I had always heard bad things about Pinewoods. Staying there helped save my life. In the WellStar hospitals, people have to wait three days to be sent out -- Pinewoods makes that easier, you don't have to go anywhere but Pinewoods. They are open 24/7 days a week. You also can bypass being treated like a barnyard animal, wearing scrubs and using a paper blanket to cover up with. If the nerves are bad with a Patient, the last thing they want to be is in an isolation cell, hear others screaming in the cell next door, and feel judged by the sitters and doctors. As long as you don't go out there and act foolish, (due to fear or anger) You are treated with kindness and respect. Thanks to Pinewoods Staff.

My brother has been at Georgia Regional Hospital since Saturday for help with his mental illness, which we later found out was connected to a drug addiction. He hasn’t been there long, and he was originally supposed to be released on Monday. However, today (Sunday), the Social worker called my parents asking them to come pick him up early because he was upset that he couldn’t leave. This experience has been extremely disappointing. It feels like the staff at this facility treat patients as if they’re just there to be “watched,” not helped. Instead of providing real care or treatment, it seems like they just want to release people who are struggling — whether with addiction or mental illness — back into the community to avoid dealing with the issue. The social worker who contacted my family was unhelpful and dismissive. It’s concerning that someone in that position could show so little compassion or professionalism when families are trusting them with their loved ones’ care. If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. People come here for real help, not to be brushed off or sent home without proper treatment. Georgia Regional Hospital seriously needs to evaluate its staff, training, and overall approach to patient care.

I have been seeing a doctor at Grace Harbour for several years. The staff is professional, proactive, and friendly. I continue to go here because I feel comfortable and well-taken care of by my doctor and the staff.

The people at this center are like no other. They really care about you and they . help you in your walk to recovery .and they got your back. .i been to other treatment centers here in macon like G...A and they all about the money and the people that own the place are very rude also they bring dogs in the place and let them run everywhere while you are in there . thats just nasty and if you miss a day going to the center this nutt still charges you for the does that you dont receive .like i said trinity treatment is the best they treat you like you are someboby .thats where i going to go. Thanks trinity for making me feel like im still somebody evern i may sumable

I have been treated well and Dr Nnumachi has been very helpful in getting the ankle surgery I desperately need. It has been a process but it did get done. I find the nurses professional and polite. Some test have to be done in Dublin, a bit of a pain, but I get mileage paid, makes it a bit easier:)

I took my son in for a drug screening today. Very fast, professional and exceptional service & customer service! I was also able to make a same day appointment. Thank you Ms.Brown and to the wonderful man on site that performed the test. He gave my son a great pep talk about being and staying on the right track & it was greatly appreciated more than he knows! I would definitely recommend Defying Odds! We’ll be back again!

I was hospitalized here in June of 2019 to August of 2019 in 3months I needed to be hospitalized here though because schizoaffective disorder came out of nowhere and I was very psychotic they help me out alot and I am grateful for all the help they gave me

Want answer phone . Then have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to see Dr . Then doctor on a computer not in person an I can’t understand her . Why is she on a computer and not in person ???most nurses are friendly and help . Getting an appointment with VA is something else pitiful.

I was a child patient here in the mid 1980s. I lived on the children's wing for over a year , while in foster care. I have tons of memories about this place. The staff back then were great and honestly cared about me . They even stored some of my things, including my bicycle in their basement for me after I was adopted.

New Heights has been a place that other clinicians have sought out when they desire additional support. This agency is a leader to leaders in the field of behavioral health.

It was a nice experience, I got to speak with some very sweet and intelligent women ! They space was clean and very cooling . I have a follow up appointment and I’m actually stoked about returning.
