When you think there is no place to go or turn to there is! Just breath and bring in the stuff you need. They are there for you. It take time to get to where they need you to be. Wait time sometimes long to see a Dr. Who can get you on Medical needs. You can call to make an earlier appointment to see the therapist or even leave a message for them.. They return your call promptly. I can't say how graceful I am to have them on my side to make me; me again. Thank you for believing in who I am and for what my brain injuries make me with out medical treatment.

Going to treatment for the first time was probably the hardest decision I’ve had to make. I wouldn’t change that choice for the world. Although I wasn’t sure it was where I needed to be, it was exactly where I needed to be and I am so grateful for the opportunity to recover there. The skills I learned there will help carry me through my recovery and I feel prepared to do so. After leaving, I feel so much more like myself! It was amazing to be able to find myself again at Magnolia Creek! I never thought there would be anything I would miss there after my first couple of days, but I stuck it out and trusted the process and left having met some of my favorite people. The connections and experiences I had there are priceless! The staff is great as well. Sometimes it may feel like you’re alone, but the staff truly cares so much about you, your recovery, and your aftercare. They truly do know what they are doing and have a plan, so trust it! Magnolia Creek taught me so many valuable skills and brought me so many connections. I 100% recommend MC!

It was so hard to make the decision to return to treatment as I had been to other facilities before. I am so glad I chose Magnolia Creek. When I walked in not only was I welcomed by clients but by staff. I am so thankful for the staff there and the kindness they showed and how they encouraged me through the entire process. Kelly, Emma, Kris and many others had such an impact on my recovery. I am so grateful for the care that I received and would highly recommend Magnolia Creek.

Magnolia Creek has one the best treatment center for EDs that I have ever been to. The staff care and you aren’t just another number. Making the decision to start treatment is a hard one, but MC makes you feel comfortable from that first phone call. Treatment is hard, but I made memories and connections that will last a lifetime. MC kick started my recovery journey and the start to actually living my life. I will be forever grateful! The staff are amazing; especially RCS Bell & Lauren, Teacher Taylor, Caroline, Dr. Hagood, Sam P., and Morgan. All the therapist and RDs are amazing! My team listened without judgement and met me where I was at. They challenged and believed in me the entire time (thank you Dr. H, Sam, and Morgan). Carrie and Cliff helped me become more comfortable in the kitchen, something I’d never do before MC! My all time favorite group was outdoor (mindfulness) group with Heath! Getting to spend time outside, build crafts, golfing, and fishing was something that made me feel a little more at home. Meal outings were a big part of the program. This gave me a chance to challenge myself and find joy in eating in public again. MC is very knowledgeable on eating disorders and wants to be a part of your journey. I would recommend MC to anyone! It’s a place where healing starts to happen. Time at the creek is hard but so so worth it!

I called to make an appointment to see Drew. The receptionist was so rude. She said he didn't work there. Then asked me for my zip code. Very rude lady. She did transfer me to his VM, though. I gave it one star. But I've added to this review months later and give them 5 stars!!!!! Update 8/2023...I got a call from Drew several months ago and he was very helpful and nice. JBS has helped a friend of mine that was homeless. They helped her get her own apartment, furnished. Without them, she would still be on the streets. JBS helped her get all types of medical care and they pay for her all of her medicines. They provide their clients with transportation to any grocery store to shop, twice a month. They have excellent therapists and counselors. Jbs has many resources for their clients. I should not have posted a review based on the receptionist. Maybe she was having a bad day. I would definitely recommend anyone to JBS. They are very caring and helpful. I saw a counselor with JBS over 25 years ago, when she was at First Light . She was so caring and helpful. (Robin) If you want or need some help....I recommend JBS 100%!!!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this agency. I suppose it's due to the fact that they do work with a lot of children and families that were referred because of involvement with the law, DHR, or because they are indigent and in need of mental health services. We have been working with project FIND and children's services It has been amazing. My son has turned back into the gentleman he was before adolescence set in. I didn't believe in God anymore because I thought he put my addiction and my life experiences that most people couldn't live threw and I didn't grow up in Church and couldn't do my work without help from the ladies in there until they taught me how to use the Bible and feel what was in the Bible in my heart now I believe in God and know it was me that did all of that to myself and I learned I had to pay for my mistakes and for the hustles that I did to people to feed my addiction I've been in and out of prison ,jail and rehabs for 25 years paying for the things I did and I still to this day pay for them in my heart and mind but I know now that God has my back to help me threw my life they helped me believe in God again and that was the most precious thing any one could ever do for me
