There always so polite.. i love going to this place they do everything they can to help people.. i give them 5 stars cause there there when others ain't there to help us with our problems!!

This place saved my life.... The people that work there are very caring and understanding and the truly care its not just about a paycheck they enjoy helping people in the right way... And willing to allow you to grow and don't throw you out like some places do they give you a chance and believe in you and that makes me strive to make it especially for these haters that say untrue stuff on here about new Pointe because they can't get there way so I'm here to state the truth this place deserves a 5 star and they make you feel comfortable and except we are human but progress and practice makes perfection.... It's good to be at a place that has workers that have hearts and want to see all of us make it.... And they allow you to grow and make your own desicions as far as if you think your ready to begin to a point where you are ready to ween yourself because they know that's the only way we as addicts are gonna make it without having to start all over again addiction to herion and pills is a hard thing to over come on your own and it has cured me of my herion addiction it's taken them cravings and the people along with it has gave me the drive to stay with it I haven't ever succeeded at this disease of addiction yet and I've been suffering off and on since I was 13 without any success until now it's been almost a year and I have made so many improvements in my life and I've had people around me who have noticed the difference in me as well I just inspire to do better and better when I never kept the assent I've thus far like I said it's going on a year now and I have no desire to go back to herion thank yall so much I love yall and I hate to see anything bad said about yall because I feel yall are godsent for me as a herion addict yall have helped change my life I love yall more then you know.... I cannot believe there would be one single bad post about these compassionate people but that's how it is your always gonna have that one or two that didn't want to make it and wanted to not get better and wanting to blame someone else for them not trying to do better.....

This place literally saved my life. The staff is AMAZING. This is the first time I've ever opened up to a counselor. It doesn't feel like a doctor's office everyone there makes you feel like family. I travel 90 miles round trip to go there, and wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I HIGHLY recommend New Pointe Treatment Center! The best part, there not judgemental which is awesome as a addict!!

If you need proper care, go to Phoebe. This place has some true angels who are doing God’s work and genuinely care. However, a lot of neglect also goes on here. If you need more than medication, you will often be left to deal with it yourself. I have been physically abused here and have witnessed others being abused. Something as simple as someone walking into my room resulted in them being punched in the face by a staff member—repeatedly. Some security staff are really kind, while others seem to have something to prove. Heavy sexualization of women also occurs here. Everything gets brushed under the rug. Most people are just here for a paycheck—I understand that—but you should not take your frustrations out on vulnerable people who are in crisis and cannot always control what they do, think, or say. Even with all the abuse, I’ve met some incredible people here who made every difficult moment worth it. Please look at these patients as human beings, not just paychecks. They have a real chance at life and deserve to be treated with dignity and equality. Whether you believe in God or not, He is real and He is always watching. No good or bad deed goes unnoticed. I leave you with this: “And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”

I have been treated well and Dr Nnumachi has been very helpful in getting the ankle surgery I desperately need. It has been a process but it did get done. I find the nurses professional and polite. Some test have to be done in Dublin, a bit of a pain, but I get mileage paid, makes it a bit easier:)

When I arrived at POH Men’s in Cochran I was a lost and broken soul. The way the counselor s work with you individually and in a group setting is amazing . I truly believe that’s POH is directly in GODS hands . I have a little over 4 years clean thanks to this God and this program. From the front office, Shamere and Renee, are both wonderful in person or on the phone to the nurses, and Dr. Bush are all kind and welcoming.

This facility and the nurses doctors therapist and charge nurses are amazing there really sweet

The staff really cares. From the intake ,nurses, doctors, and even the custodians, there's a certain warmth and knowledge that helped me tremendously. My favorite part that helped me the most is group therapy with Yailene, she's just wonderful.

Thank you to the Anchorage for being such an amazing blessing to my son. With great joy, I pick him up tomorrow. He is renewed and ready to tackle the world again sober and with Christ! Our whole family is rejoicing because that day finally came and we got to see our family member Baptized! For the doubters out there, The Anchorage has rules. If you want change and are willing to go through the program with honesty and hard work, it will change your life forever! God bless this program and all who run it.

This place really helps. It is really good and amazing. They really help you if you want a better life and if you wanna get sober. There's really amazing people there and really great teacher's that will help you with whatever you need help with.

Dr. Barton is an amazing doctor, very friendly & knowledgeable. He's the only doctor I've ever had that listens to me & actually treats my illness.

My daughter’s therapist has been there for her each and every time we have needed her no matter the time of day. She is interested, caring, knowledgeable, and she is involved in every aspect of treatment. Also, she never fails to follow up with her. My daughter also has a Para pro that comes to our house weekly to help her with her coping skills, and many other issues that help her deal with day to day life. I can’t begin to say enough about these amazing people. They have quickly become a part of my family just by the amount of caring and support that they have given my family. GO TEAM CK/MC

After reading all of the reviews, I am so thankful for that psychic shift in perspective that the Big Book of AA speaks of! I believe that if someone is not ready to make the change necessary for longterm sobriety then their experience would be jaded, as it sounds in some of the reviews. For me though, GraceWay was the stepping stone in my journey to sobriety. GraceWay helped me see the parts of me that I desperately needed to change in order to have a fighting chance of remaining sober. The staff were compassionate and honest. I learned how to practice the principles behind each step. I learned how to be an honest person with integrity. I learned how to be a caring daughter, sister, and friend. I learned how to take responsibility for myself and my recovery. I also learned time management, budgeting, how to cook, clean, and take care of my living environment. To Chris Golden and the entire staff at Pruitt Health in Warner Robins, Georgia, I want to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my father. When this began, my dad was admitted to Emory Hospital, and honestly, he wasn’t expected to survive. The doctors were surprised he was still alive. He made it through surgery, and after about three weeks there, he was transferred to Regency Hospital for wound care and rehabilitation — to learn how to walk again. That place was an absolute disaster. They kept him drugged up constantly. He could barely form a sentence. He was supposed to be recovering, but instead we watched him slip further away, and we started losing hope. Then they conveniently told us they had to discharge him and that I needed to find another facility. Thank God I found Pruitt. From the moment he arrived, everything changed. You got him off the medications that Regency had him on. You enrolled him in a real therapy program and a proper wound care program. He is one hundred percent better today. He’s still not walking yet because of the sores on his feet from being bedridden, but his quality of life — his standard of living — is so much better because of you and your staff. Chris, you and your team didn’t just treat my father. You gave our family our hope back.
