Very clean. Very organized. Guard on duty as you enter. Personnel are extremely professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. PA Terry Morgan is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He makes sure to go over everything with you about your care and any issues you have. I love that he LISTENS! His nurse is outstanding as well. Any issues not covered was because we forgot. He also makes sure to ask about our other doctors and if he needs to do anything there. Outstanding job 👏

My daughter’s therapist has been there for her each and every time we have needed her no matter the time of day. She is interested, caring, knowledgeable, and she is involved in every aspect of treatment. Also, she never fails to follow up with her. My daughter also has a Para pro that comes to our house weekly to help her with her coping skills, and many other issues that help her deal with day to day life. As a person in recovery, Oasis has been a safe haven for me for a few years now. If you're in recovery or if you're struggling with addiction and want help, Oasis will be the number one place in Tifton, Ga to go get help. The amazing staff will help you identify your needs and find the best possible path of recovery for you. What really stuck out to me is their acceptance of the MAT(methadone and soboxone) program. Don't call the helpline I called wanting to speak to someone and they just kept asking if I wanted to Kill myself or someone else after answer several times and asking to speak with someone, I got a surprise at my door. Sherriff department placing me in cuffs in front of all my neighbors and took me to the inpatient where they took me cause they don't understand how insulin is done. I greatly prefer this Legacy Behavioral Health Clinic over the Valdosta office. It is not near as busy or chaotic and you do not feel in danger as you do at the Valdosta one. The staff are nice and helpful unlike the Valdosta office where you are treated rudely. The only downfall is they do not have a pharmacy at this location due to it being a smaller office so you will need to use the Legacy clinic's pharmacy at the Valdosta or Tifton location for you prescriptions or another pharmacy. I highly recommend this office for treatment. They recently moved locations. They are now located at 203 Industrial Park Rd Adel, GA and no longer on Hutchinson Ave.

I’m so glad I chose to come here instead of some of the other approved places I could’ve gone to. My experience at Peaceway has been wonderful throughout every moment. I’ve been treated with such kindness and compassion by everyone who works here. Dr Andrew’s was full of wisdom and offered me so much encouragement and showed me kindness. He reminded me that my mistakes don’t define who I am as a person and reminded me to show myself grace, & that I have the opportunity to use my mistakes to make me a better person. I really appreciated that. The PFL420 class is so informative and surprisingly very enjoyable to sit through. I can tell the people who work here are passionate about helping people and truly love what they do. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I’m so thankful for Peaceway & the experience I’ve had with them!

Turning Point is a comprehensive rehab for drug and alcohol addiction in Moultrie, Georgia. By comprehensive I mean that they offer treatment at several different levels of care. That lets them give you the in-depth treatment you need. It also lets you step down your treatment as you become more stable in your sobriety without changing rehabs. Man
This place is a little bit like jail LOL. But it really gets you in the right frame of mind for the intensive outpatient program, which is the next phase. Rules here are heavy, waiting list can be long, chaos can be constant, group amount can be overwhelming, privacy virtually Non-Existent... But stay tough and stick with it. The intensive operation program is great. Well, better 🙂... Just obey the rules and you'll be fine! And remember, the rules exist for a reason. Avoid the pods of guys, a lot of the guys are just there because they're homeless. Not because they're looking to get sober. It's just a reality. I'm sure 30 days of this is not enough to get you sober, so if you plan on leaving after 30 days, be ready to work your own program when you get home. If you find the staff to be a little abrasive at times, well get over yourself , this is not a hotel. They're managing a lot of people in a very enclosed environment . Sometimes to do that they have to be blunt. And they have to be forceful. So if you get your feelings hurt, shut up. Grab a book, sit under a tree, or lay in your bed and read and work on your recovery. And regardless of some of the animals that are around you, respect others and practice being the human being that you want to become. This part of the program could stand a new property. This property is not the best. And well I suppose they could do a little bit better with weeding out the riff Raff. But whatever, you're not going to die. Get what you need to get and be pleasant to others. Later!

If you need proper care, go to Phoebe. This place has some true angels who are doing God’s work and genuinely care. However, a lot of neglect also goes on here. If you need more than medication, you will often be left to deal with it yourself. I have been physically abused here and have witnessed others being abused. Something as simple as someone walking into my room resulted in them being punched in the face by a staff member—repeatedly. Some security staff are really kind, while others seem to have something to prove. Heavy sexualization of women also occurs here. Everything gets brushed under the rug. Most people are just here for a paycheck—I understand that—but you should not take your frustrations out on vulnerable people who are in crisis and cannot always control what they do, think, or say. Even with all the abuse, I’ve met some incredible people here who made every difficult moment worth it. Please look at these patients as human beings, not just paychecks. They have a real chance at life and deserve to be treated with dignity and equality. Whether you believe in God or not, He is real and He is always watching. No good or bad deed goes unnoticed. I leave you with this: “And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”

This establishment helped me. I'm seeing many negative reviews. There were many kind, gentle, and stable workers. I needed to be there. I was there for, I believe, 7 days before I had to take the next steps and get out. Outpatient services. Thank you for helping. Whoever they had with me were good. I did end up getting a shot, because they said I was being troublesome. It helped me to sleep, since I was paranoid most of the time. I wasn't on the right meds that they gave me. Even when I left I wasn't on the right meds. After I left to outpatient services I got on the right meds after a few months. That's the only problem I had. My doctor told me it was showing I wasn't on the right meds. Finally got on the right ones and I am not dealing with fight or flight and crazy paranoia. I was on this medicine in the past, but it made me look bloated according to family. I'm back on it, and although I am bigger, it helps. It helps with my mental health and I am no longer as depressed and schizophrenic anymore.

After reading all of the reviews, I am so thankful for that psychic shift in perspective that the Big Book of AA speaks of! I believe that if someone is not ready to make the change necessary for longterm sobriety then their experience would be jaded, as it sounds in some of the reviews. For me though, GraceWay was the stepping stone in my journey to sobriety. GraceWay helped me see the parts of me that I desperately needed to change in order to have a fighting chance of remaining sober. The staff were compassionate and honest. I learned how to practice the principles behind each step. I learned how to be an honest person with integrity. I learned how to be a caring daughter, sister, and friend. I learned how to take responsibility for myself and my recovery. I also learned time management, budgeting, how to cook, clean, and take care of my living environment. GraceWay saved my life, and I would recommend it to you or your loved ones.
