My son did alcohol detox here. He was very pleased. Hospital setting with nice room and nurses were helpful. He came down with flu and was treated for it. Being a hospital they do not allow smoking and that was difficult. If you need alcohol detox would definitely recommend contacting them.

My son has had a real battle with addiction and mental illness for the last 4 years. He finally agreed to go into another inpatient program and went to Reprieve this time. Previous rehab stints did not have much of an effect on him, and as soon as he was out, he went right back to his old habits. Reprieve was different. While he was at Reprieve, he would call me each week and tell me how he was learning about himself and different coping skills. This was not the case with other rehabs. As with any group setting, there will always be some angst when dealing with other individuals, but he managed to stay out of trouble, which was a first for him. He has been doing well since he got out, and I am learning to trust him again. For the first time in a very long time, he has a positive outlook and hope for the future. Reprieve's program works! I am very grateful he had the opportunity to go there.

This place isn't too bad. They have a very high turnover rate as far as counselors and pharmacy techs go. Always new employees rotating in and out. The director is fair and friendly, I like her a lot. There are a few counselors that have been there for a long time though, they are awesome and for the most part always willing to help resolve an issue. I guess the biggest downside to this place is all the drama that goes down in the parking lot before the place even opens, lawd there's some crazy folks that go here!

My favorite location to dose at. The director is super nice and you can tell she cares. The receptionist is very nice and doesn t ever seem like she s upset to be at work, really welcoming. The nurses are great too but the nurse Tony is the MVP in my opinion She s always on top of things when I guest dose there and always atleast seems like she s happy to be there and to help. In my experience it s almost a thankless job and most people expect so much and can be super rude at clinics, but this clinic actually cares and does their best and you can tell.

It s a great place. The parking is extremely easy. It is located beside the railroad tracks up on a hill. They do draw blood and do labs in house, which is extremely convenient. They offer mental health and general practitioners. No specialties are located there. You ll need to go to Birmingham for that.

Childersburg VA has an excellent staff, Especially Dr.Michail Shakhmatov. Dr. Shak is very thorough and always takes whatever time is needed to listen to you, and make sure you get the best care. I have been in the VA system for 30 years, and this facility is A1.

Mag Creek alumni program is true evidence that treatment is not a one stop shop. It takes continual choices outside the walls of treatment to maintain lasting recovery. I am so grateful that Magnolia Creek continues to care for clients after discharge. I believe the alumni program is what sets MC apart.They allocate resources to host weekly support groups and a space for alumni to connect. I am now married and have a baby- a life I couldn t have imagined without recovery.

As a husband of someone who received treatment here I can honestly say I am very thankful for the staff that helped my wife in recovery. She quickly felt welcomed and was empowered in her recovery. Their Alumni and Family program continues the support after discharge. I have learned a great deal through the weekly virtual meetings and I know my wife also appreciates I have gained knowledge through the experience of others how to best support and validate her. It is without a doubt that receiving treatment and continued therapy at Magnolia Creek our marriage has benefitted.

The Staff and facility at this location are great. However, because the call center is underfunded and non-existent you will not be able to communicate with the great healthcare workers here. If you want the patient advocate, pharmacy or any other service within a 24 hour period, I recommend calling the Veteran suicide hotline and asking for them by name. If you are lucky enough to know the direct line for the patient advocate, they may be able to help. If you call the central phone line, be prepared to not be successfully connected to any department. I would love to discuss this matter with any upper level staff of the hospital. Oh wait, you can t reach their offices.

VA Hospital on Chantilly set me up for three test prior to my physical the following week. I chose to go to the VA Hopital on Perry Hill Road since I knew they had very good breakfasts there. The service and professionalism was absolutely great! I arrived at the lab for bloodwork, EKG, and chest exray about a few minutes before 7 a.m. By 7:33, I was done with all 3. and had a delicious omelet, grits, biscuit, and coffee. I recently had an unexpected lithotripsy procedure at RMC after being diagnosed with a kidney stone, and I couldn t have asked for better care. From the moment I arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported. The shuttle driver who saw me struggling, the admissions team, pre-op nurses, anesthesiologists, surgical staff, recovery nurse, and the nurse who wheeled me out to go home all were incredibly attentive and compassionate. I m truly grateful to have such high-quality care right here in Calhoun County.

My daughter had a same day surgery today at Rmc very skeptical because of the current reviews I ve seen plus my father passed away at this hospital 7 years ago(no fault on the facility) but it was very pleasant. Staff was GREAT!!!!! Very informative, friendly and considerate! No issues with cleanliness, No issues at ALL!Everybody experience is different and people don t give good ones enough. As a parent I would like to say THANK YOU SO much for caring for my child, keeping me informed and just making this experience as smooth as possible!!!!! The NURSES, (Can t remember NAMES) WERE STUNNING! I spent the whole 90 days there being guided through a journey of unlearning a lot of preconceived notions that were not working at all. 40 years of emotional weight was removed by the awesome staff loving me where I was while helping me remove so much junk at my own pace. When you think there is no place to go or turn to there is! Just breath and bring in the stuff you need. They are there for you. It take time to get to where they need you to be. Wait time sometimes long to see a Dr. Who can get you on Medical needs. You can call to make an earlier appointment to see the therapist or even leave a message for them.. They return your call promptly. I can't say how graceful I am to have them on my side to make me; me again. Thank you for believing in who I am and for what my brain injuries make me with out medical treatment.

When you think there is no place to go or turn to there is! Just breath and bring in the stuff you need. They are there for you. It take time to get to where they need you to be. Wait time sometimes long to see a Dr. Who can get you on Medical needs. You can call to make an earlier appointment to see the therapist or even leave a message for them.. They return your call promptly. I can't say how graceful I am to have them on my side to make me; me again. Thank you for believing in who I am and for what my brain injuries make me with out medical treatment.
