly invested in helping me improve my mental health, and I always leave our sessions feeling more at ease.
