The staff is doing much better since a corporate administrator has come on board.However, they never a finance person who knows a thing about how to do the finances for the patients. The corporate headquarters makes a fortune off interest because of this situation. At one point the owed me $4000.00! I did receive a check but had to get to the administrators at the headquarters to get my money back. If you are a patients with health insurance beware!!!!!

I just want to say I am a 9 time convicted felon, I have been to prison 5 times, and I have never had a desire to do right how ever Lovelady Center changed my life. It is a God led place, Jesus Is in this place. They took me fresh out of prison and helped to build me back up. No one cared less than I did. But that all changed while I was there. After reading some negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my family s experience. My sister s life was saved there in 2011, and none of us ever thought it was possible she was in such a dark place. She was lost to her family, her kids, and was difficult to anyone who hadn t already cut ties with her. Today, almost 14 years later, she s living a clean, healthy life and even giving back in that same building that saved her. It s nothing short of a miracle. I ve volunteered at The Lovelady Center and seen firsthand the dedication and compassion of the staff. Their hearts are in this mission. Mag Creek alumni program is true evidence that treatment is not a one stop shop. It takes continual choices outside the walls of treatment to maintain lasting recovery. I am so grateful that Magnolia Creek continues to care for clients after discharge. As a husband of someone who received treatment here I can honestly say I am very thankful for the staff that helped my wife in recovery. She quickly felt welcomed and was empowered in her recovery. Their Alumni and Family program continues the support after discharge. I have learned a great deal through the weekly virtual meetings and I know my wife also appreciates I have gained knowledge through the experience of others how to best support and validate her. Nurses/front desk/dosing staff are great, really sweet people who treat you like you're human. I love that THEY OFFER GRANTS that cover all or most of your treatment.
Focus is definitely not on counseling here, and your experience can vary pretty widely depending on who you get. I'm currently on a by-the-book stickler counselor, but they never last long so hopefully my next one will be better. I think I've had 5+ counselors I've gone through in less than a year because they come and go so quickly.
Dr. Archibald tends to be less than sympathetic to addicts. I'm not sure why people like that work in these places but I guess maybe they start wanting to help then get jaded. One good thing about him though is that he'll prescribe narcotics like Xanax and Adderall on top of the Methadone if you play your cards right.

I learned those are people who are there to help you and they are actually very serious about health and recovery. Now I am a happy, functioning, productive member of society. Counselors knew where to take me and were non-judgemental. Everyone acts as if you are the only client because they give you their full attention (and there is a lot of people coming really)

The Foundry has helped me totally transform my life! I battled addiction for 26 years. With the help of The Foundry I was able to break those chains that held me down for so long. I spent the whole 90 days there being guided through a journey of unlearning a lot of preconceived notions that were not working at all. 40 years of emotional weight was removed by the awesome staff loving me where I was while helping me remove so much junk at my own pace. The Foundry has helped me totally transform my life! I battled addiction for 26 years. With the help of The Foundry I was able to break those chains that held me down for so long. I have to give all the Glory to God, but they have created an environment that nurishes the body,mind, and spirit! They teach people that we're not perfect, we can't let our past define us, and how important your relationshio with God plays in recovery! The place is not perfect but I am giving The Foundry a 5 star rating because Absolutely Everything You need to change is there. I'd like to personally thank each and every staff member there because of there dilligance in helping make a change in so many peoples lives!

They have a wonderful Patient Care Tech!! He s a cute white guy, They called him J.B. He was on night shift. I think his name was James. But this guy was an awesome PCT. He was very nice and polite to all the patients and he was very uplifting to me and Everyone around him and he also kept everyone laughing. He also cleaned up after us where other pct s just sat in the area where the Nurses were and some even were so rude and would even provoke patients. The Nursing Staff for the most part was kind and caring. Of course you have a few that are A holes but that s to be expected anywhere you go! The Doctors were also nice and came around once a day.

I had a family member in the geriatric unit, and there are not enough thank you s that I could give to our family member s social worker, nurses, doctors, and all staff.They are extremely open to working with you as a family, and take great care of your loved one.
