This place saved my life.... The people that work there are very caring and understanding and the truly care its not just about a paycheck they enjoy helping people in the right way... And willing to allow you to grow and don't throw you out like some places do they give you a chance and believe in you and that makes me strive to make it especially for these haters that say untrue stuff on here about new Pointe because they can't get there way so I'm here to state the truth this place deserves a 5 star and they make you feel comfortable and except we are human but progress and practice makes perfection.... It's good to be at a place that has workers that have hearts and want to see all of us make it.... And they allow you to grow and make your own desicions as far as if you think your ready to begin to a point where you are ready to ween yourself because they know that's the only way we as addicts are gonna make it without having to start all over again addiction to herion and pills is a hard thing to over come on your own and it has cured me of my herion addiction it's taken them cravings and the people along with it has gave me the drive to stay with it I haven't ever succeeded at this disease of addiction yet and I've been suffering off and on since I was 13 without any success until now it's been almost a year and I have made so many improvements in my life and I've had people around me who have noticed the difference in me as well I just inspire to do better and better when I never kept the assent I've thus far like I said it's going on a year now and I have no desire to go back to herion thank yall so much I love yall and I hate to see anything bad said about yall because I feel yall are godsent for me as a herion addict yall have helped change my life I love yall more then you know.... I cannot believe there would be one single bad post about these compassionate people but that's how it is your always gonna have that one or two that didn't want to make it and wanted to not get better and wanting to blame someone else for them not trying to do better.....

This place literally saved my life. The staff is AMAZING. This is the first time I've ever opened up to a counselor. It doesn't feel like a doctor's office everyone there makes you feel like family. I travel 90 miles round trip to go there, and wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I HIGHLY recommend New Pointe Treatment Center! The best part, there not judgemental which is awesome as a addict!!

The staff really cares. From the intake ,nurses, doctors, and even the custodians, there's a certain warmth and knowledge that helped me tremendously. My favorite part that helped me the most is group therapy with Yailene, she's just wonderful.

Recently had an alcohol detox for 5 days and while it felt like i was in jail, the staff was kind for the most part. Downsides are the fact you cant even see outdoors and the meals are pretty bad except for the desserts. That says a lot considering i dont really like sweets. Been sober for 9 days and feel waaaaay better! Special thanks to counselor Jessica Physician Assistant Danielle, and Big Gabriel. Yall are awesome! Thank you!!!😎👍

Edit: Mr Willis has been fired. I have been coming here since 2018 and have had my share of personal problems. But I’ve been able to stay on and ONLY on methadone my entire time here thanks to Mr Willis and the doctors. The director Mr Willis is nothing short of a savior. I know this because I have researched how other patients are treated at other clinics around the country. The methadone subreddit r/methadone is where I’ve learned a lot about the various methadone clinics and their practices. I’m truly lucky to have Mr Willis as the director here. Mr Willis has single handedly kept me from going to the street on more than one occasion. Other clinics with a different director would not have worked as hard to help keep the patient on the right path.

From the moment I stepped in the door I felt like they saw me as a person. Does clinic really help me with all of my needs for several years! And gave me so much support. I never once questioned if I had went and made the right decision by using this office. Everyone helped me feel like I could talk about anything my therapist tiffany, my nurse tammy, and Jen at the front desk are amazing! I can't say how easy the transition was and how much of a phenomenal of a job they did making me feel important. Thankfully I have completed my time at the clinic sadly I have to leave people that I have grown clothes too but I will never forget how they helped me get on the road of recovery. If you are feeling even a little doubt just go and see how much of a difference your life will be after you go through this recovery!! From the bottom of my heart thank you to the whole team!! ❤️

This is definitely the place you want to go to for help to get sober. Everyone is always friendly. Yes I have changed counslers a couple of times but they have all been very friendly, caring and respectful. They are never crowded and you are usually in and out in a timely manner for pick up's.

I have been to this hospital plenty of times I went through the ER and had my fair share of problems, but today my son had to have surgery in the pediatric unit of the childrens hospital, and from the beginning to the end the hospitality we received was top teir, my sons pre-op and post-op nurses were so sweet and attentive!! they really care for their jobs! The surgeon Dr.Glenn was very kind and he explained everything to me before the surgery and after. My sons pre-op nurse was over the top with her kindness to my son she treated him like her own. I left with the biggest smile on my face and so did my son. And the surgery itself took less than an hour. Thank you to the wonderful Pediatric surgery team!!!

A wonderful establishment. This place was a huge stepping stone in my husband’s recovery. When he showed up to midway, he was a broken man, but he had an open mind and wanted better. The women at this establishment fed that want until it became a need. They nourished the seed in him until he grew and he passes that love that they instilled in him to the young men that are beginning their roads today by going back and sharing his story. I really appreciate the staff at Talbott Recovery which made my stay a lot better I want to especially thank my therapist Akida Who last day Was Friday and I left on Monday, which was great for me because I got to have him the whole time I was there. Our family member is currently a physical rehab resident (Spring 2026) and is getting excellent care from all levels - Director Chris Golden (we've observed that he genuinely enjoys interacting with all the residents), and also Priscilla, Marissa, Charlotte, Matthew, and too many to name.
